My 7 year old little girl had her first orthodontic appointment today with Dr. Navarro. I am most certain we choose the right orthodontist. He explained everything thoroughly as he worked with my child. Dr. Navarro reviewed the xrays completely with me. He and his staff were genuinely kind and my little girl had a great experience. The office was up to date and very clean. We arrived a little late but still only has a small five minute wait in the lobby and no wait in the room. I am very happy with our choice and highly recommend Dr. Navarro.

The BEST dentist I have EVER had. I am a black woman and I can definitely tell you that Dr. Navarro is NOT in any way a racist or discriminatory. This dentist is the most patient, caring, and understanding dentist you may EVER come across. I had to get braces and he was wonderful with me I was so nervous and scared that I dug my fingers into the seat. And my nail broke off so bad that I cut my finger and it was bleeding. Dr. Navarro jumped into action, his Dr. instincts kicked in and he immediately started taking care of my finger. What a Dr. I was so impressed. He is ALWAYS smiling, happy and full of energy. I have nothing but respect and love for this Dentist and I will NEVER go anywhere else. I am so pleased with his work as well as his attitude. Look, he is so charming that he will make you forget all about the pain. (if any) I love the Navarro Orthodontic crew and staff and if you have any issues at all he will resolve them immediately. I walk in I am immediately greeted with a smile and a hello.He comes to all his patients checking on them asking how they are and how they feel. Words can't describe how grateful I am for these amazing people. They have done so much to help me regain the confidence I had lost because of the shape my teeth were in. I'm African American and I never had problems with Doctor Navarro. My daughter first came in the office a year ago in which he's very polite and attentive to my daughter. He did an exposure and extraction on my daughter plus braces. He know exactly what was wrong and also what she needed to fix the major problem in her mouth. Anytime I needed question answered he never hesitate to help us.

Dr Navarro and staff are amazing they are curtious helpful and understanding they will work with you in any situation to meet your needs and they will provide you with the best service possible. Nowadays there is not a lot of interaction from dr to patient but not with Dr Navarro, he is an increadible Doctor And so is his team, you guys are the best. I am SO disappointed in this place, I will be ECSTATIC when my daughters braces come off and will NOT be doing her post care there at all! They treat my daughter, one of the only African Americans that show up (this may or may not be the reason but is a fact and this is MY review) like a, for lack of a better term, step child any time I drop her off and don't stay with her, its RIDICULOUS! If I am there we are in and out in less than a half hour, if I am not there she can be there more than an hour and a half, I don't get it. BUT I will say that I have said something and it STILL happens so its not like its a one time thing. I'm over it altogether, Lord just get us through this next 6 months! UGH! -Update its been 9 months due to a few missed appointments but now that she is getting them off they could care less about her making her appointments, they've gotten most of their money and they have checked out. The lady in the front doesn't call at all anymore and I am almost about to take her somewhere else and get them off because that is all she needs done, we are finally at the finish line!! Praise God.

I love Navarro Orthodontics , I had my braces placed 3 months ago and the level of care i received is AWESOME! I normally schedule my appointments in the evenings so I don't have to wait too long! Also their payment plan is very flexible , Dr Navarro always checks on me to make sure I'm content with my care. I highly recommend Navarro Orthodontics :)
