Dr. Su and the staff were amazing! I’ve avoided the dentist for 2 years because every dentist I went to in San Antonio never seemed to care all that much about their patients. Today I had 6 fillings and a deep clean in half of my gums done (because I’m a one and done kind of gal). I was given many options, but it was easier to do everything I could today. I’ve always had an oddly high resistance to topical and local anesthetic. I usually just power through fillings (because I’ve had dentists tell me there is no way I can still feel it, that I’m probably just feeling pressure and then continue..) but Dr. Su could sense my discomfort and did everything in her power to ensure I was fully numbed. I probably won’t feel half of my face for the rest of the day, but totally worth it. In short, I had a great experience (as good as a dental experience can be) and love that Dr. Su and her staff realize you are a person and not just a set of teeth in front of them!

Today was my first time at Castroville Dental and I was incredibly satisfied with the care I received! I felt as though the dentist and technicians went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% pleased. The dentist walked me through every single step and answered all of my questions. They were able to share costs and payment options with me through my insurance before starting any work. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, TVs for comfort, decor, and customer service and plan to continue my visits at Castroville Dental.

Dr.Su and her assistants were wonderful with my 6 year old. They made him feel like he was at home. The care and comfort were beyond my expectations. For the first time my son was not afraid of the dentist he loved it !! We look forward on coming back for his future check ups . Highly recommend!

My personal episode included a rather intensive situation that was perfectly assessed and treated by Dr. Su. Her friendly and professional attributes are outstanding. I was surprised that Dr Su came and introduced herself to me before she began working. I was very nervous due to a horrible dentist visit in the past, she was very careful and me me feel comfortable every step of the way. She made sure I didn't feel so much pain and was very good at letting me know what she was doing and what I would feel. It was a great visit. I would recommend her to everyone.

Today was my second visit to finish work done@ castroville dental. The atmosphere and staff was so wonderful. I hadn't gotten any work done in several years but the staff and Dr. made me feel like I was family n so sweet and kind. They have television for u to watch while working on your teeth. They also gave me a blanket cause I was cold. I felt so relaxed enough to take a nap while Waiting for meds to work. They also sign u up in raffles to win stuff. I really recommend this dental office.

I am so blessed and happy to have found Dr. Su, she is so professional and on top of that she is super understanding and will go at your own pace. I’ve had super bad experiences in the past with other dentist and was terrified to come in and get dental work done. My first appointment with her was for a cleaning and follow up with a filling, she took her time and talked to me during to make sure I was ok and she has a very gentle hand. I love this dental office! The employees were all very kind and helpful. The office was up to date and kid friendly. My son loved the fact that they had a Pac Man arcade game in the kids lounge area. I enjoyed the screen televisions that were on the wall and also on the ceiling so that you can enjoy while having dental work performed. I'd definitely recommend this place for my family and friends

This was my first visit. I was surprised to see the doctor greet me and do my cleaning. I needed some dental work, which went surprisingly quick and the entire time, the doctor repeatedly made sure my comfort was the first priority.
