This office is always so friendly, helpful and very professional. I have brought my children here for years and some even to continue to come as adults. Sol and Yvonne are so willing to work with us in payment arrangements and scheduling conflicts. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!

Monster Toy time

I schedule an appt for my child to get an exam and cleaning. The dentist was a Chinese man who barely spoke English or gave you direct eye contact. The dental tech appeared to be incompetent and gave my daughter some have way x-rays from her chair. The dentist appeared to went overboard, as he briefly looked at my daughter’s teeth and said she had eight cavities. Mind you, she has an orthodontist as well who just did an exam a few months ago and never said she had cavities. Unfortunately, her orthodontist doesn’t have an on-site dentist, otherwise I would have never went to the crown. Besides that she went to her previous dentist six months ago to get a cleaning and exam and the dentist never mention she had any cavities. My daughter had excellent hygiene and never had any cavities. So my daughter must have been brushing her teeth with chocolate to have eight cavities within six months. I was referred by a family member to go his dentist, but I will be returning to my daughter’s previous dentist with her treatment plan from the Crown, so they can re exam my daughter’s teeth to determine if she really has the eight cavities. If she doesn’t, I will be filling a claim with my dental insurance as well as the State Dental Board to get credited for this bogus dental charge that they charge me for her exam and x-rays. In addition they wouldn’t even clean my child’s teeth until they filled all eight cavities. Please go somewhere else and if you do decide to go here, get a second opinion.

My husband has good dental insurance. We went here and the dentist barely spoke English. The people were nice but I feel like they are scam artists. They tried to tell us our insurance wouldn't cover a cleaning. They said our insurance covers light and deep cleaning but the one we needed was in the middle. Knowing that neither my husband or myself have had cleanings in at least three years I knew this was not the truth, we both needed deep cleanings at the least. They wanted to pull my wisdom teeth even though my previous dentist told me that they were actually coming in perfectly straight and there was no need to pull them. The whole visit was a sham and they were probably going to charge us for our cleanings and then try to bill our insurance too. We never went back for cleanings, we are instead going to a local dentist now.

As a mother of a autistic 10yr old finding a dentist that is able to interact and handle the various social and sensory problems that comes with autism is important. I am above happy i found that with crown dental. My son needed sedation to do procedures and the whole visit was so good he asked when do we go back. The little asian dentist lied to me saying i needed over 4000 worth of work i got a second opinion at cedar lake dental i only needed 386.00 worth of work. Watch out for that asian guy he is shady i cant speak for the other ones. Dentist at cedar lake said i was lied to. Treatment plan at crown was just under 4500 bucks i would have to pay over 2000 for work i never needed after insurance company got screwed over. Just be careful with that asian male dentist he looks young and inexperienced he will try to sell you crowns when you dont even need them. This is the third dentist that lied to me. The last dentist 10 years ago said i needed root canals. Got a second opinion that was a lie. Its all about $$$$ with some of them. Even on a review they lie saying they dont charge patients 4000 bucks that is a fat lie! I have the treatment plan in front of me. im not putting my name on here, my treatment plan was like 4400 bucks for crown dental. When i showed it to cedar dental they laughed they could not believe the outrageous charges. Im only warning you to be careful with the asian dentist not everyone else. Im sharing my experience about him only. Im sure there are great honest dentist at this facility. Im only speaking about one in particular. Have a great day..
