I've been coming here for less than a year and will not be coming back. My daughter has been scheduled for fillings since February and they have rescheduled her appointments 3 times because the doctor is leaving early or doesn't work at that office that day. I had to take vacation from work just to work with their schedule and then they call saying "the doctor is scheduled to leave early that day so we need to move you to 8am" Apparently, the doctor never works since she is never at this office. I'm always told that her best days are Mondays and Fridays. Well some of us are working parents that can't always take those days off. I will not be wasting my time going here no matter the convenience. It isn't worth it to deal with the amount of unprofessionalism and disorganization that they display.

Hands down the worst dental experience I have ever had and it was the front staff, not even the actual doctors fault. I’ve had an appointment since last week for today because of a painful tooth & to get started on a treatment plan that we have talked about for months. When I show up at 1:28, I’m told that because they couldn’t confirm with me via phone, they gave away my appointment and the doctor can’t see me. I’m appalled that is how a business is run. I never knew we needed verbal verification or your appointment is cancelled because they sent out SO many reminders. Someone could have emailed me & let me know. The woman telling me all this didn’t care. It wasn’t her problem or money wasted on a baby sitter for this planned visits. Doctors and dentists do not respect their patients time yet expect respect for theirs. When I called to speak to a supervisor, no was answering! Imagine that. I will take my money elsewhere that actually cares about their patients.

Everyone at Crosby Family Dental was very friendly and welcoming. I had to get a deep cleaning on my first visit and Lori (the Dental Hygienist) made me feel extremely comfortable. Overall the actual care was outstanding, I would just provide feedback regarding two things: 1)The wait time was fairly long. My appointment was at 4pm and after showing up 15 min early they didn’t seat me until 4:45. This was less than ideal. 2) There seemed to be some sort of incident with a car in the parking lot, and several office employees kept walking in and out and discussing with each other while in the waiting room and seated in the back awaiting cleaning. For me this seemed slightly unprofessional in that it spilled over into the patient space.

This place is wonderful. They really care about their patients! They scheduled me in last minute because I couldn’t take the pain any more. I came in frantic and emotional and Dr. T and Julia were able to calm me down and explain the best route to less pain in the long run. They really have their patients best interest in mind. That is a wonderful quality that is hard to find! Julia was very attentive, kind, and prompt. Dr. Tamarra Jean-Chataigne was so understanding and patience. Everton here was so wonderful! I am very disappointed, my daughter requested an appointment to get her bottom braces re adjust because her gums are now over lapping with it, she had her appointment just to be told they couldn’t do nothing about it because the person that checked her said she didn’t do that. If you knew this why make her waist her time. She has been in pain for last couple of weeks because of that.

I was greeted by Karla and Gladis, (beautiful office by the way) then the nice front desk lady Yuri told me; "they would have me back as soon as possible" (which they did) Then the nice Dental Assistant Cynthia walked me to the back where she introduced me to Evelyn who proceeded to take my X-rays where I also met Stacen, who was very easy to talk to. Lori was my hygienist who cleaned my teeth super good, I always love seeing Lori I love this office and I am very impressed by their efficiency to get patients back and tend to their needs.

I was referred to this office through a friend after I was denied from Smile Direct Club for orthodontics for having a "complicated case". After meeting with Dr. Hosier, he reassured me that he could give me the smile I've always wanted! All the staff members were very kind and made me feal welcome. Maggie was also super amicable and very helpful on getting me approved on a payment plan. I really enjoyed my visit here, and it surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for orthodontics and all dental work in general. Great experience!

I would not give this place my business. I was cancelled twice and apparently rescheduled for a different day. Nobody there even bothered to let me know. Supposedly it was a "system error". The office manager wasn't of any help. She had an attitude like it was my fault. Apparently I could reschedule three weeks out. No, thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere.

So first of all they tell me everytime I come in that I’ll be getting bands next visit, I never once get bands and today they put me back in single chains for have one broken bracket on the bottom. You can go ahead and go there but coming from a patient that is lied to every visit, I don’t recommend place.

DO NOT GO HERE. PLEASE READ ALL. I had a work interview here once circa 2014 and i’m actually glad they didn’t call me back. They told me to arrive before their opening time which i can’t exactly remember the time but i do remember me having to wait for someone to get their for 30 MINUTES+. I’m not sure why they made me come SO early. Well that day they made me work the whole day with no break or lunch at all (I didn’t mind). They were short on staff and that automatically required for a crazy day. But here is the #1 reason i do not recommend someone to go to this place. I was shadowing one of the dental assistants in the back room where they sterilize all of the instruments and i can clearly remember to this day when another dental assistant came in and told the other DA that the dentist needed a specific tool (they only had a certain amount) and the one they had left to use hadn’t been sterilized yet and had JUST been used on a patient. WELL they grabbed that dirty tool KNOWING it hadn’t been sterilized yet and said “Well we don’t have a choice right now” then they both looked at me and told me not to say a word to anyone. I was speechless, what if that patient they had just used that tool on had HIV and they were about to use it on someone else! Who knows how many times they have done this before. I don’t really care at all that they never called me back and never even paid me for working a full day but it still bothers me to this day that i never said anything about them using unsterilized tools on a patient.

We were made to feel welcomed and I will be recommending Crosby Family Dental to my family and friends...even the ones who live a little further away bc it is always worth dealing with people who talk to you with a smile and take care of your teeth and make sure the kids understand the importance of taking care of their teeth. I gave five stars bc that is all the stars I am allowed to give. Very professional and friendly ladies that make this office a lot easier to bring the kids to which makes it easier for me. Went here as a walk-in for teeth cleaning - the staff was very professional and facilities were super clean and kid friendly with a separate play area for kids which was great help for us. They gave me a payment plan option that made it very affordable for me to start my treatment the same day. Worst Experience Ever ! I have been using this dentist for a little over a year & I have to say that out of all the times I've came I've only been seen quickly once all the other times I've tooken my children in there it's a 2hr wait. It's just extremely frustrating & ridiculous the amount of time it takes for then to see my 1 & 3 year old & To top it off they little only see then for 10 mins.

I went in to see the dentist after being worked into the schedule and had a fantastic experience. I was given the perfect amount of numbing and the tooth in question was pulled without preamble, the bone graft was put in place, and it all cost much less than I expected! I’m very pleased!

Went to Crosby Family Dental for the first time today and I LOVED it. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease during the whole visit. I had not been to the dentist in years and was very anxious, they listened and did not say anything rude or out of line... all the staff is top notch. The hygienist was fast, very sweet and caused no pain with my deep cleaning and probing. I will definitely be back and I just might change my kids over as well.

This was a great experience. The office was nice and the office staff were awesome. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. Dr Teppa and Marisol did a great job, they were very informative, reassuring and did excellent work. I found my new dentist!

Getting into the office last minute was easy due to the help with the receptionist. I was thankful for her to get me in so quickly. My entire experience was great up until the end. I got in to see the doctor, I was there for about five minutes and rushed out to see a specialist. The lady checking me out was rude and did not do a thorough job of explaining what I was to do next. My beginning experience was great, however the ending was bad enough to make me not want to return. I like supporting local buisnesses, but I'm not sure I will return.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Rachel, Toni, Lori, Dr. Vrinda! And I am sure I met many more people while My husband and I were there today getting a lot of work done. All of them wonderful! I love the straight forward and honest approach the Doctor gave me and my husband about our dental needs, and also giving us options for when it came time to see how much our treatments would cost. We are very happy, and we will be visiting CFD for many years to come.
