The waiting time at this place is ridiculous (even if you have an appointment) I am so disappointed, I had to wait more than 1 hour to see the damn doctor

Years ago I would give maybe 4 stars but now no! First off the way they confirm appts is annoying. They send you several emails to confirm..... they call to confirm and also they text. Very annoying... also I hate having to wait when I have an appointment!! But if you more than 10 mins late they bump you off the schedule. Also alot of the lady hygienist have also quit. Cant keep good people for long.!! Only good thing is they open on Saturday.

I absolutely love this office. The workers there are awesome and they ALL have great attitudes. Today my visit was short and brief. They got me in and got me right out of there. Dr. Taylor is an excellent dentist. He is the best and has the best personality. He is a dentist that truly cares about his patients and their smiles. My girl Manuela Rodriguez, is the best. She is so professional and ALWAYS takes really good care of me. She makes ALL of my visits so pleasant. I just love her to the moon and back. She double and triple checks that I have no loose wires or wires are not sticking and poking my gums. Being older and getting braces, was a real challenge, but this entire office made this experience the best ever and I actually look forward to my visits to this office. If you said " dentist", I would run in the other direction and find every reason NOT to attend, but not with this office. I love my visits. The dentist today, need to take notes from Dr. Taylor and his crew.. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST..... I recommend that if you do not have a dentist.. Dr. Taylor is your guy. 5 star rating all day everyday.

I love it here! Dr. Carmichael recently completed my root canal/crown procedure and made the whole process seamless and it looks and feels GREAT! Dr. Taylor is always so nice whenever I am there and asks how your visit goes just out of concern! I just love it here! Moral of the story :)

if you are thinking about getting some dental work done without dental insurance this is definitely my number 1 recommendation. From the ladies at the front desk, to the hygienist, to the doc that did my root canal, I was over satisfied and very impressed with the honesty, how knowledgeable, and how straight forward the individuals I interacted with here were! I've been to several different dentists and this one was by far the best I've ever been at. btw I never leave google reviews but I was so impressed with the services provided and the great people I felt it was necessary to share my experience with others.

This is a great place to go if you need a “dental home.” I’ve had some bad experiences lately with the chain dental companies and it was so refreshing to find a dental staff that was genuine and seemed to honestly care about my overall dental health. They were extremely thorough, checking for things no dentist had ever mentioned before. My hygienist did the best job I’ve had in years. So happy I found this place!

What a great dental practice. I have tried nearly a dozen dentists across DFW from the big chains, schools.. and small practices and never once had such a great experience as I've had here. They don't gouge you by billing for "multiple" fillings on a single tooth as so many do, nor are they instantly pushy to replace crowns that don't need to be replaced. Their billing staff will work with you and show you all of the options available from pre-payments, insurance timing to get the best bang for your buck and will rework the numbers back and forth to make them work for you. A huge advantage for not only time but expense is they have their own lab, so they do not need to refer you to another specialist for things like implants or making crowns. I've worked with both Duane Taylor and Bryan Carmichael, both very professional and informative. All procedures nearly pain free and I'd recommend working with them over any other practice in DFW.

HORRIBLE!!! DON'T GO HERE!!! about 6 yrs ago I went in to get two of my wisdom teeth pulled out because they were causing me pain. I had the worst experience when they took it out. I FELT EVERYTHING! As I am in agonizing pain, the dentist said," if you don't stop screaming or crying, I'm going to have to leave you like this and make you leave because you are scaring my patients." It was so painful that he had several assistants to hold me down during the procedure. HORRIFIC!! Now, I have been having pain in that same area where he supposedly remove the wisdom tooth from and there is a piece of it breaking thru the skin. Its painful but I know I won't be going back to them to get this fixed. DON"T GO here! DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! Awful and expensive.

Do not schedule with this office unless you’re ok with long wait times and seeing different doctors each visit. I’ve been to the office 4 times and the wait times were horrible. My first visit I was about 15 minutes early and didn’t get called back until about 30 minutes after my appointment time. Then when they did call me I waited another 30 minutes to an hour just have a cleaning done. The second time I went the wait time was about the same for a filling. I didn’t see Dr. Taylor and the procedure was done by another doctor in office that day. He was absolutely wonderful. I was having pain due to the filling being sharp on one edge and when I went the next week Dr. Taylor tried to take credit for the fillings done by a different doctor which is ridiculous. He constantly looks exhausted and dazed. The last time I went was a couple days ago and the wait time was again long and over my actual appointment time. I again did not see Dr. Taylor and was seen by a different doctor. I feel like there should be more consistency in the office or at least let a patient know who they will be seeing beforehand.

When we got there the receptionist barely wanted to assist us, the lady that took my x-Ray made ME take the plastic off the X-ray machine and was being rude the whole time. When the hygienist came to clean my teeth he was rough and took literally 5 minutes. Will not be going back.

Dr. Taylor and his staff are excellent in all aspects. They treat their customers like family. The staff treats each other like family. It's just a really good feeling when you step through the doors and are very well taken care of from start to finish no matter who helps you. Dr Taylor has been a dentist for over 30 years, he said, and his expertise are on point. I would highly recommend my friends/family go see him for all dental needs. I needed my wisdom tooth taken out ASAP, and while doing research online, i came to find out that some other "wisdom tooth experts" aren't as affordable as they claim to be. I came across Affordable Denistry's webpage and gave them a call. Mark was very helpful with my appointment which i had to change due to my work schedule. I went in 8.31.2017 and was seen by both Dr. Taylor and Dr. Carmichael. Unfortunately Dr. Taylor was not able to do the extraction that same say, but Dr. Carmichael swooped in like SUPERMAN and took care of me that same afternoon. I am soooooo utterly grateful for the compassion they have in this office, unlike other offices. Dr. Carmichael has great bedside mannerism and even though pulling teeth isn't as glamorous as it looks, he has a soft touch and my pain was minimal when given the anesthesia and the extraction. I've had other wisdom teeth pulled and I'm sure I walked out of that office with whiplash ....:-)~ Everyone is so helpful, professional, compassionate and will put you at ease. The hygienist, he is freaking awesome and very knowledgable. I love coming across people that know what they are talking about and explain it thoroughly to patients. He has great hair too!!! I was a little jelly (jealous). :-) THANK YOU AGAIN SO VERY MUCH TO ALL THE STAFF......YOU WILL SEE ME AGAIN SOON.

I was recommended this clincl from a friend after several unhappy years with a larger clinic that always seem to find something expensive wrong. I love how they try to take preventative or non evasive measures first. It has been greatly helpful the early text and call reminders of upcoming appointments with enough time change if needed.

The lady at the front desk said she didn't no the get WiFi password but what another lady ask for it AKA a white lady they gave it to her so I went back up there and she still act like she didn't no it. This dentist don't deserve any stars. I have been to better dentist then this. The staff are not as friendly. The lady that does the X-ray was so rude and hurt my mouth. The black doctor there act like he don't want to work on your teeth. But the place is clean and smell nice.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen by Dr Taylor only to be told that he does not provide the services I was seeking. Clearly a disconnect between staff and doctor. Waited in lobby while people after me were seen, treated, and left only to have front desk say “it won’t be long now.” Do not recommend.
