I’ve been going to this Bear Creek location since they opened about 6 years ago. Staff is all very friendly. It’s always clean. Service is good and I have no complaints. The prices are reasonable even though I don’t have dental insurance. Here’s a pro tip — if you’re going for only a regular 6 month visit/cleaning, don’t schedule your appointment on a Thursday. They have 4 doctors on Thursdays (including an orthodontist, oral surgeon, etc.), so they do get super busy on that day. Any other day should be fine and isn’t a long wait.

Selene and Dr. Olivia Min were excellent. They saw us in a timely manner, explained all the options for my son and were able to tell me everything for today's visit and the visits to come. They were even able to go over the payment plans and have the visit taken care of within 45 minutes. The entire staff, including Mabel were very friendly before and after the cleaning.

Rarely do I take the time to review or provide feedback for services and yet i couldn't think of a more deserving group than Bear Creek Family Dentistry so i hope that my review will help someone make an informed decision - this is my genuine and honest perspective based on my recent experiences with BCFD! About a week or so ago my kids and I accidentally discovered this incredible family dentistry. We had spent the evening walking and talking , enjoying our snow-cones and window shopping , checking out the small shopping center located near the snow hut we purchased our snow cones at shortly after i took my three munchkins for their annual vaccinations - (3) shots a piece. We continued to walk through the small shopping center looking at the small stores located within when I noticed a humble little dentistry - my immediate reaction or thought was this place was weird - On the front windows is a mural type hand painted mural with these funny looking characters - honestly i found them to be a little creepy but my kids seemed to really like them so we decided to poke our heads into the front doors - Upon opening the door my initial thoughts was, wow this place had been much larger than it looked from the outside! Before i could turn around to convey this thought to my children my youngest had managed to push past me by shimmying his way underneath my arm as i propped the door half open and had was making a mad dash for the large play area! As you first walk inside to the left is a large play area - similar to a large tree house or fort typed play area. Behind it there's a smaller room where they have some video games on the walls for the kids to play and across the lobby is a larger room that's a theater room. This place was designed with one group in mind .... children! The staff are all knowledgeable, thoughtful, quick, and efficient. They all seem to really care about these children putting them first in everything from the set up to the procedures and I couldn't be more pleased with this density!

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Bear creek family dentistry caused me to pause and pass on praise. I saw two dentists that Thursday , orthodontist and general one. They made me feel welcome and took very good care of me and my children.

This place is horrible. Avoid this place. Very inconsiderate. Staff is rude, the only one that was nice was the billing guy. They tried to make me feel bad because I didn’t want my 2 year old going alone for her xrays and I was pretty much chastised cause I wanted to know or at least see her if they put her under for a procedure to which they replied they have cameras for that. SHE IS 2. I then asked if parents were able to see what’s going on through the camera and their response was “No, only the owner can see what’s happening”. We high tailed it out of there. They didn’t help my husband or I feel safe in their environment.

When I say EVERYONE is friendly and attentive... I do mean EVERYONE! From the time you arrive to the dentist, there is staff to greet you as you walk in, offer to take pictures of your family with the BEARCREEK bear, make the children balloons, they even know you by name. I always look forward to going to the dentist and my children love the ipads, movie theater, and the maze and slides to play on. It's truly the BEST place EVER whether you're BIG or small Bearcreek Dentist has something for everyone

I’ve have been meaning to write this review for a long time coming. This office the employees the management here are just absolutely the best. Never have I had patient care like I have here. My daughter gets her orthodontic care here while I get my regular cleaning and check ups here. They have all the specialist in house as well. Dr dang is amazing always answers all of my questions doesn’t get frustrated with me what so ever. The manager works with my schedule and makes exceptions as well. They do not look at you like a ATM. We are always greeted by our names the moment we walk in by the same young lady who every time I walk in has a smile on her face. Chantel every time I come in , her attitude is wonderful. You can tell she loves her job and her patients. Always do cheerful and personal always ask how I’m doing and how my experience was. If I could give her 10000 stars I would. This is the GHETTO! They don't handle the mouth utensils using sterile methods I actually saw rep using same equipment from one patient to another. I literally HAD to ask them to sanitize anything used in my mouth. Then black male came to assure me that they wash in the sink and then spray it with some type of disinfectant. The rep the asked me if I worked at a dentist office . That was a question I didn't expect since everyone should get sterile equipment in their mouth....so

I rarely write reviews but this is by far the worst Ortho office I’ve ever had to deal with. My child’s dentist has even stopped sending referrals to this place. We have been waiting for months for this place to email xrays to my child’s dentist for an extraction but can’t seem to get anyone to send them. They happily take our monthly payment every month but refuse to cooperate when it comes time to sharing records to my child’s dentist for a proceedure that is required before this place will finish working on my child’s braces. I will be contacting the BBB and will resort to hiring an attorney to get something done if they still refuse to send them by the end of this week.

I have an 8 yr old son with autism. It was a struggle finding a dentist with the experience and temperament that was necessary for an effective dental exam/treatment. Dr. Chan and his team at Bear Creek Family Dentistry have been amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional, and kind. On our first visit the combination of caring staff and mild sedatives allowed my son to get his teeth cleaned, have xrays taken, and small cavities filled. Our second visit was even better. He still requires sedation but Dr Chan and his staff are fantastic about asking for input and tips on how they can make my son more comfortable during visits to the dentist with the hope that the need for sedation will be something we can work past. I am beyond grateful for the work that they do.
