I do not go to dentist, at all unless it's an emergency, well I had an emergency, this was by far the absolute best experience I have ever had in my life with a dentist, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I have never felt so welcomed, every person I encountered was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone here make you feel so welcome, they have flexible payment options, which helps hugely!!! I can not thank each and everyone of you enough for all you have done for me today and making my experience easy and comfortable. Thank you!

Weird to rate a dentist 4 star, but if anyone can make a filling less painful it's these guys. They're soothing and comforting and let you watch Netflix while they still. No hard sell and massage chairs in lobby. Booked up way in advance but worth the wait. Oh, and they take insurance.

This place is awesome. I found out about them via Internet and decided to schedule a appointment. When i arrived they were so friendly and made me fee ver comfortable with their 5 Star customer service. Once they took x-Rays they explained to me the cost what all I needed to make sure my teeth was Healthy!!! I would definitely tell anyone who needs dental work to visit Northeast Dallas Dentistry. I love this dental office. From the very moment I called to schedule an appointment to the very end of my visit, I had a great experience. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Dr. Santillan was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs. I got Zoom whitening done and it was the best experience! My teeth are three shades brighter and I left happy. Will be returning for my next cleaning and will refer everyone I know to Northeast Dallas Dentistry!

Great experience! They are open on Saturdays which was so helpful with my schedule. Kristin walked me through my insurance prior to the appointment and also quickly provided a quote for the treatments Dr. Santillan and I discussed during my appointment. Very communicative and helpful office. As a fearful dentist-goer, for the first time I am not dreading my upcoming dental appointments!

Had a wonderful experience at Northeast Dallas Dentistry! I had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in within 30 minutes of speaking with them. Overall, it is a super clean environment and the staff is very friendly. I hadn’t stepped foot in a dental office in over 4 years due to my last experience at another dental office, but Dr. Santillan made my first visit back wonderful! I was also very nervous about visiting the dentist again, but after being in their care they made me feel at home. Definitely recommend this office to everyone!

I hate going to the dentist. However, this has by far been the absolute best experience I've had from visiting. Thank you Dr. Santillan for making sure I was never uncomfortable, in pain or afraid. I was informed of everything that was being done prior which personally validates that whoever is performing work, knows what their doing. You can hear Kristen at the front desk answer with a smile every single time and has been more than accommodating with answering any questions I have regarding billing, appointments and the legal documents compared to most other offices i've visited where the receptionist AND dentists seem as if they HATE their job. Northeast Dallas Dentistry is my new home.

10/10 experience!! It had been YEARS since I've last visited a dentist, I decided to make an appointment here because I knew I couldn't keep avoiding the dentist, and thankfully I did! The entire staff has been amazing, I have already visited twice and decided that I needed to leave a review to let the world know about this awesome office and staff. If you have dentist anxiety (like me!) I would definitely recommend coming here, staff is very patient and understanding and know how to keep their patients happy, calm and comfortable! They also walk you through everything they are doing, and do not pressure you into receiving something you don't need, they really just want what's the best for their patients. Highly recommended!!

If you have dentist phobia like I do, you need to come here! Everyone is so kind and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure you are doing good and not in pain. I just had a scaling (deep clean) and irrigation done and my mouth doesn't hurt. I opted for the numbing gel since I hate needles and I will always opt for that from now on. Sure there were a few twinges when it was being done but, no pain. I am so happy I found Northeast Dallas Dentistry!

This is only a starting process for me because I have been to many different types of dentistry and Jefferson ,idea ,and mint dentistry did not have the compassion that I needed to get my teeth started being back the way they were I have been going to them so that I can look good it again if you have ever heard no pain no gain there was no pain when they started working on my mouth even after words it was there no pain I would recommend them to anyone. Before you take your mom out to someone else makes you go there for flex pay and they work with all types of insurance please go see them before you make any type a big mistake by going to someone else and regret it. If I could give the staff of this office 20 stars, I would but for now, I'll have to settle for giving them 5. I have always been terrified of the dentist but after visiting Northeast Dallas Dentistry, I feel much more at ease about dental visits. EVERYONE from the receptionist to the dental assistant, the hygienist, and of course Dr. Santillan was so pleasant and they made me feel a level of comfort I've never experienced with any dental visit. The level of hospitality here is just beyond amazing. Dr. Santillan was so sweet and kind and she was very thorough at explaining everything to me in regards to my x-rays, the work that was needed that day and in the future and when she did the work, she made sure I was more than comfortable. Ms. Zumra was so gentle and thorough with my cleaning. I walked out of there feeling as though I had an entire new set of teeth and gums...lol. She was so sweet and very cautious and caring. I really had the best experience with this dental office. Kudos to everyone on the team...you all are awesome.

I can say this is the most comfortable and no anxiety I have ever felt at a Dentist office. The staff is so accommodating and friendly and explained everything so I could understand. When Dr Santillan came in I felt like i was talking to a "friend" .....The procedures they deemed necessary and i had done was done painlessly and I was very comfortable. I was impressed with how the equipment and environment was extremely high tech! I will definitely make this office and Dr. Santillan my new dentist and highly recommend them.

I love this place they have so much patience with me everytime I go since I get so much anxiety as soon as I sit down in chair. They give you all the time you need for them to start . They are really good with making sure you are comfortable throughout the whole procedure and if you need to stop for a break they are very understanding and always talking you through it , letting you know what's going on and what it is they are doing . They will answer every question you have I have asked over a million questions everytime I go sometimes even same questions over and over whether it be about billing or procedures. They also have different plans to help you pay for your procedures that I have personally used they have been so fast and easy and they really do try and help you they best they can with getting done what it is that you need . This is a place that really cares and actually gets to know you when I go in there I feel like I know everyone in there and like they are part of my family this has been my experience from day 1 .

what a beautiful office! from the minute i stepped through the door then to the time i left i felt very welcomed. the whole process was easy. i was asked what my biggest concern was and then the doctor explained to me what she recommended. we then came up with a game plan and proceeded to discuss my insurance benefits. i felt as though she really cared about me and my teeth. loved the whole staff.
