If you have children, this is the dentist for you. My son had a bad cavity, and he was very nervous/anxious coming in. They warned me he might need to see a pediatric dentist. Dr Kyle came in, was very calm, and was able to pull the tooth. I would highly recommend his practice and his staff.

IF I could give these folks 100 stars I certainly would, IF they would let me move in I'd be there in a heartbeat. This is THE best dental practice I've had the pleasure to be a patient of for many years so far. Dr. Eberlein and staff always treat me like royalty every time I come to see them and my dental problems magically "disappear" when they are finished. The good doctor's easy-going demeanor is always professional yet extremely caring and genuinely sincere as they have become some of my best friends many times over. The staff at this facility are well trained and also equally caring and sincere about your welfare, and they together always find a way to make me smile even when I think I don't want to smile, and thats such a nice touch to their already world class efforts. I can easily recommend this practice to any or all that need higher quality solutions for their dental needs and along the way you'll appreciate the ability to smile after each visit, just like I always do. THANKS AGAIN to Dr. E and his staff sooooo much for ALWAYS helping me out..!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!! I've seen so much turnover in staff for the last 6 months to a year. How could you my favorite people (Pam, Shawn, Dr. Mulcahy and Celia) not work there any more and no one ever called and told me. They just let me show up and say oh your going to be seeing this new Hygienist which was a horrible experience. I was only coming for Dr. Mulcahy, Pam, Shawn and Celia, I never liked Dr. Eberlein from the moment I seen him for a toothache. I could tell all he wanted to do was get every penny out of me, but I was smarter than that. Switched to Dr. Mulcahy and loved her and her team. Also the new dentist Dr. Patel is just like Dr. Eberlein money hungry. The last straw I had with them was when some lady name Amanda called me harassing me for money that my insurance had already paid them. Dr. Eberlein wife tried to talk me into staying just to get every penny outta me. This place has went all the was down hill since Dr. Albrittion retired. Sad sad sad! It seems to me since everyone is leaving that Dr. Ebelrein doesn't know how to treat his wonderful team that he once had. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I wanted to share my experience as I see most write poorly about experiences. I have to say that Dr. Eberlein was fantastic and made my time not rushed. We all know it can be somewhat scary going to the dentist but he explained everything so I didn’t feel as anxious. As far as the financial side I worked with Amanda whos bubbly personality was outstanding. Considering having to go to the dentist, from the staff, doc, and Amanda this was a phenomenal experience!! Horrible, horrible experience today, dental hygienist was "friendly" and all, but that doesn't help me at all, because when trying to get me x-rayed she hurt my gums once, so I told her and she dismissed me saying that I had no scratches or redness, then tried to do it again shoving the device into my mouth and hurting me once again; well that was it for me and had to leave the office. I know they are aware that not all patients are the same, so why this lady pretended I was not hurting it's beyond me! With personnel like that I do not understand why they have high ratings. All I can say is that I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Please save yourself some money and time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE. Dr. Eberlein will talk you into the most expensive thing for your situation even if you have told him over and over that you don't have the finances or only want to do the bare minimum, He will tell you well you can apply for a loan or a credit card. He doesn't care about what else you have going on in your personal life. He just wants to snatch every penny out of your pocket.

I switched to Dr. Eberlein about 10 years ago when my old dentist retired. I wish I had changed earlier. His technology, training and staff are up to date and not overpriced. I have bragged about his technology to my friends. His staff are friendly and personal. They take care of me, even when I had a tooth emergency recently. I would personally recommend Mid- Cities Dental to ANYONE - and I have. I like it that his waiting room has coffee, family friendly reading material and a Bible.

In response to the review of Iris Fulmen, I personally would like to respond to this matter. As a office manager of Dr. Eberlein I know we both would never want a patient to be upset, however, doing some research and not finding the name Iris Fulmen in all of the United States makes me think this is a false statement. I have been in dentistry for over 20 years from management to consulting and have never worked for such a precise doctor that preforms amazing dental work. I have worked for many doctors but never one that has shown leadership and respect to both patients and staff. Dr. Eberlein has never preformed treatment on a wrong tooth and has over 30 years experience with over thousands of satisfied patients. In all the root canal cases we do, we always test the tooth with accurate equipment before preceding with the procedure. We welcome you to call us directly and will be happy to talk to you.

Dr Eberlein is the GREATEST dentist, ever!!! I have been seeing Dr Eberlin for about 10 years. He and his staff do everything possible to keep their treatment “painfree!!!” Every time I visit the office for a cleaning or for consultation, they are always improving their technology and the way they do things!!! I have been coming to Mid Cities Dental for at least a decade and every time I come in they go above and beyond to make sure that I feel comfortable and satisfied with my smile. This past week, I came in to fix two of my fake teeth, and the next day I had realized that my previous retainer didn't fit anymore. After telling him, he immediately fit me into his schedule the same day no questions asked! Coming to Mid Cities is always a great experience.
