We have been going to doctor Creamer for years. We actually found him because he came and talked to the kids at my daughters preschool. He is very good with kids and every time we have gone we haven't had to wait long to see the doctor. They are in a nice building and in a convenient spot right off Precinct Line. They also have plenty of stuff for the kids to play with in the waiting room which I really appreciated. He has always done a good job explaining everything to both the kids and to us.

We have a 4, 2 and 1 year old. The staff treats our children with kindness and respect. Our 4 year old was NOT ready for the 'big kids chair' and they had no problems doing the cleaning and exam alongside our younger ones. We appreciate Dr. Cremer, he is great with our boys, gives useful information on what developmentally is going on with each of them and instructs us on how to continue to keep their teeth/gums/mouth healthy.

This is the only dentist all five of my children have/ & will ever use! Two are grown, in fact one is 20 & still wants to go here. My eight year old cannot stand the fact she must wait 6 months! she asks all the time if she can go the dentist! (She even had a filling with him & this sometimes makes children NOT want go to a dentist, he is TRULY that great) I also have a 13 year old & 2year old that really like him...they all get excited on dentist day. He is actually out of my network,but the kids & I love him so much we still will only use him! The price difference is actually very minimal maybe $7 which is definitely with worth it me fot my kids! GREATEST DENTIST IN THE Fort Worth & mid-city area! At one time we drove an hour & a half just to keep using him!!! He will spend as much time as you need to truly understand what he has found or what he thinks about your child's teeth & will answer any other questions you may have. I Can't Say enough great things about him & all of his wonderful & excellent staff! !

If I could give zero stars I would!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE! They are by far the worst and most insensitive people I have EVER dealt with! It's true what they say, money makes their world go round!!!! My five year old has a molar coming in and they wont even see him because I can't promise that I will get the other work done. Which they said is going to cost $3,000. They wanted everything up front and would not work with me at all. I couldn't promise that I couldn't have that work done because we struggle very badly! They refused to see him and told me that I needed to go to someone that does "Charity work" They were incredibly rude and acted as if I was a bad parent when actually I am just a struggling mother! Awful people who don't care about their patients. They only care about the income! I found a wonderful dentist that is NOT charity who is going to work with us and see him Monday!

Visits went great until they did not inform me they were giving my 5 year old Xrays, when they took him back alone to clean his teeth. I had to find out from my insurance bill. I will not be going back until they change policies of informing parents of what they will be doing at the visit. Especially since my child cannot communicate what happened at the visit.

We have been seeing Dr. Cremer since 2010 and have had nothing but great experiences! I have a 2 kids that love going to his office. There’s a sense of calmness and interactive games the kids can occupy their wait time. Today was nothing but exceptional as we met a huge milestone with one of our kids that gets extremely nervous and anxious with doctors. Thank you to the entire staff for you patience and kindness during a stressful time.
