I have been no stranger to dental offices. I must say this is by far the best experience I've ever had! Dental visits can be very unnerving for many people, not at this office. From the time you check in with the friendly office staff until you walk out the door after your consult, cleaning or treatment your comfort and care are their number one priority. I feel like one of the "family". Instead of dreading my visits, I actually look forward to them because not only will I be well cared for, I walk out with a fabulous smile!!! :)

I came here to get a second opinion from another dental practice who claimed i needed work on NINE of my teeth and charging me for xrays their machine was too broken to take. Finding a dentist I trust is kind of like finding an auto mechanic for me. I don't know enough about the subject matter to know if i'm being taken advantage of or not. The hygienists and Dr. Gibbs were so incredibly nice and thorough in their explanation of everything they were doing. Their laid back and humorous personalities made me feel like part of the family...which is a welcome feeling when trust, money, and your health is on the line. They made sure all of my questions were answered and backed up what they recommended with the xrays(unlike the other place). Turned out I only needed work on four teeth, not nine. Definitely recommend Anderson Dentistry.

Anderson Dentistry has my complete confidence. The front office staff are so very friendly and efficient. When it is time for teeth cleaning and check-ups, Jennifer is always very friendly and thorough, but without pain or discomfort. Dr. Gibbs is meticulous and if there are any issues, he not only finds them but explains completely what needs to be done. He has carefully replaced fillings and crowns that have passed their time. Of course, I will return as scheduled.

Great office. The staff is awesome and can answer all your questions to make you feel comfortable. They keep their appointment times so you are not waiting past it. The hygienist was very gentle and my teeth felt great afterward. Dr. Gibbs is a skilled dentist. He made me feel comfortable which is quite a feat for a dentist. His assistant knew what she was doing and walked me through the process to make sure I felt at ease.Finally, the lady up front (Linda I think) is very sweet and made sure I knew what to expect the insurance company to cover. I have found my new dental home.

No one really likes going to the dentist, but the kind and caring staff here make a potentially unpleasant experience not so bad. They make you feel welcome and appreciated, get you in and out quickly, while doing a through job. I never feel like they have me coming back too often or suggesting unnecessary procedures as I've experienced at other dentists. I'm glad I found this nice office staffed with such nice people.

So glad we finally found a dentist we can trust! I had an appointment with another dentist in the area and was in the second trimester of my pregnancy at the time and while I knew I couldn't have x-rays done, they told me they couldn't even give me a cleaning without the x-rays and that there was pretty much nothing they could do for me. I was dumbfounded. Thankfully, a couple months later, my husband and I found Anderson Dentistry and we both had incredible experiences. They were able to give me a cleaning and exam (minus the x-rays) without any problems. The staff was so friendly and made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend Dr. Gibbs and his crew!

My son and I have been going to Anderson Dentistry since we moved to Bedford a couple years ago. We will continue because of the great experience we have there. Everyone is so friendly and positive. But most of all, they take such great care of us. My son actually enjoys going to the dentist.
