When I started working in the Arlington area I needed to find a Dentist who met my needs. North Arlington Dental met those needs. My job kept me busy throughout the day so I needed a dentist who had after hours. North Arlington Dental not only had after hours but Saturday & Sunday hours! You would think that the staff that worked on Saturdays & Sundays would have a different attitude. Not here, there all were extremely friendly and helpful. If you had any type of question about procedures, they told you. Easy and understandable. Bills were all up front with no hidden items. Dr Everett was more than just Dentist. Did you know he travels from Lubbock on weekends to Arlington! Dr Everett help me get my smile back. He was complete is all his works and explained anything I wanted to know. Along with the helpful staff and his experience I would recommend North Arlington Dental Care to all!

Over all a good experience. I got in and was seen very quickly. My Dr. got right to the point, and didn't try to up sell any treatment or procedures that I didn't ask about. He was also very knowledgeable, and the X-rays were clear as day. My only critique would be, that the room I sat in didn't look thoroughly clean. There was no film to cover the handles for the lighting, and also the tools that were in the room looked dirty, and the tray needed to be wiped down better. My eyes kept zoning in on it, which made me uncomfortable. I considered the fact that it was probably an oversight because the rest of the office looked cleaned; however details like that should not be missed in a dental office.

This is the only dental office I go to. I love that they are CLEAN!!! Which is something I always check on wherever I go. They have a great dental hygienist names Vanessa ask for her when you go she isn't rough on you and you don't leave sore after a cleaning. Their hours are super convenient as well, my husband likes that they are open on Sunday's to accomadate his schedule! If your looking for a dentist go here!!

I'm still sitting in the chair because I need it done today and they've wasted my day. First, I made a 12:15 appt, showed up at 11:50, they didn't acknowledge my signing in until 12:50. Got X-rays at 1:30, dentist walked in at 1:50. Then, their "affordable care" doesn't give a cash discount unless you sign up for their $20 a month care plan. This is a sad sad place. It's now 2:30 and at some point they will start the work I came in for. They are prepping the room for a filling now. Edited: They came and numbed me at 3:30, started the work at 4pm. I didn't leave my 12:15 appointment until 4:45pm.

Me and my boyfriend came here since we moved to Arlington, they said he had 13 cavities! He brushes twice a day, doesn’t drink soda, and had no pain! I decided to get a second opinion from my family dentist in Lewisville, and they said he only had 1 cavity! Do not go here, they might be trying to scam you.

The entire staff was very friendly during my visit. It was my first visit and I wasn't sure what to expect, but they did a great job of laying out a plan for me and explaining the next steps. I have been coming here for about a year now. I switched from Mint to North Arlington Dental Care and saw an amazing decrease in price. The staff is always nice, accommodating and knowledgeable. I always schedule my appointments at 7:30am-8:30am and have no issues getting in on time. Also, when I’ve needed to have extra work done they have always offered to get it done that day as opposed to scheduling a new appointment. They have long business hours which is awesome for a teacher like myself.

I've been dealing with this dental office for 5 months having dentures made. The first visit they worked up a total price for my uppers to be done and it was paid in full with a $0.00 balance. Now after 3 trips from 4 hours away they have changed the price to show I owe another $450.00 to have the extractions done. I'm hiring a lawyer because this is fraud!!!

As far as dental offices go, this one is good. The dentist is kind, polite, and detailed. The time he devotes to his patients does make your visit much longer than you intended. I had to wait an hour before the dentist saw me. But he answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns. I appreciated him.

I use to really like going here but the last couple years I just dont understand what's going on with all the new employees. I guess your switching the people to different locations. Alternating I dunno. I enjoyed better when the same happy faces are there to greet you. I took my 18 year old son in today and even he was commenting on how short and to the point they are just to get you out the door. I seriously thinking of changing dentist soon as kids braces are off.

I am 32 years old and am not one to go to the dentist often. This was actually my second visit in my entire life ever! I can go back on my first time visit and I actually had two kids and their father with me. We all had our check-ups and all went well. Gonzalez was prompt and courteous to each and everyone of us. When I went back for my second visit, I went in for pain that I was experiencing around my jaw (gums or whatever). Sadly to say I had to get a root canal and crown. On the very same day (which I went in at 1:30pm), Gonzalez and his assistant were able to get started on my root canal and place my temporary crown in. The front desk was very courteous, I was able to sign in and got going to the back in no time. The assistant who got me situated was very friendly and fragile with me since I was so timid about being there. The personnel whom assist me with financials was courteous and cooperative. As far as price goes, I have heard others pay cheaper for root canal procedures and I had to pay quite a bit after insurance but I know all insurance will pay different amounts. Overall, Gonzalez's service was much satisfying than I had expected. I have always heard about root canals and really feared for my life but I actually felt alright after all said and done. I would definitely recommend this location for dentist services. Thanks you all!

There are a few reasons that I didn't see a dentist for over 10 years, but these folks have broken that fear forever!!! If I could tell everyone about this place, I would! As if being open EVERY day isn't enough, the people here are over the top nice and really make me feel cared for. I went in today as a new patient, and the experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and inviting, my Hygenist Leslie was just incredibly sweet and made my visit very easy going and great! Dr Everett as well was sweet and made everything very clear and understandable. I definitely plan on going back for future work the treatment plan I was given was by far the best part! Prices were affordable and everything was so neat and clean great atmosphere, quick service I didn't wait long at all as soon as I finished my paperwork I was called back to begin my appointment. I wish I could leave a million stars this office was fantastic all the way around! Other dentist I tried prior to them were a complete waste of time, this experience was just unbelievable to me considering other offices I tried, I'm so glad I gave them a shot.

I went here for the first time for a cleaning--I wanted to switch dentists since my old one is far away. I waited about 40 minutes to be seen. The dental assistant and dentist both raved over and over about how clean my teeth were, despite not having a professional cleaning in a long time. Then the dentist tells me I have 7 cavities! So much for clean teeth, apparently! This caught me way off guard, and I was suspicious. So I went to my old dentist for a second opinion, and she tells me I have one cavity. ONE, not seven! She explained to me that inexperienced dentists will see weak spots in the enamel in an x-ray, and assume they are cavities. But only one of my teeth had a confirmed cavity in the dentin. She even showed me that two of the seven "cavities" were actually false, by opening them and staining them to show me there was no cavity bacteria there, while she did the filling for my one actual cavity. So I had three teeth filled instead of seven, and only one of them was necessary. 6 out of 7 "cavities" were just weak points in my enamel, nothing to do with bacteria that causes cavities. That was months ago, and I still keep getting calls, vague voicemails (e.g.: "We just had a quick question, if you could please call us back"), and emails from north Arlington dental trying to get me to schedule appointments, despite me telling the receptionists repeatedly that I don't want an appointment. Additionally, I tried to have records sent from north Arlington dental to my other dentist, and got the run around from one receptionist (she put me on hold until I hung up). The second receptionist I got ahold of promised to email my records, but she never did. Be wary of dentists, and always get a second opinion. I think the dentist at north Arlington dental did not have enough experience in the practice, and would have drilled into my healthy teeth. I have good dental insurance and I think this clinic wanted to take advantage of that.

I have been going to North Arlington Dental Care for about 2 years now. Before starting my dental care here, I was a very extreme anxious dental patient. Made many appointments and cancelled almost always. Then one time I finally kept my appointment. What a great experience from start to finish that one appointment was. Since that day, I have now had all of my old fillings replaced, a deep cleaning, my wisdom teeth pulled, a crown, and now braces all at North Arlington Dental. I LOVE going to the dentist now! Every single person there has been wonderful. If you are an anxious dental patient I urge you to go. The best Dental office around! 10 GOLD Stars!

I had my wisdom teeth removed here - the oral surgeon came to the building by the way, super convenient. Can't say enough good things about this place. I have been coming here since about March or April. My first 2 or 3 appointments went very well. I was seen promptly and the visit was quick which was refreshing after being a patient at Mint. There last visits have been not as pleasing. Ive had extended wait times. I always ask the least busy days to schedule prior to making an appointment and go with the days i'm advised will be the least busiest. I had a cleaning in Oct or November and had to reschedule because after 45 mins I was still sitting in the chair waiting for the cleaning to take place. Another time i waited close to 45 minutes prior to the dentist coming, luckily the procedure took less time than the wait. Today I had a visit at 4pm. When I got there I was advised that I had a balance even though I prepaid at my last visit. I was advised the payor rejected a previous claim causing a balance. These people literally send me emails and reminder texts every single day and even called me yesterday to confirm my appointment and failed to mention the issue with the claim or that I would owe over 100 dollars in order to proceed with my visit today. \ UPDATE: I called my insurance and provided the clinic with the information. I reschedule my appointment. This visit was much more timely. The dentist was very apologetic about my prior visit and I appreciated that he acknowledged the extended delay.

Dr. Desimone and his staff were amazing! They made sure I had everything I needed for my recovery of getting all four wisdom teeth pulled. They made me comfortable and the procedure was done in 30-45 minutes! They even called me later the same day to see how I was and if I needed anything or had any questions! I would definitely recommend them. I get my regular cleanings done here too and they are always friendly, informative and efficient. The office is very nice and always clean! And they have convenient hours 7 days a week to fit any schedule.

Relocated to Texas about 4 years ago, and no sooner than we got settled in, my daughter and I chose North Arlington Dental as our home for our Dental Care. And, at that time, it was the most professional "Dental Care" in town. But, as of late, their service and level of professionalism has decreased, tremendously! Each time we leave, they're kind enough to schedule our next appointment, and to place the reminder card in our to go packet (which includes, our tooth paste and tooth brush). However, when we show up for our next appointment (that they scheduled us for), they claim that they don't have us down for an appointment! When this happened to us six months ago, I raised sand over the issue; mainly because the young lady from the front desk thought it was appropriate to call me a liar. Yet, it wasn't until I pulled out the card, did the office manager decide to fit us in. She even went as far as giving me a whitening kit to show her apology; of which I was very grateful for! But here we are, six months later, and I'm faced with the same issue! My daughter and I BOTH have appointment cards; which includes our appointment time and date; yet, my appointment isn't showing in their system, AGAIN! Yes, it's safe to say, this is my LAST VISIT!

Everyone there is awesome from the front of the office and the back, all of them go out of their way make me feel comfortable. Plus there finish work and results are outstanding, there is no need to say more just know that they had me feeling like a brand new woman! I recommend this office without a doubt they are the best! Awful customer service. I have been a patient at this office for the past year. In that time I have had 4 different visits for work ranging from cavities to crowns. My total bill has exceeded $2000 out of pocket plus whatever they got from my insurance company. I have always been pleased with their work. HOWEVER. I went in for a routine cleaning this Saturday. I have a new insurance company and have not received my card yet. I took the letter from the agent verifying my new coverage but it didn't have my patient ID number and they couldn't verify my coverage until Monday because the insurance company was closed. Instead of reminding me that I would have to pay for the cleaning if the insurance somehow didn't and allowing me to have my appointment they insisted that I must pay cash or reschedule so that they could verify my insurance first. Worst possible scenario for them is I don't really have insurance and I refuse to pay the cleaning fee after they bill me next week. They have experience with me and my willingness and ability to pay my bills, but that apparently has no standing and they must be paid in advance, no matter what. It's disappointing that a company no longer values a customer enough to wait 2 days to get paid for a relatively inexpensive procedure.

I've been going here for 2 years. I HATE going to the dentist, but once I'm in the chair and speak with any of the employees, I feel better. I've seen a couple different doctors when I've gone. They're friendly and professional. They explain everything so well and I feel like they have my best health in mind. Hygienist are always friendly, gentle, and informative. I had to get a few fillings and I have never had problems during the procedure and after. I feel like they're responsible with my insurancea nd payments. I've been to other places who somehow never got your full payment the last time. Never any problems here! Their hours are also great for my schedule!

Arrived on time. My procedure was to take an hour. Unfortunately, this location schedules only one dentist and two hygienists in the morning. Maybe same for afternoons. I only do mornings because I'm retired. My first appointment for my crown took more than 2 hours. On a Wednesday morning. Aside from having TMJ, I'm a lung cancer survivor who wears out quickly. This was way too much for me. I sat there 48 minutes or more before we even got started with the drilling part. 48 minutes for my anxiety to build. It continued like this over 2 hours. I really liked the dentist, Doctor Gonsales (not sure of the spelling). But I was totally worn out when they were done. Also, was told it takes about a week for your permanent crown. This is completely disingenuous. A Trumpism. It takes a week or longer for the lab....then it's sent to the clinic; then they schedule appointments for your permanent crown 3-4 weeks after. Misleading a lot! I'm happy with my temp but completely exhausted. That poor dentist was bouncing from one person to another. Personally, he is a really good dentist. He shouldn't be working under that pressure.

I have ground my teeth most of my life and have boney growths and x-rays always hurt me, but she chose the best way to get what she needed, with no discomfort to me. I always have a good laugh and leave happy at the North Arlington Dental Care office in Lincoln Square. I have had work done by most of the denists there. The office staff and hygienists are so patient and funny. A great staff and clean, organized , friendly place. I dont even have insurance and they have many options to help you get your dental health under control that works for the patient.

This place used be good. However, it seems that have go down in patient care. First off the dental assistant (Agnis) took my blood pressure and than just left the room with no communication of some one coming to take a X-ray or when the doctor would be with me. I sat there for 10 mins with no communication. The assistant taking the x-ray didn’t even put the X-ray bib on me all the way. Than the dontist came in and barely looked at my problem. He basically said we can look at more at your cleaning next week or you can wait a hour. (He kept saying only hygienist can fix it.) Apparently they only had one hygienist at their busit time of day. (They told they usually had 4). I walked out and went to another dentist that saw me for the some reason. They looked at probably throughly and solved the issue. BY THE WAY THE DENTIST DID ALL THE WORK IN 10 mins. (Not the hygienist).

I had some work done and paid cash as they gave a discount for paying in full up front even though I have insurance. I was assured that the insurance payment would go directly to me as I specifically asked that question. The work was done in November of last year and I have received no payment. I have spoken to both the insurance company and the office numerous times. The claim was paid months ago by the insurance company and the office verified they received payment. They has been saying they were going to send a check for over a month. We request to speak to a manager and they are never available and do not call back as requested with numerous attempts. They owe us over $500.00 and will not pay!

I used to go to another dentist in Arlington. Yet, I just decided to take a leap of faith and switch dentists after I felt like I wasn’t getting my money’s worth and felt uncomfortable. I went here for a cleaning treatment and left feeling super great. The dentist and dental hygienists were all super nice and informative. Most dental hygienists tell me what they are going to do and that is all. Here, the hygienist talked to me about the right way to floss and the importance of fluoride. Overall, I am super stoked that I finally found a great dentistry to come to!

Myself, my wife and two daughters have been patients of North Arlington Dental since Dr. Gathright bought the practice from our prior Dentist many years ago. We have always been happy with their service until recently. While reviewing our billing statement I found four instances where North Arlington Dental charged an amount higher that the contracted amount from our insurance provider. After many calls to North Arlington Dental, the issue was never resolved and we were never reimbursed for the difference in the charges (which was significant). My wife and I have chosen to go to another Dentist.

The dentist that I see is great it's just the accounting staff that's not on the same page and every time I go in Lillian gives me a hard time before I get my treatment after I have been told by other staff members that my insurance has covered everything. No one is never on the same page there, one person says one thing and the other says the total opposite but I am considering picking up my treatments elsewhere but I also consider how great the dentist has been.

My usual dentist was closed for the weekend, and the super kind and helpful staff at this office worked me in. The dental assistants are sweet and easy to talk to, and the dentist herself was efficient and very informative for action I could take. Overall such a wonderful experience. I broke my front tooth bonding in half on New Years Day trying to fix a toy (don't ever use teeth as a tool). It was about 9pm that Friday and I looked for an emergency dentist and called Dr French. He answered first ring and said he could fix it in the morning (Saturday!). I am so happy with his work, it looks better than it did before. It was affordable and the tooth looks seamless and perfect no matter how close someone is, they can not tell where the bonding starts and my real tooth begins. It looks better than it did before (and that work was done by a certified cosmetic dentist). Dr French is a genuinely caring person, who made sure I was happy with the work. I am very happy! Also he is affordable and I will be returning.

Where do I start? My experience from beginning to end was beyond what I was expecting. I was so nervous going in because it’s been some time since I’ve had routine dental care. My visit was so educational & thorough. Hannah was the best hygienist! Dr. Johnson was so pleasant. Every staff member I came into contact with was nice. Not to mention they squeezed me in on a Saturday! The overall atmosphere was awesome. Definitely not as intimidating as some other dentist offices. I will be a patient here as long as I can.

I’ve been to this office twice to get my teeth cleaned and the cleaning experience was great! Be prepared to spend an hour and a half to two hours at the office though. Expect a 30+ minute wait after your scheduled appointment time. That happened both times, so I’m not too impressed with how they manage time with each patient.

Up front charge for two separate appointments, one for cleaning the other one for an extraction. Both times something extra came up for more money during the appointment. Both appointments were cancelled. I decided to go to another dental office. I requested a refund for 3 weeks on the phone and in person but was given the run around by office staff. Telling me the refund had to go through approval from the manager eventhough no services were done. Or when I call my number was blocked by the office assistant that answers phone calls, but soon as another extension was call, it got answered.

I was referred out to have a wisdom tooth removed. I was told that I had to a do a consultation and that they could do it today at 5:30. I thought perfect! It's after work. I had an appt at the North Arlington location. I completed the paperwork online so I wouldn't have to wait long. Just get in take pictures and schedule me for the extraction. Well I arrive and I was told that she would look for the paperwork but I still needed to fill it out. I was annoyed but okay, whatever. I sit for 30 minutes and then I'm told that the machine that takes the pictures they need (jaw to jaw) is broke and I would need to reschedule. I'm super upset at this point. Why didn't anyone call and tell me instead of having me drive here for NOTHING! I wasn't even a customer yet, this is so unprofessional on so many levels as if my time doesn't matter. I'll find another dentist, what good does the late hours do if your equipment doesn't work. It's obvious you don't care about other people's time.

Everything about my first visit was excellent. I called on a Friday at 5pm with an issue. A crown that was placed by one of my former dentists came off. I was worried that, not being a current patient, I would be brushed off. I was amazed and relieved that they got me in at 7 am Saturday morning. Even though I was being fit in as a brand new patient they spent a lot of time getting familiar with my history and did a thorough evaluation. Dr. Neufield was gentle, reassuring and kind. She fixed my issue and saved my weekend! She is officially my new dentist. Great staff and nice clean office as well.

Awesome! I love Dr Everette. I had complications from an extraction for another dental office and could not get ahold of anyone on the weekend there. I called Arlington dental care and a dentist on call called me aback. She said there was an opening in the Arlington office. I went to the appointment and was greeted with warm and friendly staff.
