I was previously treated for a crown a couple years ago at this location without any issues and that's why I decided to go back. This time I went for an infection in a molar. They took the rutine x-rays. The doctor came by and said he was going to order a few more detailed x-rays to figure out the problem. That was the last time I saw him. After the additional x-rays they sent me to the waiting room. Later the reception called me and extensively explained why purchasing the dental plan would be much cheaper than paying without it for long list of procedures the doctor advised (although he never spoke to me about it). When I told her I wanted to discuss the options and get the doctors advice she said the doctor had gone for lunch! I even had to remind her that I NEEDED antibiotics due to the pain since they didn't even had written a prescription! TERRIBLE service. I am looking for another dentist while the antibiotics are still working.

The office is located way down abram not on the good side of town. Staff seemed nice. The front was a little out dated, windows and window seals where dirty, toy room looked dirty. There was dirt and bugs on floor. Back looked clean from the area I did see. The dr looked in my daughter's mouth and saw she is getting teeth in. No exam, cleaning since she is a baby and no teeth. I hope to see improvement the next appointment we go too.

Regular check-ups and exams to orthodontal work they are the best. Today my kids saw Dr. Gonzalez for the first time and it was like having Dr. Reza or Mund attend us, just flawless. I got their flyer that they beat any price and that x-ray exams and whitening in $25. Flyer states that this clinic is affordable for low income and people have no insurance. I have no job and insurance, I thought I may get any help fix some dental issues. After examination they advised me to get treatment that would cost $1200, while there is a clinic that advised me treatment in $280, for low income or people with no insurance. I wonder how Abram dental cheats people by writing that they beat any price... They said they would call and let me know if stuff for teeth whitening is ready, that was a part of $25 examination, but they never called. Whenever, I called it was not ready to pick it up. Hate it.

Worst place to fix your teeth, be carefull. They charge a lot and the dental job that they do can cause you big problems. You can end up paying a lot more because you have to go somewhere else to fix the bad dental job that this clinic do. It happened to my daughter.

I regret going to this place a lot. I waste my money and time. My friend did her braces somewhere else and she paid half the price and they did her lot quicker than mine even her teeth was lot, i mean a lot messed up than mine. You still have to wait for hour or more even you have taken an appointment more than a month ago. Even the braces is hurting you so bad and you can't eat and sleep they will tell you they are packed and don't have an appointment so they don't care even if you are dying in pain. They have some of the most incompetent dental assistants who have messed up simple process which ended up wasting my time. In short don't go there and waste your time and money. I will rate them -10
