I was just up there for my husband’s appointment. Today. At 4:00pm. I didn’t have this card handy at the time but located it after I got home. They told us our appointment was at 3 and we had missed it. This card is proof somebody screwed up there when I made the appointment. I want to like this dentist but this was hugely inconvenient for all of us. My disabled husband had to rearrange his work schedule to be there. He also received no appointment reminder. Very disappointed.

We recently had an instance where there was miscommunication about whether or not our insurance was contracted with Anna Dental. We ended up getting a bill for both my daughter and husband for a routine teeth cleaning. After calling and speaking with Jessica on the phone she kindly wrote off both balances for me. What a way to above and beyond for you patients. We are bummed our insurance changed and we have to switch dentists! Every experience has been wonderful!

Anna Dental is amazing. That's the best way to sum it up. The staff is friendly and so helpful. They truly care about you as a person and what's best for you and your family. I have been to several dentists in my life and battled with unknowledgeable staff, persistent (even mean) dentists, rude hygienists, and usually a bill I never knew was coming. This does NOT happen at Anna Dental. They are so forthcoming with information on what's best for you, what choices you have, what insurance will cover, and what out-of-pocket expenses will be. They hygienists are so sweet and friendly, and recognize you on the street and ask you how you are doing. As long as my family lives in Anna, we will be going to Anna Dental. My children get so excited when they find out it's dentist time again and they tell everyone that mentions a dentist, they need to switch to Anna Dental. Now that my friends, means the service is EXCELLENT.

Anna Dental is the only place I will take my family! I drive several towns over to continue to go here because I completely trust them. I have had previous dentists do awful work, charge for services not received, and tell me I need a filling. When I went to Anna Dental the first time they told me I didn't have a cavity, it was just discoloration of the tooth. The staff is wonderful, remember our names, and very polite. The dentists are amazing. Even my husband, who was always absolutely scared of dentists, now goes for his regular cleanings and dental work since we started going to Anna Dental!!

Before I hated going to the dentist, but this office is so friendly and professional, they make the whole experience painless. What can I say about my Hygienist Rhea? One word: Awesomeness. I have never had a hygienist as good as her and I have seen a lot of them over the year. I used to take my kids to a pediatric dentist but they were so expensive. I decided to take my kids to Dr. Ludlow but was very nervous because they are a family dentist and not only "pediatric". I was so pleased to see that he was so much better with my children than the 2 pediatric dentists that they have been to before! If I could start over, I would have brought my kids to him from the beginning. My kids actually like going to the dentist now! We just took my 3rd child in for her first appointment and I thought that she would cling to me the entire time and would refuse to open her mouth. She is very reserved but she opened right up to everyone there and keeps telling me that she wants to go back! The entire staff is fantastic-- I can't say enough good things about Anna Dental. Ya'll have made my life as a mom to apprehensive children so much easier. Thank you!

I'm about a 45 minute drive from them but to me it's worth the drive. They treat you like family, and the dentistry and cleanings are great. There is never a long wait either, which I appreciate. I live in Dallas, by the way, so finding a closer dentist would be quite easy. I had a dentist in Dallas for years and was happy enough, but when I wanted to get a new mouthguard my son, who lives in Anna, recommended Anna Dental. I went to them for my new mouthguard and was so impressed with everyone there and the facility that I started going to them for all my dental needs.

Love, love, love Anna Dental! Every single member of the staff is excellent (hey Rhea & Dr. Anderson!) :) and so sweet! They genuinely care about you and your smile. I always seem to have random requests and they are always so accommodating. The office is immaculate with current technology to help minimize pain. I used to hate (capital H) and be terrified of going to the dentist but now I don't mind it at all. That's how good this office is.

From dimming lights to playing music. Everyone is friendly and the office is very nice. Amy & Jessica in reception are very polite & professional. This is a great place and we will continue to use. Highly recommend. I only saw Dr. Sharp for a few moments but he is very pleasant as well.

Wow! What an excellent experience! Having moved quite a bit over the past few years, my family and I have been to a number of dentists, and I can say with absolute confidence that Anna Dental is by far THE BEST. My first experience with the practice was my phone call - the woman I spoke to was friendly, courteous and actually made me look forward to coming in for my appointment - which, by the way, I didn't have to wait 3 months for the next availability - I was seen just 2 days after I called!! On the morning of my appointment, parking was super convenient with spots right outside their front door (extra important if you have little ones or are in a hurry!). I was welcomed with smiles, the waiting room was comfortable & inviting (although I didn't spend much time in there at all!), the staff (everyone!!) was professional, polite, and so kind, but most importantly -- they did WONDERS to my mouth !!! I have the most outstanding clean PLUS Dr. Jeff repaired several chips I had (I have issues keeping things out of my mouth...) I am so pleased with my experience and look forward to going back again!!! Thank you Anna Dental !!!!
