Last month I had teeth cleaning done by Dr. Kol and it was by far the best teeth cleaning ever! I cannot imagine a better dentist than Dr. Kol. She truly embodies the meaning of a kind, charismatic, skillful, and knowledgeable dentist. Thank you Dr. Kol for making my smile whiter and brighter. I have been with her for over a decade. Her passion for helping enhance and enriching the quality of her patients' lives through helping them with their oral care and for dentistry is unreal. Reeba always greeted me with a smile every time she sees me, she is very kind. Jessica is Dr. Kol's dental assistant who is very caring. Robbie is very nice and kind. Ashley helped take my x-rays and was also very nice. I appreciate the staff in Monarch Dental Euless. Great job!

This is the first and only dentist that i have ever looked forward to visiting. Dr. Kol, Tobi, Mabel and Jessica (to name a few) always go above and beyond to make my visits the best. There is a Monarch Dental less then 4 minutes from my house and I pass by 2 more Monarch Dentals just to go to this location at Glade Park in Euless. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr.Kol is amazing! Not only did she put my anxiety at easy she also took the time to explain everything in detail along with exactly why my procedures needed to be done. I completely love her philosophy of not feeling uncomfortable or pain. There were many times that my jaw would start to cramp up and she was more then willing to help loosen my jaw and get the cramp out and give me a small break to rest it. I have never had a dentist willing to give my mouth a small break. Over all my experience at this location is truly the best I have ever experienced. Reeba and Jessika are super friendly. They both explain everything ahead of time and have this calming attitude that helps make doing to the dentist office a more pleasant experience. Ashely took care of my general cleaning switch had been years since I had it done. I loved how informative she was and evening taking the time to show proper flossing! Robbi and Nicole, have the best customer service. The first time I visited this office they helped me come up with a payment plan I can afford. I have also been able to see their kind personalities not only with me but with other clients as well. It really is a pleasure being greeted by them when I go for my appointments. I could not of asked for a better experience from the moment I walked in the door to my procedures and to goodbyes when I left. I am more then willing and happy to drive from NRH to Euless to this Monarch Dental location to see Dr.Kol and her team!!!

Went to two different dentist office in two days.....after xrays and evaluation then waiting 25 minutes for the front office to bring me a plan for the year I left this office. Went to another dentist the next day and they were amazing. The exam hurt very bad at this office but was better and quicker at the next office. I had the next office also do xrays and they cleaned my teeth as well. Then set me up with a reasonable plan for the issues I had. Do your self a favor and do not go to this Monarch dental.

I found my lifetime dentist! Dr. Kohl is one of the most compassionate people you could ever meet, and her staff is as well. I am a very high-anxiety dental patient. Dec 2018 I came in for a second opinion. Monarch was recommended by insurance and highly recommended. I met with the staff and Dr Cole,,. They’re all extremely friendly and helpful. Nervous to get a second opinion in fear of what the first dentist found I feared the outcome. After full set of ex rays and evaluations were done and Dr Cole explaining and showing me her findings I was more than relieved,.. but aggravated that the other dentist made up things!!! I have set up an appt with Dr Cole to have the work done in December. So I can honestly say so far so good! Thank you Robbie, Ashley and Dr Kol for making my first visit a good one! I’m adding to my review here as of April 2019. Dr Kol is Absolutely the best dentist around. Dr Kol strives for perfection and she achieves it. Reeba her assistant is so professional ,. Sweet and definitely knows her job. She makes the best temporary crowns too ;) My permanent crown looks so much like my other teeth you’d never know it was a crown. Ashley the dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. Her staff is amazing and have really enjoyed getting to know them. I know I’ll have to stop in and see them all in between visits. Really, overall it was a great experience. The only annoying parts was I felt we were there forever and 2/3rds of us got our teeth clean. Three of us made an appointment back to back and due to a scheduling conflict of some sort my teeth did not get cleaned. I have another appointment, but it is more time off work. :/

I took my wife and daughter in for their check ups today. I had scheduled their appointments at the Euless Monarch because of my initial visit and the overall great service I received. The staff as always friendly and thorough but most importantly Dr Kol took her time to explain the work needed and made sure that they were in comfort during the exam. I really like Dr Kole at Monarch, however for the last year I have been going through the process of getting an implant. My appointment has been screwed up so many times. And also how much I owe. I was told the insurance overpaid quite a bit and even after the tooth was placed I should be gettting a good size check. When I went in they told me I owed 600. I had to call Kirk. He said he figured it out and that I would owe 30. Dollars. I have gotten bills in the mail for more money. I went yesterday and had the tooth temporarily placed and it is bumpy and rough. Apparently a new procedure. I don’t think any of this is Dr Kole fault but I am not happy with the rest of them.

This is the worst dentist company ever. 1) I haven't been to the dentist in 2 years and desperately want my teeth cleaned. However, they won't ALLOW you to make an appointment to get your teeth cleaned! You have to split it into two appointments and do a consultation first. Who wants to go to the dentist TWICE if they don't have to?! 2) I waited almost an hour after the start of my appointment time and never got called back. When I asked how long it would be, I was told there was still one patient ahead of me. So basically I was supposed to wait over an hour or more? I left. Guess I'll have to change to PPO for 2018 and then go to Mint Dentistry. Until then I'll suffer with a dirty mouth :(

The worst experience ever!! The customer service was horrible and the plus size Hispanic girl in the front is rude and has a mugshot face as soon as you walk through the door . She doesn’t smile. They messed up the scheduling of my appointment 1st. Then had me come in and told me that they needed a billion in one x-rays that of course my insurance didn’t cover just so I have to pay them a ton of money out of pocket. Normally I wouldn’t mind but they were just completely rude about the entire situation. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Don't use this place unless you enjoy liars and deception. My daughter is getting married at the end of April and needed an implant and crown for her front teeth after a repair broke from an injury in high school. She has been in four times to try to get this down and told a different story each time as to why her flipper and crown was not in. She has been sent to two different locations. Now on the day of her wedding shower they told her they can't make her teeth match. She was told her Dr was on vacation yesterday but today they said the Dr is at a different location. Deceit and lies. The cost is outrageous for very bad service and care.

UPDATE 3.18.19. My visit this time went great, way better than my last one. The front ladies greeted me nicely at early morning (8am) smiles and. Thanks to my hygienist (Ashley Hubbard) and her helper my cleaning was fast and painless. Thank you ladies, I am glad things have improved. See yiu again soon. 12.17.18, this location is great, the front ladies and nurses are great. However, the Dr. (Dr.Kol) was very rude and condescending towards me today. She came across very forceful and preasuring on her recommendations and was not listening to me at all. She seemed annoyed by my questions which required her to explain in more details about what she was recommending to me and why. Thankfully the nurse (Ashley) was there to explain to me what Dr. Kol said after she walked away without a word, didnt even asked if I had any questions. I wouldn't recommend that Dr. After my experience with her today. I wish there was another Dr. available, because I really like that location. June 2018. I had a dental appointment back in october, which i was supposed to have been scheduled for a follow up appointment 6months later, they never scheduled me for one. I had to call and ask, because i knew i was supposed to have been back there for a check up by now. When i called to ask they didnt have an answer for me, instead i was told someone from oral department will contact me. Secondly, i was charged for a procedure before the procedure took place. Then i received a letter (8 months later) stating that they owe me money, because the procedure never took place. The place is nice yes from the look of it but i didnt like the service at all. Communication absolutely needs to improve.

We go in to get a cleaning and to fix our concerns and walk out 2 hours later with 21 x-rays done and thousands of dollars in potential bills. We new we had problem teeth but didn’t need insulted about our hygeine in the process. We will not be going back.

This dental office are like a car salesmen. They want to sell you everything! Don't! I chose this dental office based on their reviews....but now I find some of them to be questionable. I went in as a new patient. My appointment was made for 2 but I got there at 1:30 to fill out paperwork. I was called to get my x-rays and must've had at least 15 x-rays taken of the inside of my mouth. After being there for over an hour, I asked if I was going to get my teeth cleaned and they said someone needed to talk to me about the treatments before. I found that unusual because they usually do that at the end of the appointment. While waiting, the woman who took my x-rays took more pictures of my mouth..but this time it was with her phone! I was told I needed a special cleaning and was refused a regular cleaning. They wanted me to pay all of these Out-of-Pocket expenses. Please know that I have good teeth and I care for them! I walked out TWO HOURS after I got there and was completely irritated. I ended up going to Zoetic Dental in Euless and the dentist cleaned my teeth himself! If you're looking for a place with great customer service...go there instead!

Great office, great staff! If you want thoroughness this is the office you need to come to. The doctor lets you know how it is. There is no sugar coating . If you have no experience I’m the dental field of course you won’t believe what they have to tell you, a lot of people think it’s a scam, like seriously? It is their job to educate you and let you know what is best for you. .i am sure everyone else who is “educated “ in their own field would want the interested to know more about what they are trying to invest, if that makes sense. My wife works in the medical field and studies have been found that disease starts orally. A lot of people may not know that but it is true. Please don’t let other people influence your decision. Check them out !

Nice friendly staff however, I got 2 implants here. They didn't bother to check the color of my teeth before ordering them. Now I have 2 very bright. Brightest white implants that are nowhere near my natural color teeth. It's been a while & I moved states. When I went to a check up here they saw the horrible job done on the color & a loose implant. I wish it had worked out because I spent a lot & I did really like the staff. Now I have to spend thousands again.

The doctors and the staff are great, but the quality of service is just terrible. The last time I went here, I had to wait about an hour to receive x-rays. That was annoying and a waste of my time (and vacation). What was most annoying was the fact that this past week, I received at least 3 phone calls asking me to reschedule my appointment to 9:30 AM. I arrived before 9:30 AM and was told to come back because the dentist would not be there until 11:00 AM. Additionally, this place is also expensive. My husband goes elsewhere and pays $14 with insurance. I get charged $40 with the same insurance. If you want to save time and money, please go elsewhere!

The staff here at this office made my transition smooth and easy. They made me feel welcome right away. So glad I got referred there by a friend! First timer here... The staff was wonderful!! Dr. Kol , reeba, robbi, Ashley & Nicole are seriously a dream team. From front desk to the chair, it was a breeze. My 7yr old enjoyed her cleaning. As well did I. Thank you guys! ** Special thanks to robbi for being understanding and figuring out a manageable plan. This momma really appreciates it.

Before my wife and I went there I reconfirmed with Assistant Manager to get both x-ray and cleaning done on same day and we were confirmed twice by the Assistant Manager. They did good job on me but they made my wife very unhappy not doing her cleaning part as promised while she was waiting in cleaning room for more then 2 hours after her X-ray. Will we go again ? Not really

Dr. Linda Kol, Reeba, Robbye, and all the others in this Monarch office make it the #1 dental office to be! Through Dr. Kol’s expertise, kindness, patience, and gentleness with me, the needlephobe and dentist-scared patient, she’s given me the most beautiful smile I could ever ask for! Reeba, her assistant, with her expertise, kindness, and gentleness, led me through it all with grace. And Robbye, well, that wonderful woman leads you through insurance and scheduling so that you have no worries at all with such a friendly, warm, and welcoming manner! I have never been to a dentist office like Dr. Kol’s office before and I am so happy to have been introduced to her and her staff. I cannot imagine going to another dentist.

She has been the front desk person all of this time and their new office in Euless has a greatly expanded team of help and a fabulous, 30-year experience dentist, Dr. Kol. This is the conformation email from Monarch Dental for our appointment. We arrived 20 minutes early and we were tlod that we are not on the books? BTW I also confirmed by text. This was for my daughter and had to get her out of school and I had to leave work early also. The office lady was also very rude about it and just blew us off. Thanks for the waste of time. Please avoid this place, they probably wont have you "on the books"

I dont know where to begin, I brought my daughter in as a new patient and from the moment I stepped through the door I was greeted by Miss Mabel who is one of the front office staff. She was so pleasant to speak with and she gave me a packet of paperwork to fill out and it was all highlighted and easy for me to look at and know what they needed. My poor daughter was so nervous but once the front office staff started talking to her she became at ease. I appreciate the staff so much for making this an easy process, Lindsey and Tobi were the other ladies up front who are so professional and always smiling. They held a great conversation with me while I waited on my daughter to get her X-rays done. The back office was so inviting and professional as well, once Dr Kol explained to me about the work that was needed done, I felt comfortable and confident that my daughter was in great hands! I definitely recommend Monarch off of Glade Rd to everyone.. if you want great patient care and professionalism this is where you need to go.

My son said doctor was very attentive and made him feel very comfortable and got to know him a bit. Only thing, it looks very unclean and rude to see either a child of a worker or patient have their shoes kicked off and on a chair in the lobby. Chair right in the way where patients can pass by, homework scattered every where and have the tv on sponge bob blasting. Also the staff just looked very overwhelmed with patients and not sure of what appt times were available. I’d rather stick to going back to Grapevine Location then this one if this continues.

The staff was extremely courteous and professional. I was immediately greeted by Nicole and Ashley. I only waited 5 minutes and then both Reeba began examining me and Jessika quickly got me in for X-rays. Dr. Kol was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and sincerely expressed her prognosis to me. Finally Robbi, the office manager was very friendly and explained all my options in regards to cost, insurance etc. I was taken back by the overall honesty and friendliness of this staff and recommend this location to anyone. I will absolutely be returning here to have my future dental work completed thanks to the ladies at the Euless Monarch. Thank you.
