Our daughter loves going to Children's Dentistry! They have great knowledgeable staff. Dr. Holly is wonderful and Dr. Rei as well. They know how to tend to your child's needs and get them comfortable for every cleaning or procedure that needs to be done. We just moved, but even though they are far, we still go to them. That should say a lot. Heck, my wife and I wished we could even be their patients. That is how good they are. I highly recommend them if you have a child with dental needs. They deserve more than 5 stars. 10+!

This was absolutely the most wonderful experience at Dr. Ben Curtis' New office. Our visit was so comfortable and everyone was so friendly the staff is wonderful, not to mention Dr. Ben Curtis is our all time favorite dentist and we will follow him anywhere. It is a beautiful office and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I cannot get over the wonderful experience we had thank you to all of you who work there. We look forward to seeing you again! My 5 year old needed quite a bit of work done (he's the third kid - too much candy and not enough brushing). He was really resistant and nervous, but Dr. Curtis was AMAZING. He sang to my son almost the entire time and just had such a wonderful demeanor. You can tell he's a dad of young kids - he just gets it!

Dr Holly and her staff are wonderful! I went in for a check up with my two children (one of my sons has autism) and they were so accommodating. My autistic son is obsessed with elevators, so to get him to come into the office, Dr Holly rode the elevator with us. Then she rode it again with us to get the fluoride on his teeth because he wouldn't sit for the whole check in. While we were riding the elevator, the rest of her team was entertaining my other son. They made a really difficult situation much easier! I was so thankful for their help and being so accommodating to us.

Absolutely incredible children’s dental office. The dentists and the dental hygenists all have incredible skill with children. And they actively monitor how they’re doing and actually advocate putting off some procedures when the kids have had enough, which, ofcourse, is leaving money on the table for them. Dr Rae is super nice and wonderful with kids. My daughter was upset because she couldn't decide what prize to get with her coin and Dr Rae came over, gave her extra stickers, and helped her choose a prize. All the staff is super nice and the wait is never more than about 5min after you check in.

I saw Dr Holly through this practice from seventh grade through college (definitely pushing the limits on "pediatrics" in my case), and while I never quite got as good about flossing as she'd have liked, I never dreaded going. If I still lived in Dallas, this is where I'd take my kids.

Dr. Rey is very polite, professional and positive and kid friendly. The hygienist was also very sweet (Myrna, I think). The quality of care was great. This visit took a little longer than usual. The office was extremely busy due to summer. We have been with the practice a very long time about 6-7 years and have seen it change and grow. It has always maintained the kid focus and quality of care.

I had called specifically for an emergency appointment for my daughter since she had a broken tooth. At that time I had updated the office with our new insurance PPO policy with Cigna including all of our policy numbers. I was never I told by the assistant that answered the phone that you were not a part of their network. As a matter of fact, when I gave her the policy numbers and the provider she commented "that was good". The office had more than 24 hours in advance notice of my original appointment call to call me back to advise that our insurance would not cover a regular tooth cleaning. In addition, I was strongly encouraged when I called to make an appointment to bring in my son for a regular cleaning at the same time which I did. Had I been told at the time of booking that the office wan not part of Cigna's PPO network and the cleaning would not be covered, I would have looked for a provider that was in our network and not booked the appointment. Now I am being billing for an additional $400.00 for a cleaning apart from the $209.00 that has already been paid. No repair work was done to my daughters tooth. It is extremely hard for me to believe that a standard Child's teeth cleaning is over $300 a piece since the average tooth cleaning for individuals with no insurance is $95.00. Very unhappy with the response of the billing department and the office for lack of communication before and after the appointment.

Dr. Ben Curtis is both a fantastic man and dentist all rolled into one. He saw our 22 month old grandson who had a terrible fall, breaking off two of his front teeth. When mom and dad took him to be examined by Dr. Curtis, my wife, and I waited in the lobby. I was so impressed with how the staff made an effort to update us and try to comfort us during this rough time. I was further impressed when Dr. Curtis comes into the lobby and asks to speak with us. He recognized my wife was upset and he hugged her, held her hand and described the situation with our Grandson. I later found out he was incredibly kind and compassionate with our daughter in-law as well. I have never seen or heard about a Doctor caring so much as to seek everyone out (parents, grandparents) and thoroughly explain things and provide a source of comfort. I recommend Children's Denistry of North Dallas to anyone, anywhere, anytime. The people who work there make the biggest difference that set's this group a part from all others in the DFW metroplex.

The dental staff was very nice and above all PATIENT with my toddler twins. It was our first visit to the dentist. They cried a bit but the staff was so patient and very kind. I appreciated that most of all.

My son had an appointment at 3:00PM. I called at 2:45PM that we were on the way and would be there at 3:15PM. I asked for a 15 minute grace period. I was put on hold and then told that I would have to reschedule the appointment. I got up at 5:00AM that morning, so I could leave work at 2:00PM. After rushing home, picking up my son and rushing to get to their office, and letting them know that I’m on the way there, I’m told to reschedule. So their time is important to them, but mine isn’t? Do any of these children’s doctors and nurses, actually have children or families? So we found a new dentist in Irving. In 22 years of scheduling appointments, I have always been given a 15 minute grace period, because the doctors are always 20-30 minutes behind anyway! And when we go to CDND there is ALWAYS a 20-30 minute wait AND a packed waiting room. I thought that 20 - 15 = 5 and 30 - 15 = 15. Is my math wrong? As far as the quality of the dental service, CDND is very good. I have to give them at least 3 stars for their quality and level of skill. But it is not for working parents. You need to be a housewife or take time off from work for an appointment. As far as the practicality, we can’t be patrons there. Every other medical practitioner has a 15 minute grace period. I felt like my child was inventory for them, and we must wait for them, but they can’t wait for us. Pack them in and ship them out, no slack in the assembly line. And they wouldn’t even be waiting, because THEY are always behind.

Dr. Curtis is an absolutely lovely human being. Not only is he pleasant and easy to talk to but also knowledgeable. He has helped my son with a bad chipped tooth. I actually believe my sons smile looks even better now than it looked beforehand. In addition, I would like to add that we have had the pleasure of being patients to Dr. Holly, Dr. Iwase and Dr. Shah. They all are great Dentist. Each visit has been a good one. If you are looking for a knowledgeable dentist this is the group you should join.
