You will not meet a dentist as friendly, kind, or concerned as her, well, except Dr. Nunnally. I am impressed and appreciate my experience at your office. I feel welcomed and cared about like I'm family. Dr N is a warn professional who hears what I ask and expertly cares for my dental needs. The nursing assistants are competent and personally warm. Jacy is also friendly however I sometimes experience difficulty in understanding her when she responds to my treatment questions. Also I sometimes need to repeat my questions to her 3 or 4 x before she understands me. The front dest is very warm, as is the phone receptionist, however sometimes the warmth and friendliness feels unnatural and exaggerated as relates to the circumstance of my simply calling or arriving at the office. I trust and value my experience there which is why I travel from south of south Austin for my visits.

My father is a dentist but I don't live near him and finding good dentistry over the years has been a challenge after having my dad. I have lived all over the world and been to many different dentists over the years. The Nunnally and team practice is by far my favorite place to go for dentistry. I have seen mostly Dr. Owens and she is amazing - a great dentist, and a lovely human. I've had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Nunnally a couple of times and my husband has had dental work done by him. He is just an amazing person. He is so sincere. It's clear that all of the dentist there are top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to go to any of them. On top of that, there is the wonderful staff. Nunnally and the management have done an amazing job of hiring the best, most kind, most high quality people, to handle all aspects of this practice. It is always a pleasure to go there. She is wonderful and it certainly makes a difference in the healing process!

I made three trips from California to Marble Falls Texas because of the excellent care and treatment I received from Dr. Freemen. I was not able to return and complete a treatment plan because of extensive damage done to our home on the beach. For any work other than routine care I will return to Marble Falls - I have never found a practice with such gifted dentists and kind and caring staff.

I had Dr. Nunnally remove my mercury and nickel fillings. He also did cavitations on all 4 areas where my wisdom teeth were. This was an easy procedure and recovery was NOTHING!, not to mention the health improvements I immediately received. The office staff is outstanding! They all treat you like you are a member of their immediate family. My husband had his annual cleaning done with Nunnally, Freeman and Owens, and they take a 360 degree CT scan of the mouth on all their patients. This scan showed that my husband had a baby tooth that never dropped and it was lodged in the roof of his mouth where it had become abcessed over the 63 years of his life. They sent us to an oral surgeon who confirmed the results and Dr. Cain immediately removed the tooth and cleaned up the abcessed area. We are still waiting on the results of the biopsy and tooth. It is amazing to my husband and I that after 63 years and most likely, 63+ dental appointments, that we are just finding this now. We thank God for Dr. Nunnally's office who uses the 360 degree CT scan for looking at all areas of the mouth because that is the only way this abcess was found. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the biological dental office of Nunnally, Freeman and Owens. They are wonderful!

Very nice and helpful to answer my questions by email. I did not end up going to see them in person, however, because I got all my dental issues / hidden infections treated by a holistic doctor instead (a Doctor with an additional certification in a method called TBM, Total Body Modification) and he was able to remove the hidden infections in my mouth and completely heal my gums, in just one session - with no surgery. So TBM saved me from having very invasive surgery and having to fly to Texas and all the huge costs associated! Yay.

I have significant posttraumatic stress after a serious jaw fracture 19 years ago. I’ve had a lot of dental work done since then. Most of it has been with good practitioners but I still had significant anxiety and pain during and after the treatments. I threw up my hands and lost hope and went to Dr. Nunnely asking to have all of my teeth pulled out because I was just tired of the pain and the problems. He took some x-rays and looked in my mouth and told me that I need to stop that thinking. I decided to trust him and I booked in to have full restorations and some cavities in my jaw dealt with. First thing in the morning, I underwent an acupressure massage. I was unbelievably relaxed when the procedure started. I woke out of the procedure getting another massage and was handed a delicious smoothie to drink. I’ve had no pain or problems whatsoever after having at least 12 areas in my mouth worked on in one sitting. I did not even take an aspirin or an ibuprofen the day of or the day after the surgery. Dr. Nunnely uses state of the art techniques using your own blood plasma to make activated platelets and stem cells which get injected Into your mouth. It helps significantly with the pain and the healing. It’s how all dentistry should be performed. In addition I received intravenous vitamin C which is also a state of the art practice and should be done everywhere in all hospitals medical centers and dentist offices. This also combats disease and infection as well as deals with pain. You might pay a little bit more at Dr. Nunnely’s office, but you get far more in terms of service and long-term benefits. I cannot recommend them more. I will never go to another dentist again. You will be treated like royalty by every staff member the minute you enter the building until you leave the building. So, I choose to see Dr. Owens and I was not disappointed , all the staff there wonderful. Dr. Owens was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm from Wisconsin. After reoccurring Lyme (coupled with Strep and other infections) that came back several times despite antibiotics and other holistic treatment, my natural Doctor used bioenergetic testing to look for infection in my mouth. She found that all 4 quadrants where my impacted wisdom teeth were pulled (14 years ago) were infected. After much research, I obtained a CBCT and Come Beam scan from 2 local dentists. Both scans showed significant cavitations in all 4 quadrants. One of the holistic dentists recommended Dr. Nunnally for surgery. Trying to avoid the travel to TX, I met with 3 oral surgeons in Milwaukee and Chicago. None of them offered ozone to the sites during surgery or vitamin C IV, so I opted to send a cd-rom of my scans to Dr. Nunnally's office. One of their patient coordinators worked with me via e-mail and telephone. She answered all of my questions and in a timely manner I obtained a detailed treatment plan including all the additional options for healing success. I paid a reasonable deposit and scheduled my trip. I stayed at the local WorldMark Wyndham and had a friend travel and care for me. The Sunday night before my flight I was involved in a car accident and got pretty banged up. I called Dr. Nunnally's office and left a message. He called me back personally that night having just returned from dinner with his wife -- and helped me decide if it was safe to proceed. Having never met or talked to him before, I was very impressed with this personal touch. My mind was also put at ease the day before surgery. From the moment we walked into the office. Everyone was so professional and accommodating. Dr. Nunnally took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease. Both my friend and I walked out looking at each other like "What is this place? Feels like we're in another world." I also can't say enough about the acupressure. It helped immensely with drainage and overall stress reduction and site healing. The procedure on all four quadrants when smoothly. At my post op visit he commented that "you sure had some big cavitations." Despite that, I had no bruising and minimal swelling. The healing time was profoundly quick. Since the surgery my energy levels have noticeably increased. My immune function has improved considerably. I haven't gotten a cold or flu in over a year (used to get one every other month). I've also had great success treating my Lyme since the surgery, with less treatment related side effects. Makes sense when you get a DNA report showing the amount of infection that was in my jaw and disrupting my entire system. It was one of the best decisions I made regarding my health. A HUGE piece of my health journey puzzle. With all that said, I should mention that I made MANY other healthcare decisions (over 8 months of prep work and protocols) leading up to and following this surgery that helped make it a success. Believe me, when I tell you I did EXHAUSTIVE research before choosing Dr. Nunnally for my dental work. I flew in all the way from California. That’s how good his reputation is. He cleaned out four infected cavitations, removed an infected root canaled tooth (I don’t recommend root canals: ever!) and did seriously deep cleanings, that included ozone. They were able to do some of that while I was still “out” during surgery and really get in there. The staff was “on it”, friendly, compassionate, and the place ran like clockwork. They also offered me a blender for my “liquid chicken” post-surgery (surprisingly tasty), and additional ozone bags, at no charge, while I stayed in town – to help with a speedy recovery. I have quite a bit of chronic illness – multiple issues – and I would not have been comfortable going to see anyone else. Additionally, while not at all inexpensive, the office charged substantially less than the other top 4 biological dentists in the country. In fact: one of them wouldn’t even give me a quote, and expected me to book surgery with no info on the costs, or how much work I’d need. Luckily, you won’t find that kind or arrogance, here. In addition to being great, he’s also a kind and genuine Dr. N, truly interested in his patients’ best health.

Dr Nunnally's Dental practice is in Marble Falls near Austin. I live in Dallas. I heard Dr Nunnally give a lecture on root canals in a conference in San Diego. I had root canal done in 1997 and after his lecture I decided to check my status and found I had an abscess on that tooth. I wanted Dr Nunnally to take care of my issue and so I took time off my busy schedule two days and had my tooth extracted. My experience was painless. I expected to have some pain on my extracted tooth area and I was amazed absolutely no pain. I was treated with IV Vitamin C and also had my own platelets from blood used to heal and prevent bleeding. My whole experience at the dental clinic deserves five star. I have thought about my experience with Dr. Nunnally for accouple of months and the two words that sums it up are professional excellence. When I talked to my friends and told them about going to Marble Falls, Texas and the dental work I was having, they would come back with two questions. The first question was always why are you traveling all the way to Texas when we have dentist here? My answer is that 99%+ of the dentist in this area were trained in a way that may be detrimental to my health. I asked my local dentist 3 times to remove my amalgam fillings, which are widely used by dentist today but have mercury in them. The dentist would tell me, they look OK well will leave them in a while longer. I had my wisdom teeth removed 40 years ago and they developed bacteria in the pockets which cause sever heads aces which I have had for the last 15 years. The second question was can you afford these procedures? My answer was, can I afford not to do it. I had been to many doctors and they all said the same time, I had a immune problem. Ever time a doctor would tell me this I would ask him how do I fix this problem and ever time the doctors would say, they don't know. I did research online and came to Dr. Nunnally's website and looked at the you tube interviews discussing the problem associated with the teeth and it made sense. I called Dr. Nunnally's office and talked with one of his representatives Rachel and knew that this was the right decision. I sent dental ex-rays to the office and after examining the ex-rays work was sent to me that Dr. Nunnally thought he could help me, so off I went to Marble Falls Texas. Where in the world is Marble Falls Texas. Just go to Auston Texas and hand a left. I arrived in Marble Falls on a Sunday and stayed at the La Quinta Inn. The Inn was beautiful and I got a good rate thru Dr. Nunnally's office. The next morning I arrived at 7 AM and filled out paperwork and stated the process. Rachel was there the whole time and made sure I was on schedule. I met Dr. Nunnally, got my teeth cleaned like they have never been cleaned before and was scheduled in for surgery Tuesday. The day of surgery a Janice, a driver with Dr. Nunnally's office picked me up at the Inn and we arrived at the office at 7 AM. I was brought in and was given a sedative they call in twilight sedation. I had 2 root canal teeth pulled and 4 cavitation's done on wisdom teeth that had been remove when I was 19. As the cavitation's and extraction's were performed, blood platelets were packed in the area's to promote healing and when I woke up several hours later I felt no pain. Janice drove me back to the Inn and said if I needed her she would stay the afternoon but I felt so good it was not needed. I went back to the office the next day for a check up and rested another day at the La Quinta. I traveled back to Austin and spent another day seeing the city, and a beautiful city is was. I woke up the next day and flew back home. On a scale from one to five, five being the best, I would give Dr. Nunnally and his staff a six (6). They really took care of me. My immune problems are starting to clear up, my headaches are gone and after spending 14 to 16 hours a day in bed most days for the last several years , I am up and walking. Today I just completed a 15 mile walk in 5 1/2 hours. Not bad for a old man. Now if they could just do something for my feet. Thanks Doc.

I did not visit the dental office yet since I live in oregon and need to plan my trip to texas, but I did send in my xrays for evaluation. The doctors were great in that they gave me a complete estimate on what I needed done as far as dental work was concerned. I also called about my daughter's need for an impacted wisdom tooth extraction. The office person recommend a surgeon which was also super nice in that he evaluated her xrays for free via email and on the phone. I've heard so many good things about these dentists and I will not go to any other dental office to have my cavitations fixed. They're great compared to the dentists here in oregon that charge $150 for a simple consultation to look at an xray.

From the first contact I had with the great folks at this office, I was treated professionally, with care & in a timely manner. All my questions were answered, with a detailed breakdown of what treatment would be done, (& associated cost), and why the doctors felt in important to do these treatments. There are many places in Houston and Austin I could go to, however I travel to have my regular cleanings with them! Initially, I was referred to them by Dr. Chandler Collins who thought that I had a low level bacteria infection that stemmed from a root canal I had in my early twenties. I had been advised that some of my health issues may have been coming from a root canal and I also felt that replacement of 10 mercury fillings might help. I loved my biological dentist but felt Dr. Nunnaly had such a wonderful reputation that I would wait for him to do it. After sending my records for his review, they recommended that before having the 10 mercury fillings replaced that I should first have cavitation surgery and a tooth removed. I had been having many health issues and was scared to wait any longer for Dr. Nunnally's schedule so I had Dr. Freemen, one of his associates, do it. Jacey, who is in complete control of the entire operation, was aware of my wait for Dr. Nunnally and never informed me that I could not have his services if I booked the recommended tooth removal with the other doctor. When I tried to schedule the 10 replacements with Dr. Nunnally, Jacey made me wait over a week before telling me that they consulted and Dr. Nunnally refused to do the 10 fillings that I had waited for months to get due to his great reputation. The two procedures had nothing in common and I did not feel that it was professional service. I was never allowed to speak directly with the doctor as much as I asked. my main complaint is that there was no way to communicate with the doctors regarding service nor an issue I HAD AFTER THE WORK. Jacey took a very "Barney Fife" position and clearly the customer has no rights, I spoke with others and iI was told that it did not matter that the other Dr. did the first procedure and that I could absolutely have Dr. Nunnally. But Jacey is where the buck stopped.

I am so grateful to have found Dr. Nunally and his team. I first heard of him through the Evan Brand podcast and through The Better Health guy. Dr. Nunally is a brilliant and kind man. I knew after listening to him on these podcasts, that I would be in good hands. From the moment I entered, to the time I left, he and his staff took great care of me. I had 4 cavitations that needed to be adressed. When I met Dr. Nunally right before the surgery I knew that I had made the right decision. He was so warm, comforting, and is truly a healer. The whole office is a healing sanctuary, where no stone is left unturned. After my procedure I went straight into acupressure where a nurturing woman named Jane I believe, massaged me and I received high dose Vit C to help combat inflammation. I had a complete dental revision in 10/2018 including amalgams removed, root cavitations treated. 3 root canal teeth pulled, and crowns replaced. Dr. Nunnelly’s staff were very nice and supportive the days I was in Marble Falls for the procedure, even though there was flooding occurring in town. I did well post procedure, and left Marble Falls 3 days later to return home. Upon my return home the problems started. My mouth was painful, and I was unable to eat. I went to the local dentist who adjusted the flipper. Additionally she found that the edges of the teeth that worked on were not cleaned up properly (I have pictures to document) so the local dentist had to clean up the edges of the teeth that had been worked on. The crown came off of my back tooth, and a lack of coordination between the local dentist and Dr. Owen resulted in my not being able to get it replaced for a week and a half. Additionally, the teeth with the amalgam fillings replaced were extremely sensitive to hot/cold, and chewing was difficult. I lost over 10 pounds, or about 8% of my body weight during this time. Dr. Owens had only offered my bridges for two of the teeth which were pulled stating that Zirconium would not be good for me, which is correct. However, she did not offer the option of Zirconia which would work for me. I was finally able to locate a great AIAOMT dentist. She was able to replace the temporary crown and further adjust my bite. She discussed the option of Zirconia implants, which saved modifying 4 healthy teeth, or from having two bridges placed. I was referred to the oral surgeon for the implants. After scanning my mouth, it was noted the periodontal ligament was not removed when one of my root canals was completed. Also, as Dr. Owen had not presented the option of Zirconia implants I needed to have further surgery for a bone graft for the front tooth, and the removal of the periodontal ligament. My procedure was a long one, and I can understand the cement not being cleaned to standard during that day. However, Dr. Freeman examined me the next day and had the opportunity to correct the situation which she did not. Leaving in the periodontal ligament I don’t understand. Based on my experience at the clinic, I cannot recommend utilizing their services.

The experience of just making an appointment was less than desirable. First you have to email them for first contact, then if you have dental records for the doctor to see you have to send them first, then someone emails you back to say that someone will get back to you, then when they get back to you YOU have set up an appt for them to talk to YOU about an appt. Then on that appt date YOU have to CALL this particular person at a certain time. they will then answer and give you the details(treatment) of what the doctors saw in or on your dental history. They email the treatment plan to you then YOU call them to discuss the treatment plan. My treatment plan was $ 9000.00 dollars for the full shebang. Trust me my teeth are not bad, by most standards my teeth are in great shape. I thanked the lady on the phone and said thanks but no thanks. To be fair, all I wanted was my mercury fillings to be removed of which I have a total of two. So if you want the full shebang... go for it. If you want your two mercury fillings removed.... there are plenty of skilled dentist with the same education, schooling and proper protocols to do this. Unfortunately, I am not looking for Concierge (Spa) dentistry, I am looking for a dentist who will perform the mercury removal safely following all safety protocols, understands the financial burden on the patient and not on him or her. There is a fine line between patient care and long term health versus finances and a bottom line for the practitioner.
