Dr. Fallah and the staff at NRH Orthodontics are so amazing! From the very beginning at my consultation, I felt like they had a genuine concern for my dental well being. The exam was very thorough and I was presented with multiple options at various price points. Every step of the way, I was educated and guided to make what I would consider one of the best decisions of my life. I had braces for 5 1/2 years in grade school, but they had shifted back almost worse than before because my bite was misaligned. During my first round, the advancements in orthodontic technology were nowhere near what is available today. I am amazed by the power and efficiency of Invisalign braces and the other amazing tooth rotator thing (I forget the name of it, but it was awesome). Dr. Fallah has not only fixed my bite and the straightness of my teeth, but she did it with Invisalign! I've got a month or so left and I'm honestly sad to go. The staff is always so courteous! They know my name when I walk in. They always have fun contests, trivia, and games. Lots of good prizes to reinforce good habits with younger kids. Overall, a very pleasant experience! Even though insurance didn't help cover my adult braces at all, the cost has been totally worth it. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. If you want your money's worth and amazing results, I'd recommend Dr. Fallah and the awesome staff at NRH Orthodintics.

We started this journey on 10/31/16 and so far we have had a great experience every visit. Carrie and Jessica and the staff are all so friendly and very helpful. Carrie and Jessica defiantly know how to work with kids!! My kids love it which is what counts most to me and if anything they are always asking me when do we go back. There is several great extra things the kids love like the t-shirts, tickets, magents etc! I would recommended this place!

My daughter had a wire come loose and they got us right in, We love how friendly, helpful and kind the whole staff is and my daughter loves hugging everyone in the office. This office goes above and beyond quality service for their patients. Dr Fallah is not an overly aggressive orthodontist which put my mind at ease, knowing we're not being pushed into doing things that nature would handle eventually. And the staff there are super friendly and willing to answer any questions. So glad we chose this office for our girls! Update: Since my last review, we have added a sibling into Dr. Fallah's care and she is doing amazing work with her. The first child's progress has gone extremely well and she will be finished before the anticipated timeline. Dr. Fallah is doing everything she can to make our daughter's smile perfect. Dr. Fallah's assistants in the back are awesome as well. My husband and I have noticed that they take time to talk with each patient and explain everything to them and teach them how to properly use the rubber bands and other gear. Shelby and Jess are truly remarkable women who care about each patient. If you're looking for a great orthodontist, this is the place!

I have been a patient of Dr Fallah and I finished treatment few years ago. I had excellent results. I broke my retainer recently and I went to get new one. I knew how welcoming their office was and I was so excited to go back. Again I did not have to wait long. Shelby worked on getting my impresssions and was so gentle that I did not have any difficulty. Jessica worked on me in the past and was equally very pleasant and gentle. The trays came quickly and I am always happy to go back to that place to pick them up.

After experiencing braces in my sons in 1986 and 1990, I felt comfortable choosing a good orthodontist for my grandson when he graduated from high school. We began with Dr. Fallah in 2011. NRH Orthodontics successfully uses a team approach designed to maximize the treatment experience and to ease the minds of those in treatment. It was not easy for my grandson to begin wearing braces the summer before college, but the confident, professional, and patient office staff, orthodontist, and technicians helped my grandson adjust to his treatments including encouraging him to continue playing his tuba in college by supplying him with mouth guards to ease the pressure on his teeth. They were great with Austin! Schedule changes because of school, emergency visits to control wayward wires, and numerous visits to replace various misplaced objects were handled efficiently and without problems for us. I highly recommend NRH Orthodontics for their knowledge, technical skill, emotional support, pleasant atmosphere, very clean and well-organized offices, and for caring about their patients.

The staff at NRH Orthodontics are amazing. My son needed braces and we had gone to a couple of other locations for a consultation - none of them compared to this place. The staff is warm and friendly and Dr. Fallah is great! My son feels very comfortable here and loves that they have xbox in the waiting area and a ticket reward system. They have motivated him to take good care of his teeth. Dr. Fallah is an expert with teen and adult invisalign which is what we chose to go with since we didn't want to deal with brackets, wires breaking and the extra maintenance of metal braces. I'm so glad we chose NRH Orthodontics!
