I recently has to switch my two kids from a different dentist to Brite Smile. I am very satisfied with the treatment we received yesterday. We don't have to wait 3-6 months for an appointment. Both my kids got the treatment they needed yesterday with their first time ever visit. I even learned something new about baby teeth. I have already referred my sisters to bring their children here.

This place is the greatest place. They are so wonderful with children the smallest and the biggest babies are welcome here there staff is very professional my 3 year old granddaughter was very uspset they were very soothing and talked her thru the experience with so much kindness. They brought the x-ray machine to her chair gave her gloves and a mask and glasses so she could be just like them. They have tv's in the room's and up on the ceilings as well a play room for the kid's. We love Brite Smiles

They are wonderful! Super friendly and quick and efficient and they are great with kids- we went in for a filling and it was less than 30 minutes for everything. The ladies at the front desk are the best and the dentist himself is so nice and the staff are so helpful. I highly recommend!!!

Wow! What a great experience! I had an amazing experience from the first call, first visit and many more to come. I was greeted by their friendly staff and my visit went exceptionally well from then on. They chatted with me, they kept me informed and spoke to me so I could understand everything along the way. I couldn’t find a pediatric dentist around the area, so I thought I’d give these guys a try. I took my 3 children in and we ended up being in there for about 4 hours! They put each of my kids in separate rooms and didn’t really explain what was going on. Every time they entered the rooms they seemed to be in a rush. When they were cleaning my children’s teeth they were in pain through the whole process. For all those reasons we will definitely not be returning to this place!

This was the best visit to the dentist I have ever had! It was a blast talking with the staff and we even laughed together too. My root canal was quick, painless and even a little educational. On top of all that my son really enjoyed playing in the kid's play room and he made a new friend today. Keep it up Bright Smile staff!

I am very glad that I have decided to make Brite Smiles in Gun Barrel City Tx our family dentistry. I have to say that I respect the assistant Shasta. I love it when she is working and she gets the girls, she is always in a good mood, she is quick, fast at what she does, but very acqurite at what she does. My girls feel really comfortable with her. Love this place and all the staff. I was seen at the last minute with a tooth that had to be pulled that day. Came straight from work and was a little embarrassed because I had paint all over my cloths. The staff didn't mind at all and even gave me a blanket to cover up with when I was cold. They always make me feel welcomed and keep me laughing. I definitely recommend this place.

Super sweet staff. The dentist was patient and he had a lot of patients with my 3 boys! (2 being autistic) I was very impressed. The office is very nicely kept and the playroom for kids is a huge plus. The front staff is always cheerful and nice, they show you eveything that's going on bill wise, they let the kids have a prize for being well behaved which is a nice touch at the end of a visit. Overall a very nice dentist office. They are awesome with my kiddos. I enjoy going back for check ups, or if I have concerns or issues with my boys teeth.

We are new to the area and had to find a dentist that takes Medicaid. I was happy that they do. This dental office is AMAZING!!! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the dentists and their assistants, are always pleasant and friendly. Leticia, the office manager, is a huge help. My teen son had several extractions and a crown. Leticia was so helpful during the process and went above and beyond to help with some insurance hang ups we had. The lobby is always neat and clean. I LOVE that the lobby has a Keurig and that they have hot chocolate for non coffee drinkers. I am thrilled to have this place as my family’s Dentistry.

This dental office is extremely unprofessional. The good reviews on here are from fake google accounts and people who work at the dental office. They bribe customers with a Starbucks to try and get a good review, even then, 90% of the reviews are still from employees or fake google accounts made by the employees. The wait time is extremely long each visit. The receptionist are very incompetent.

I've been coming to this facility for about 2 years now and let me tell you they are the BEST in town. I came for a check up today and there was little to no wait time. As soon as I walked in they knew me by my name. The doctor and my assistant Shasta were great. I get a little anxiety but they explained everything to me with a lot of detail. We love this place! They are extremely kid friendly. They have a play room in the waiting area, short and easy sign in, and after their appointment they are allowed to pick out prizes. They are gentle, and sweet, not at all intimidating to the kids. My kids actually get excited when they hear we are going to the dentist.

I will never go back, after numbing my mouth to pull a tooth the Dentist didn’t return in time & had to numb it again. When he pulled it, it took him over a hour and my mouth hurt for over 6 weeks, he offered nothing for pain! Said take ibuprofen which I’m not supposed to take d/t my SIBO, I remained in pain the entire time. His staff was busy running in & out of the break room giggling & eating cake, then they handed us a summary of what to expect. Our summary for future work was over 20k but he never went over any of it with us! This isn’t how to do business!

The team at Brite Smile Dental is amazing! We were visiting Cedar creek lake for a family get together and my daughters braces were embedded into her gums after tubing. We were 4 hours from home and unable to fix the problem and the pain was very intense. They were able to get us in right away for an emergency exam and fix the problem which ended up being pretty extensive. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area. Was in there to get a filling in my front tooth which i had broke off at work, i figured I would have to wait an hour or more at least just to get in, I came in early of course. I was out in less than 2 hours with my teeth looking amazing. I do not recommend them at all, it's literally sub par dental care, cheaper maybe but you get what you pay for. They can also be found in a Facebook group that pays people to leave good reviews. I will never allow someone who needs to pay individuals to give fake 5 ⭐ reviews to treat me medically!
