You'll get a very warm greeting BY NAME at the front door (2 thumbs up), she is going to give you AWESOME care and David is a rockstar on x-rays & cleanings. I had Dr. Hasan as my dentist for years now. She’s very kind and gentle. Although I’m an orthodontis , I have a natural fear of being in the dental chair as a patient. But, she’s always assuring, taking the time to address my anxiety with no rush, and above all provide a superior dental care.

Don’t go!! Staff very unfriendly. I really don’t know why they are so highly rated. I’ve had better service in the dentist office. These reviews Are false and I do NOT recommend this place. They are very very slow. It took literally 3 hours for a first time X-rays and cleaning visit.

Took 2.5 hours to have X-rays done and routine cleaning. I was told I needed significant dental work done and luckily I sought out a second opinion which saved me and dental insurance thousands of dollars. All I had were three conservative cavities.

I had a broken molar and went in on short notice. They were very professional and friendly. They didn't push me into services I either wasn't prepared for or didn't want. I got all the options and costs beforehand and could make an educated decision. They also seem to have all the latest high tech devices which makes the process faster and less invasive. I was very impressed. I ended up with a Cerec crown on the same day I went in. Nice.

You're going to experience exceptional quality care from the moment you call to set an appointment to the time you sign your exit form. The entire staff is kind and accommodating. I especially appreciated the level of experience, attention to detail and professionalism shown by David and Dr. Hasan while adding my inlay. They assured me every step of the way.

Disappointing experience. I just needed my teeth cleaned so I asked when I made the appt if I could just get my teeth cleaned. I told them I have dentist phobia, and I did not want to be informed about anything "wrong" with my teeth this time. Just a cleaning. The man at the front desk told me that was fine and doable. Great! Let's go. When I went in, the dentist said they needed x-rays and that they would only take 1 panaramic X-ray. I said okay and off I went. She took one X-ray and told me I was done. I went back to my chair and they called me back into the X-ray room for more X-rays. I said "the dentist said she only needed the one and that would be enough." She said the dentist needs 4 more to check bone density. I said "no", I agreed to the one. It felt like she lied to me initially just to get me in the x-ray room. "Just one". Then the dentist came into the room and said "you have gum disease." What? What part of "I did not want to be informed about anything "wrong" with my teeth this time." did they not understand? I told the dentist "I don't want to hear about what's wrong, I just want my teeth cleaned." She just walked out of the room without saying anything. No "I'm sorry", "I understand", no nothing. Then she sent someone else in the room to tell me she wouldn't treat me. I understand that things didn't go as planned but this was unprofessional, especially when I made it clear ahead of time what I wanted and did not want. And they agreed!! It boils down to, if you just need your teeth cleaned, this is not the dentist to use.

Amber and Richard are both amazing receptionists, schedulers, and office managers. They handle all of the clerical work and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. Toi is by far the best dental technician I have ever had. Amazingly personable and has a great demeanor. She has worked on my entire family and has done a great job helping both adults and toddlers. I had another guy, the lead technician, who was also very nice and friendly and had a great presence. I've personally only been helped by Dr. Hasan. She was very nice and gentle and communicated very clearly what was going on. She has a very soft touch and was very concerned about my personal wellbeing during my work. My wife has also been treated by Dr. Parmeley (sp?) and only had nice things to say about him.

High prices for the services they provide and very long appointments. Some of the services my insurance was billed for I wasn't even aware of.

I have been here only once, but so glad I found this dentist! She explains everything so it is understandable, she is very personable. Her office staff is great! You do not feel rushed or like they are trying to hurry you out of the office. Also, you don’t feel bad or dumb asking questions like a previous office I have visited.

Hands down the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to. If you’re worried, anxious or just flat out scared about dental work because of your past experiences, THIS is the place to go to! They make you feel completely at ease, they truly care about your dental health and making you feel very comfortable. They also have 3 of your dental experts in one office; Dentist, Oral Surgeon and Endodontics. So it’s super convenient if you’re like me and need several different specialties of dental care. I’m so glad I chose Crossroads Smiles for my own dental care and would highly recommend it to anyone that is also searching for their own dental needs.

Great dentist and office! The staff is kind and attentive and great at what they do. I'm bad in pretty much every medical situation (for example I'll faint getting my flu shot), but everyone here put me at ease and took great care of me. Dr. Hasan explained everything clearly, did a thorough exam (she didn't just look at the x-rays and call it a day), and was so gentle! The office manager Richard worked with me and my insurance to get the best possible pricing and made sure I understood my treatment plan and my options. Last, but not least, the dental hygienist did a wonderful job on my cleaning. I'm thrilled to have found a dentist I can be happy to visit!

I dropped by on Saturday and was in disarray because my bite was off due to waiting on my temp crown! Dr. Daniel Cho saves the day!!! Not only did he fix my problem but took the time to make sure my bite was 100 %! He had empathy towards what I was dealing with and had lots of patience! He had a great personality and was a funny guy too! I highly recommend Cross Roads Smiles Dentistry, it true made me smile!!!

They have the best staff hands down. Everyone is super down to earth and will make you feel as comfortable as they can. I had such bad anxiety about my root canals and as soon as I walked in Trent was so kind and helpful it made the situation less stressful. The Dr who did my root canals did a great job managing my pain and keeping me comfortable through the whole thing. The rest of the time Dr. Weldon and the hygienist took great care of me and were nothing but amazing and kind.
