I haven’t been to the dentist In quite some times . 20+ years . I admit to be a little embarrassed of so. But I am glad I choose Encore . They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Everyone I encountered there had a smile and was so nice . The stuff =amazing . The doctor = amazing . Definitely would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Definitely looking forward to coming back soon .

This is a good local practice. My wife and I both go here, and their service and work has always been good. I recently took my son here after breaking a tooth and having the repair fail 2 times in 3 weeks (from his previous dentist). The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and my stated opinions ( I'm sure this part was was annoying to her :) ), and she then reviewed our options. In the end, she was able to make a nice repair on a difficult tooth. With care, this should last him a while longer and will increase its service life. She has proven to me that she is a conscientious and skilled practitioner, and my son now has a new Dentist.

This Dentist office helped me when I needed help the most!!! The Dr was very nice as well as the front office. Very accommodating and very patient!! The Dr has a very good bedside manner to her. I have referred my dad there for a very large project for his bridge. He really likes the office and the Dr. So Thank you for taking care of my family as well as my extended family! This review was composed a year ago. It has been in limbo because of the automated spam filter. Edited to adhere to guidelines today. If you are pregnant do not waste time here! When scheduling an appointment I made sure to let them know I was pregnant. The receptionist said that he would confirm that it was okay to come in. After a brief hold I was informed that I could be seen, and that all I needed to do was bring a note from my prenatal Doctor stating what procedures and medications were permitted. Well I arrive to my appointment and all of a sudden after taking one photo, telling me something that I already knew (because of my trip to the ER that prompted the appointment I scheduled in the first place) she informed me that she did not work with pregnant patients. She did however give me a referral (I basically paid 30.00) for and get this..... The dentist wasn't in network with my coverage. I absolutely felt I was taken advantage of because of my pregnancy. Again, her personal preference is not to work with pregnant patients. Do not pay to waste your time. I can see your reply to my review from my most current email, but not from here. Editing to add my reply. Your practice was aware of the reason for my scheduled appointment. An abscessed wisdom tooth. It wouldn't have been rocket science for you to tell me over the phone that it was something you couldn't help me with. It seems to me that with so many patients, on top of the fact that I informed you that I was pregnant as well as what my issue was, that you only intended to get me in there to tell me what I told you and then take my 30. Something about the whole ordeal just seems dishonest to me. I don't like to think that about anyone. I really did feel taken advantage of. Mrs. Flood

I have been putting off a dental visit due to a bad experience at another dental office. Last week I had an exam and cleaning at Encore, which went very well. Today I had one filling and one crown taken care of, all in one visit. The staff is friendly and welcoming, Dr. Cabansag is very efficient and gentle. And they have very cool technology with makes everything run smoothly, from the text message reminders to the portable x-ray equipment. I especially liked getting my permanent crown the same day so I didn't need to have a temporary and make another visit. My visits went so well that I think I am over my reluctance to make regular dental visits!

They also determined how much of the cost my dental insurance would pay before I had the proceedure.

Great visit at Encore Dentistry. I'm surprised at how quickly they are able to service clients. I was called back at my exact appointment time and was done in less than an hour. I went in for two fillings and I'm NOT a fan of the noise of a drill and have a terrible gag reflex. The dentist and assistant were very accommodating. They both made me feel relaxed and completed their work swiftly and with extreme care. I would surely recommend this practice!

The staff is always very friendly. Dr. Cabansag greets me with a smile and the experience is always a pleasent one. The office is always clean which makes it less stressful in my opinion. I love the small Flat screens available in the exam rooms.

I have gone to this dentist 2 times and both times they have made gone back twice. The 1st time the did a fill and didn't seal it correctly. When I went back the assistant took x-rays and said my fill was broken but then the dentist came over she was no the fill needs to be covered more. This is conflicting information. This is crazy. Then the second time I went for a basic cleaning and the dentist wasn't in the office due to a doctors appointment so the assistant did the cleaning and she injured my gum area on one side I have the infection so bad that my gum is bleeding and that started when I got the cleaning done (before that my gums were fine) that was 10 days ago and now I have called to see if they can take me in because the infection has gone from my bottom gum to the top gum and they said that they can see me at 1 I told him that I could go around 3 and they didn't want to take me in so they said to wait till Monday or find another dentist. What kind of service is this. PLEASE don't go...STAY AWAY.

I think about cancelling a lot of things, but my dentist appointments with Encore Dentistry is not one of them. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by Jason with a smile and your wait time is minimal. Dr. Cabansag has created a warm, friendly environment which makes you feel like everyone that walks through the door is like family.She is excellent and takes quality time with each of her patients. Evon who did my cleaning really cares about your dental hygiene and she explains everything in simple terms that when you walk out, all your questions have been answered. She also provides helpful tidbits for you to maintain good dental hygiene. I consider myself a LIFER with Encore Dentistry. I never leave there disappointed. In fact, I walk out all smiles! Dr. Cabansag and her team are the BEST! Thank you!

I have been going to Dr Cabansag for a couple years but have known her for many more. What a wonderful person and a great dentist. Multiple reminders of my appointment and I have never had to wait. It is good to have someone value my time. I have no dental insurance and Encore is less expensive than my prior dentists. No scare tactics to drum up business either. I highly recommend Encore!

This will be the 2nd time going to this office and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. I have had 8 cavities and a root canal done so far. The dentist and staff are exceptional with their bed-side manners and professionalism. When getting down to business the dentist has a look that only an intellegent and skilled person can give. I trust only them with my dental work. Pros: Excellent bed-side manner Professionalism A TV to watch The dentist has small hands The staff Clean environment They show your x-rays on the TV Comfortable chair Cons None. Other thoughts: Don't wait on dental work. A small cavity can easily within a few years cause you more pain then you can imagine. Take care of it now and avoid what I have had to deal with. It won't go away. The TV was a nice touch but have you ever thought about maybe adding an interactive game? This would give the person something to do with their hands and be more of a distraction than just a TV. Jeff's post was weird to me. They show you on the screen where you have cavities, and they explain everything to you. It's really easy to see and you don't have to be a doctor to understand what is going on. Light gray is a hole in your tooth (cavity), white is your normal tooth, and bright white is a filling. If you dont understand, ask. They're not going to keep you dental information a secret from you.

Best dentist and dentist office I have ever used. They are caring and professional. Dr. Cabansag is knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. Her office staff is friendly and professional. A teeth cleaning is usually painful and unpleasant. It was neither. Eva made this experience so pleasant I am actually looking forward to, instead of dreading, my next appointment.
