COMPETENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED COMPASSIONATE My experience at Memorial Dental Spa has been superb!. I went to the dentist the day before my Birthday. Although I an older adult, when it comes to dentistry, I am a big baby. I had 4 cavities filled on this occasion. The service provided at Memorial Dental Spa is excellent. My dentist was meticulous, professional and compassionate. I had no pain, and with almost every touch I was asked by either the dentist or hygienist "are you okay?" are you comfortable? Just let us know if you are not." I was at peace and knew I was in get hands; but most importantly, I knew I was more than a client/customer, I knew I was being CARED for. After my procedure, every staff member that I passed as I proceeded to the Reception desk, made it point to say happy birthday. I live near 290 and Barkers Cypress. I pass more than 100 dentist offices to come to Memorial Dental Spa because they are competent, customer- service oriented and compassionate. I am writing this review because I want each of you and your children to experience the same great service I do every time that I go there. Tell them that Bridgett sent you!

Memorial Park Dental staff is great front the front office to the dental chairs in the back, they were all great! They have exemplified nothing but professionalism every time I have called for an appointment and during my inside office visits. I was nervous because I recently had moved from Dallas to Houston and the staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I didn't even think about the work being done . I had a very extensive detailed new patient review and my Dental Hygienist Lindsey was very professional, passionate, kind and technically outstanding! She answered all my questions and concerns. The layout of the office was absolutely beautiful with a very relaxing environment. However, the care I received exceeded the beautiful furniture, lights and the in house Massage Therapist. There are extra benefits that make the visit pleasant: pillows, blankets, and aroma therapy on demand! Everyone -- from front desk to finance manager to dentist -- is polite and focused on customers! There is usually a wait and I'm not a fan of that. Other than that, I'd highly recommend Dr Thomas!

They offer anything from blankets to noise canceling earphones. And let's not forget the free massages! They did a great job with my teeth and oddly enough I can't wait to go back.

They were the only place I could get a same day Saturday appointment when I had a dental emergency. They are always so accommodating and will make every effort to get you in as soon as possible. All the staff I have encountered have been extremely nice and they have lots of drink options while you are waiting. This offices Saturday appointments is what originally drew me in. Yet after 2 visits it seemed the office was more interested in reviews than dental care. They were consistently late for cleanings, that is if the staff or dentist even showed up to open the office. They would try to take x-rays every cleaning, where most insurance rightfully only cover 1/year. The free whitening trays they provided me were so damaged and poorly cut that they were unusable. It's disappointing to have a group that addresses an aspect of your health take such little pride in their work that they would operate the way that they do. Don't give into the gimmicks and go to a real dentist.

I will never go to another dentist. Free massages and free whitening? What other dentist has that? The staff is amazing, and Dr. Thomas is the best dentist I have ever seen. They don't try to squeeze money out of you with treatments you don't need. The masseuse is great and when she isn't busy, will massage you while you get your dental treatment done. They also offer things like aromatherapy, blankets, noise-canceling headphones, etc while you get your dental treatment done. They always make sure you are 100% comfortable

I used to think that this was the place to help me when I was in a bind. However, I proved to be wrong in this regard. Past service had been great, but the new group of receptionists not only told me that they couldn't give me an appointment, but were rude about it (on the occasions that they could remember who I was). Worst receptionist service I have EVER experienced. Usually when people are calling they are in pain and do not need to be talked down upon. The price had always been on the steep end, but it was acceptable for the customer service. Not any more!

Best experience at a dentist ever! They got me in as a new patient with less than 24 hours notice. There was hardly any wait. They were very focused on keeping me comfortable. They used essential oils. The hygienist was very thorough at cleaning every nook and cranny of my teeth and the doctor was reassuring about my dental health. They gave me a free massage and teeth whitening trays for being a new patient! I come back this weekend for the massage and to get fitted for the trays!

Imagine being told you’re going to be double charged for something that occurred 8 months ago, and then get a teeth cleaning. That’s the experience I just had. They offer their new patients Starbucks/coupons for 5* google reviews, which is why their number is so high. Memorial dental improperly scheduled a past appointment. Due to this, the insurance policy didn’t cover my cleaning causing me to pay an additional $100 for a teeth cleaning. They decided to inform me of this on my visit (8 months later) right before my cleaning instead of when the charge was incurred. They’re able to see the details of patients’ insurance policy while they book appointments, so this type of clerical mistake is unacceptable. I do want noted that everyone was nice, and I think my hygienist cleaned my teeth well. Unfortunately, they didn’t take ownership of their mistake and rectify the issue. I won’t be back.

I love this office & the staff are super friendly. I used to go to Lovett Dental which was a complete nightmare. I'm so glad I switched to this office! Dr. Thomas and her staff are attentive to my teeth and there are other amenities you get like a free 30 minute annual massage at the spa and teeth whitening kits. You can also request aromatherapy during the cleaning, and they provide blankets and pillows as needed for your comfort. I would recommend anyone to go to this office!

The receptionist was courteous and thorough when taking my information. My experience once in the office is what I am most impressed with. The team gave me a tour of the facilities and made sure I was comfortable before they started my cleaning and evaluation. The dental hygienist did an impeccible job on my teeth and asked how I was doing frequently. The rooms are equipped with cozy chairs, tv screens and they offer comfort services like blanket throws. The location is absolutely beautiful with nice touches and amenities. The staff who welcomed me were personable and enjoyable to engage with. However, I will not be returning to this dental office after my first visit. While I liked Dr. Thomas who I found to be wonderful, smart, compassionate, experienced, and personable in the few moments I spoke with her, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so rough, I cried a little through the process. The hygienist seemed very sweet, and I liked her as a person, but I have never experienced this type of pain in past when having my teeth cleaned. When I returned home, I saw that my enamel on one tooth was scratched and there's a very small hair-line crack. The hygienist never explained what she was doing each step of the way, and rushed through my cleaning after I sat there for close to 2 hours. I don't want to return to the location to address the scratch in my enamel because I'm afraid of more damage being caused and a hefty bill to follow. I was charged $75.00 for a dental cleaning with having one of the top dental insurance PPO subscriptions (I am paying about $40/month for my dental insurance) in which $75.00 out of pocket is a steep fee I've never had to pay with other dentists -- in past, the out of pocket at my last dentist was around $45.00 for the second cleaning in which my first cleaning and x-rays were covered!! I felt a bit overcharged, and I wish I had never scheduled this appointment, and traveled the distance to see my last dentist who was exceptional. The last hygienist I saw at a different location was so careful, and explained everything in great detail as she proceeded with my cleaning. The bed side manner of my past hygienist was excellent, and the process was never rushed. Overall, the employees were courteous and welcoming, but I did sense some disorganization (employees scattered around and running around as a previous reviewer had stated) which can be improved with continued training. Again, I dislike leaving reviews where I can't recommend places (and this was a hard decision for me), but I do give 3 stars because I liked Dr. Thomas and the beautiful facility and amenities. Their office means well, but another recommendation I have is perhaps to focus less on the spa amenities and more on the integrity of the dental services offered. I don't need a free massage, I just want my teeth taken care of. I wish them the very best and future success.

Girl behind the front desk blatantly asks me to write a review on Google and proceeds to bribe me with some $5 coupon if I do. This wasn't the first red flag either. Understand I'm only one person with a limited perception but I am in the business of sales. These folks do it well and they will scam you if you don't pay attention. They told me I needed a couple grand worth of work when in reality I need NONE of their recommendations. If you take anything away from this review I would just hope that you consider a second opinion before handing these people your hard earned money.

They are so flexible with appointment times, allowing me to squeeze it in before or after work at my convenience. Additionally, I have really sensitive gums and teeth and have had some of the best and least painful teeth cleanings here. There are even random additional perks, like free teeth whitening and spa treatments.

The free yearly things are awesome, I get a message when ever I can. They also have free whitening, but I have not tried it yet. This place has seriously gone downhill. I've been coming to this dentist for almost 4 yrs and the high rate of turnover for staff shows how bad management is. Every front desk person only lasts a few months. All the good hygienists that used to work on me are not there anymore. Instead you get a flimsy-handed hygienist that does your cleaning for 5 mins. You call their office to ask for a breakdown of potential out of pocket charges and they would say 'we'll try to claim whatever we can from your insurance and then write off the rest if anything leftover' but then after they've done the service on you they ask for $185 for a 5 min cleaning. Very dodgy accounting. Especially when they've never told you about these charges until after. If they told me that before then I would have cancelled the appointment because there are other dental places that are better and cheaper. Never coming back to this place again. New patients, be warned: their niceness will only last the first few visits after you've given them a review.

It is always a wonderful experience at Memorial Park Dental. Kay the receptionist is the greatest and always has a smile on her face! When it comes to the greatest Hygenist award well that would have to go to Beverly! I had to get a deep cleaning and I was quite stressed about it all day. I'm not sure how Beverly can be gentle while doing this procedure but she definitely pulled it off!! #Kudos to the entire staff!!

A dentist office I would highly recommend! I became a patient 3 years ago, later convinced my wife, friends and neighbors, and we all love this office. Dr. Thomas and all the hygienists are top notch, thorough and fun to work with. I'm a huge candy/sweets eater, but because of this office my teeth have been in the best dental health ever. I've been quite impressed with the technology/tools -even during my visit today to get a cleaning, the x-rays tools are now digital and directly loaded to the screen - the process was quick and more comfortable than the traditional dental x-rays. This office is truly about investing in the long-term health of its patients. What I also like about this dentist is that she is very proactive. Most offices will do x-rays once a year, while this office does them at least twice a year at no extra cost to the patient. Really appreciate that Dr. Thomas is willing to cover items out of her pocket for the long-term benefits of the patient. I haven't taken advantage of the free teeth whitening services or any of the spa/massage services, but another perk. If I had to list a con, it would be that some of the special services (e.g., crown) are slightly higher than average; could be higher quality products driving that. Co-pays for general things like fillings seem to be on par. Great office. Great staff. I would recommend this office to anyone.

I needed help closing my bite and aligning my teeth, within a short timeframe, due to an international move; but, I was not open to wearing traditional braces. I found Memorial Park Dental through my insurance. They were in network, nearby, and the word “spa” piqued my interest! Also, I was switching dentists because I’d chipped a filling, and my previous dentist couldn’t see me for 2 weeks, but Memorial Park Dental was able to get me in. When I arrived, the hygienist greeted me, showed me around the office and introduced me to staff. She was very nice and friendly! The room where i had my cleaning done had a big screen TV and even a TV on the ceiling! I always thought they should have TVs on the ceiling so you had something to look at while staring yo there. They really did give me a certificate for a 1-Hour massage!! I’m scheduled to have the massage tomorrow, very excited!! I had to go back to have a filling drilled out and replaced. I saw Dr. C, and he was very friendly, and kept me informed as he worked on me so I didn’t get nervous. These guys are really running a nice practice! I think it may be the nicest I’ve ever seen. Glad I found them! I’m encouraging my boyfriend to set up an appointment...think he may be persuaded by the free massage!!

I discovered Memorial Park Dental Spa when they came by my apartment complex and hosted a pasta night. I'm new to Houston and had yet to find a dentist. They are conveniently located close to where I live and my insurance was their preferred provider which were 2 pluses in my book. At my first appointment they gave me a tour and everyone was so nice. Since I hadn't gone to the dentist in a while they suggested that I get a deep cleaning done and set me up with a different appointment day. They accommodated my schedule and were very courteous.
