Dr. Spingola and his team do exceptional work. I lost an upper front tooth and required an implant. My case was challenging---a single upper front tooth replacement, a short upper lip which hides nothing, and requiring bone and gum grafts in addition to the implant. I cannot say enough about the work that they do! Because of them, my smile is restored and all of the surrounding tissue is well-shaped and healthy. When you get this type of work done, both the process itself and the results are going to impact your life in a big way---I put my trust in Dr. Spingola and he and his team never let me down. In addition to the implant work, Dr. Spingola performed jaw surgery on my daughter four years ago. A much more complicated and involved procedure than the implant...her experience was so much better than we could have ever hoped. I simply could not recommend Dr. Spingola more highly.

Dr Spingola, a Board Certified/Board Eligible Oral Surgeon, performed an extraction as well as inserting an implant (a few months later). My experience was surprisingly better than expected with minimal pain and discomfort under the circumstances of dental issues. In each appt including surgery I was in and out sooner than expected. I highly recommend him and his friendly staff. He is the BEST oral surgeon in DFW.

* Exceptional Staff, Painless Procedure/Recovery, and Attentive Bed-side Manners * I had two impacted wisdom teeth, along with two decayed, broken teeth removed by Dr. Spingola, after avoiding the dentist for over a decade, and the surgery/ recovery couldnt have gone better. The NTFOS staff is very attentive and friendly. The procedure itself was painless (all I felt the entire time was a pinch of the IV going in to be sedated). Also, we really appreciated that Dr. Spingola, himself, called us to answer any questions and see how I was doing post-op. Now, over 8 hours after the surgery, I have very minimal discomfort, no pain, bleeding has subsided and I feel like my normal self. Definitely not as I expected going into today! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Spingola and NTFOS to anyone in need of oral surgery.

I had my wisdom teeth extraction 2 weeks ago and I do not believe it could have gone any smoother!! Both bottom teeth were impacted with one partial and one fully exposed on the top. I am 26 and was a little nervous because of all the terrible stories you hear about the older (out of their teens with fully developed roots!) patients and their issues during recovery or the possibility of numbness if the root is too close to a nerve. Fortunately on the day of the surgery there was no time for nerves. I arrived at 6:45 AM for a 7:00 appointment. The team had me in the chair and hooked up to all the machines quickly, they started the Happy Gas to get me relaxed, and I do not remember much after that. Once the procedure was done they moved me to the post op chair and provided my care taker with instructions for aftercare. They also provided a neat chin strap that holds ice packs on your cheeks... that was probably the most impressive part of the experience. I mean, who wants to hold ice on their face all day??? Of course, when you are on Codine it doesn't take much to make an impression. Dr. Spingola was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. During the consultation he explained the whole process and answered all of my questions about the process and recovery. He even called my boyfriend a few hours after we got home to check up and see how I was feeling. The staff is also very friendly and the office is very clean! I would definitely refer friends and family here.

Great great experience! Just had all of my wisdom teeth pulled today plus another molar. It was done so quick that I was amazed with their work. Day 3- I have yet to experience any pain, unbelievable! I have swelled up a bit more, I've been applying the ice pack provided to me.

I wanted to provide you a brief update on my daughter. She did very well in the surgery to remove her wisdom teeth by Dr. Spingola last Thursday. She had minimal swelling and experienced only mild pain Thursday afternoon which was well controlled with Tylenol and ibuprofen. The location is pretty excellent, right next to the highway. The staff is super friendly and the office is gorgeous. The coffee maker in the waiting room is a great plus too. 100% five star reviews for a guy that pulls your teeth ... Wow ... could not agree more!!! Friendly, efficient, professional staff. Dr. Spagnola made me feel immediately like I was good friend rather than a patient. From the time I sat in the chair to the time I had one less tooth seemed less than 10 minutes ... 8 of which was waiting for the pain medication to take hold. Dr. Spingola and Marcello were great. They answered all my questions and from consultation to surgery - it was easy. I had exterior mandibular tori removed from both sides of my lower jaw. I absolutely expected to be in pain for a couple days after - not so!! I took some tylenol the afternoon and evening following surgery and by the next morning had no swelling and no pain. Okay, the worst part of a surgical dental procedure while it is occurring is the needle, right? After that you don't feel it. Dr Spingola was masterful with the needle. He removed my bad tooth and installed a replacement implant in the same operation with such finesse that the post op pain was very minimal. I only needed ibuprofen for one day afterward. His staff was very attentive and friendly. They use state of the art equipment and the office has a calm peaceful vibe. Overall, I had a great experience there.
