I spend the same thing for that I share this comment very bad experience my children are the most precious thing I have and I love them I will not allow them to do what they want with them we must as parents appeal these policies that do not guarantee the safety of our children, our children do not have anyone else they depend on their parents our duty is to protect them but in this clinic they prefer to entertain parents outside and charge the insurance and do not care the patients apart one of the girls who bad character one of the attendees the only person Friendly is a girl who is in front of Burgundy hair,and doctor Aaron nice person. it just did not give me security this clinic Been to many dentist with my kids, but they had never been to one where they told me they preferred to lose a client, than to let me in with my kids to get there treatment, I told them it was very important for me to be with They said they were policy, I asked for the manager and was told the same thing. Can you imagine what they can do, or not with a sedated child? Not trying to be paranoid but the least they can do, it is not the job they charged insurance for. Was very shocked by the importance they give to there policy of not letting any body to go in with the child. They make sure they have plenty of adult size games on the lobby for the parents to be entertained at the time they are doing what they want with your silk child. If it's more important to you the $ 5 toy they will get at the end of treatment, this is the place to go. If you really care about your child, stay away from this place. me paso lo mismo por eso comparamos este comentario muy mala experiencia mis hijos son lo más precioso que tengo y los amo no lo voy a permitir que hagan lo que quieran con ellos como padres padres que no sean más que la seguridad de nuestros hijos, nuestros hijos no tienen nadie más ellos dependen de sus padres nuestro deber es protegerlos pero en esta misma escuela les interesa a los padres afuera y cobrar al seguro y no les importa los pacientes al otro lado de las chicas que no tienen carácter de las asistentes la única persona amable es una chica que está al frente de cabello Borgoña,y el doctor Aarón buena persona ,simplemente no me dio seguridad está clínica He estado en muchos dentistas con mis hijos, pero nunca había estado en uno donde me dijeron que preferían perder un cliente, que dejarme entrar con mis hijos para que recibieran tratamiento, les dije que era muy importante para mí estar con ellos y dijeron que era política, pregunté por el gerente y me dijeron lo mismo. ¿Te imaginas lo que pueden hacer o no hacer con un niño sedado? No intentar ser paranoico, pero lo menos que pueden hacer, es no hacer el trabajo para el que cobraron el seguro. Estaba muy conmocionado por la importancia que le daban a su política de no permitir que ningún cuerpo entrara con el niño. Se aseguran de tener suficientes juegos de tamaño para adultos en el vestíbulo para que los padres se entretengan en el momento en que hacen lo que quieren con su niño sedado. Si es más importante para ti el juguete de $ 5 que recibirán al final del tratamiento, este es el lugar a donde ir. Si realmente le importa su hijo, aléjese de este lugar.

I honestly LOVE this place! It has a really awesome and fun environment for all ages. The staff are all so nice and polite, especially the doctors! They have incredible patience and I feel that they really take the time out to listen and assess any problems/pain I’m having. I took my son here when he was 11months old and he wasn’t even scared & They sent him home with a balloon and a teddy bear. I will never go to another dentist office EVER. I actually live pretty far from here but never mind the extra drive for excellent service.

This was our first dentist appointment for my grandson, and it was the Greatest experience ever! The atmosphere was unbelievably awesome with video games, arcade games , animated movies with airplane seats! The back rooms were they do the check ups are set up with different animation Characters with TVs to make the child comfortable and happy! Oh and the staff are so very helpful, kind and caring for the needs of your child! This is definitely the dentist office for us! We are here to stay!

This office is very nice and clean. The staff and doctor are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. They give out spinbrushes and toys. They have video games, a theater, and ipads for the patients to use. I recommend this place to everyone!

Great staff great doctor so far so good. Parents are not allowed to go in treatment room with child, but observing the doctor while he is doing exam made me feel comfortable and the front staff was checking on my child as I ask her too. Treatment is not forced on children if they do not cooperate they refer children out to specialist.

As soon as I walked into avion dental I was amazed... They have great staff and the dentist is very good with the kids he explained to me everything that was needed to be done and made me feel comfortable.

Today was my 4 year old son's first visit here and all I can say is this place is AMAZING! The staff is super respectful and VERY patient. He does not warm up to people real quick, but the staff here made sure he was comfortable and let him know step-by-step what was happening.i also loved that they gave us a tour of the back since it was our first visit. I will definitely be bringing my son back here ❤

Love love love it! My baby went for his check up and they gave him a tooth brush and a teddy bear! The Dr went into detail and took his time explaining how to take care of my babies teeth and what habits not to do. Will be bringing my baby here from now on. & the nurses were really nice as well.

The office was so amazing they gave me a spinbrush after they finished cleaning my teeth. The doctor and assistants were very nice to me. I didnt have to wait long, but i wouldnt mind since they had ipads to use. The lobby is so well put together, i recommend parents to take their kids and check themselves.

The waiting area is GREAT for the kids! My toddler has never been a fan of Dental Checkups, but I think this office might have changed that! The actual Dentist Dr Gonzalez is very patient and caring with kids. Will definitely continue coming here!
