Had to have a tooth extraction. Excellent treatment and care. Well done. Continuing treatment with bridge preparation. Have enjoyed their personal touch, professionalism and punctuality. The permanent bridge was put in today in about 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the quality and the comfort of this new bridge. Thank you, Branches Dental. I was fitted with a mouth guard that fits very well. It even “clips” in on my back teeth so that there is no trouble using it as I sleep. Well done. I had another older bridge come loose suddenly and was able to have it cemented back in just like new. Was done and out of the dentist chair in 30 minutes. Great job. Had to make an emergency trip to the dentist. I was treated promptly, professionally and kindly.

They have been great! I made my switch to Dr.Thakkar earlier this year and he has been great with my husband, daughter which just turned 1 and myself. He makes sure we are comfortable and our needs are heard. He cares and you can tell. He won us as clients.

I contacted Branches dental about appointments for my 4 children and spoke with Jasmine. She was super helpful and even got back to back appointments all in one day, which is awesomely convenient for me! When I arrived, she was very friendly. Dr. Thakkar came out to greet us and was very friendly and explained what they would be doing at this appointment. My children who are 9,8,7 & 2 were anxious and nervous but we're quickly distracted by the games and toys they were offered. The Doctors explained to the children what would be done and they were at ease, especially while watching their favorite cartoons. My 2 year old did not make a fuss during his cleaning and I believe that was because of how much fun he was having with Dr. Thakkar. This is a very family friendly environment and I will definitely recommend this place!

Branches Dental is a relatively new dental establishment here in Anna, Texas. It’s nice having such an amazing dentist just 5 minutes from my house. The dentist and staff are very friendly. I really (really) hate going to the dentist, just like the rest of the world, but when I go the Branches Dental, I don’t feel nervous at all. Anyway, would definitely recommend.

The entire process from start to finish was exceptional! I'm truly amazed with Dr. Thakkar, he explained every detail through the entire appointment and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I HATE going to the dentist! It's been over 20 years since I have been to the dentist but a nagging wife pushed me to go... Gotta make momma happy! Dr Niles is very laid back, friendly and is a master of his trade. The wife is happy, and my teeth are pretty and clean. Probably won't wait another 20 years and will definitely see Dr Niles again.

I was so anxious about bringing both my 3-year-old and 4-year-old to their very first dental check-up but I don’t think it could have gone any smoother! Both my children are very shy, but they trusted Caroline & Dr. Thakker from the start. The office is very clean, we did not have to wait, and they have a neat little area for children to play in the waiting room. My daughter keeps asking to go back!

Just wanted to say a few things about Branches Dental. I had my 6 months cleaning done today. Emily (Register Dental Assistant) was really nice and explained to me what she was going to do. She did all my x-rays & took my blood pressure. Then Dr. Danielle came in the room and introduce herself and asked if i was ready for my cleaning. Told her yes! So she started doing my cleaning and while i was in the chair, i realized i didn't feel a thing while i was entertained by the t.v. Dr. Danielle would check on me of course, while she was doing my cleaning making sure i wasn't in no pain or anything. Then she explained my x-rays and asked me if i had any questions which i did and she was able to explain it to me. Emily was helping her and also checking on me to makesure i was ok. After my cleaning, i had whitening done which i have to say i really liked... Thank you Branches Dental for all your hard work!!!!! I will definitely recommend for people to come!!!

Love love love!! The scheduling online was amazing and quick, the hours work better for me than other places, and everyone is super friendly! I took my 4 year old daughter and she loved it. Everyone was super nice and friendly and so much more convenient being able to schedule as early as 7 AM for me to take my kids before work. The place is very nice and up to date also, thank you!! I have always have a little bit of nervousness/fear when going to the dentist, but from the minute I called to make my appointment I felt at ease.
