They have one of the most wonderful nicest people I have ever encountered in the field of Dentistry. They do not guilt trip you about the last time you been to a dentist. They simply remind you that it would be better to visit more often and floss more often, Etc they leave it at that. I have been going to Allheart dental for a year and my regular dentist is great but on Friday I had a different dentist and unfortunately I had a bad experience with him as he disregarded my medical health and my needs and put his wants first instead of his clients. After he saw what the outcome was which was a full on panic attack he regretted not listening to me but he did do a good job overall, I am just in a little pain from the procedure. I would definitely still go to Allheart but just let the secretary know of my regular dentist.

Worst dentistry ever. I went to see what I needed to do to get braces and they told me I had several cavities(I didn’t have any but one the year before). I really wanted to get my teeth fixed so I went ahead and agreed to get fillers. I don’t think the lady knew what she was doing. She also kept calling me by another patients last name, so idk if she even knew which patient she was working on. I let them know during the process that I was in pain yet, they kept drilling my teeth. Three times I let them know I was in pain until they numbed me. The process took too long and they still wanted to do the other side of my mouth. I decided to leave and they wanted to do the other half on another day. I told them I wasn’t coming back. The fillers made it feel like there was always popcorn stuck in my teeth. I couldn’t even floss in between two of them! It hadn’t even been two weeks and my mouth was in extreme pain to the point where I can’t drink or eat. I went To another dentist and he said the fillers were coming off/loose and they had chipped. He Could move them in my teeth and I could feel it as he moved them around. So needless to say, I will be calling my insurance to see what can be done since they already processed the payment and I have picture proof of the horrible job they did. Until then, now I’m left with uneven jagged teeth, can’t chew right, loose fillers and in extreme pain. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had been there to extract wisdom tooth of my daughter, Dr. Shawn Nevomi surgeon was so smooth at his work that my daughter did not feel much impact of the injection n whole process of extraction 4 tooth. Also his assistant was very courteous,helpful n knowledgeable. Front desk ladies too we're very humble. Though I had to wait really long for the surgeon but all worth it, if a child is in hands of a good surgeon.

Horrible experience!! Doctor was very rude and ignorant. Got my wisdom tooth removed at the Cooper location in Arlington and doctor cracked the tooth in front of my window tooth. He did not know what he was doing at all. very incompetent doctor !! Please do your research before going there, I regret it so much!

Went in for a simple cleaning and filling, left the office and haven't been able to eat on my back teeth in 3weeks. Keep in mind I've never had problems with my teeth. I've only had to have a cavitiy pulled once when I was 8 yrs old and I'm now 28. I went back Wednesday after 3weeks because I couldn't take the pain any longer. All they did was poke at my teeth and tell me that I needed to pay more money for more dental work! Was even asked several times "Are you sure that you don't want the procedure done because I checked your insurance and you have the money to afford it, I would hate for you to wait too late and waste your insurance because the year is almost over or get older and your teeth cause you more problems" I was so pissed because here I am in pain and the problem that I came in for isn't fixed and now your trying to cause more pain upon me! Never again will I go back! UPDATE 10/1/18: All heart has contacted me to resolve the situation. Though I have refused their offer to come back to get my teeth looked at , I do appreciate them for reaching out to me immediately about the concern. It shows that the at least care about their patience. I drove an hour to come to this dentist based off the positive reviews that I saw. Unfortunately my experience was not so good.

Seriously? This place doesn’t care about being good quality for their guests. Wait until you walk inside. Their rooms are raggedy/old looking. They need to re paint the walls. My daughter saw a dead bug that was not moving on the screen while she was watching tv. I felt their energy being un professional & uncaring. I felt like my daughter was getting contaminated with their tools, because they will place them every where. Seriously! Do not waste your time bringing your self/kids here!!! It’s a set up!!!

I had 7 cavaties filled and a wisdom tooth pulled less than a year ago. They moved my apointment twice knowing I was in pain and less than a year later after visiting another dentistry, all those fillings have broken along with crowns they put on. Also, they couldn't even explain all the work they were doing on me before getting the procedures... and I went in to get 1 specific broken tooth fixed that they never fixed in the end... the fillings that they did do were also very sloppy too. The substance to do the fillings were all over my gums and the roof of my mouth... I wasted so much money and time and now I am in the worst pain.

Terrible terrible experience. I needed all these fillings, and had all these cavities. I went in to get a wisdom tooth pulled and ended up getting everything but that. I had 6+ shots of numb medicine. The lady was very rough when trying to pull my wisdom tooth out. Kept telling me don’t move, and pulling my chin really hard from the opposite way she was pulling the tooth. I was in so much pain I got up. Btw they had the regular dentist performing this. I was there 4 hours so by this time they are closed. All they was concerned about was collecting there payment. Multiple times I was left alone with my mouth bleeding, and I seen 2 different assistant dentist and one was brand new and had no clue what she was doing. So I have half a wisdom tooth, and it’s week 2 and I’m still In SOOOO MUCH PAIN. I have 3 large canker soars on the inside of my lips. I’m so upset I’m being charged all this money and didn’t even get what I really came for. I will never return to ANY ALLHEART DENTAL

The dentist here was able to finally identify an infection after I had been to several dentists that didn't see anything wrong. They showed me the x-rays and I needed a complicated root canal. The price quoted was the same as on the phone the day prior. Dr. Bui and his assistant were kind throughout the lengthy procedure and also found a large cavity under the crown that had to be fixed. I had been in pain for 7 weeks, so while no root canal is a great experience, I felt that they were skilled and did a great job.

This may possibly be the worst dentistry I have been to. I was there for nearly four hours and it took them an hour to even start. Without warning I was given shots and when they were doing my fillings, they managed to poke one of their tools through my lip not once but twice. One of the dentists did not understand what she was doing, constantly referred me to as another name, and whenever she was told to do something, she did not do it or would continue to do it incorrectly.

Good prices Quick service compared to other clinics They are not that professional because when I went there to extract my wisdom tooth they couldn’t put the local anesthesia in the right place then 3 young dentists tried to take it off after the work is done I found they broke my crown beside the wisdom tooth they extracted When I asked the dentist at the beginning he denied then I asked him to compare the x ray photos before and after he found that I’m right he start yelling on me and he was shaking and said “what shall I do to you if you are a chicken bone eater?!” That was my worst experience in my whole life I Really feel so bad now every time I drive beside that place
