The dentist is great and my boys actually enjoy going to see her. They have TVs on the ceiling to distract them and a little play area for them while you wait. They don't try to upsell you on anything just to get more money out of you like some places but genuinely give you their expert advice to what you should do. They always let me go back and sit with them so I'm not sure why others have said otherwise. Love them!

The individuals working at this dentist office do not know how to handle kids that are afraid of the dentist. It should be expected that going to the dentist can be scary for young kids, as it was for my daughter. My daughter's fear was only made worse by going to this dentist to the point where she now has an absolute panic attack at the mere mention of the word "dentist." She's five years old and I'm afraid that the experiences she had at this dental office will instill in her a life-long fear of the dentist. We had to do general anesthesia twice at this office (to put her completely under, mostly due to her panic attacks) and the second time the anesthesiologist refused to file with my insurance, making me pay 100% in advance ($1,200!) and file the claim with the insurance myself to *attempt* to get reimbursed. They said it was because filing with the insurance became an "administrative burden" for them. Six months later and I'm still fighting with both my insurance and the anesthesia company to get the claim settled. Totally ridiculous. We will never return to this office I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter has been coming to this location ever since she was 6 months old, (just turned 3)and I must say there has NEVER been a time that I have been mistreated or felt uncomfortable when in contact with the staff, these ladies are always smiling and they make us feel so welcomed whenever we visit. If these ladies were ever having a bad start to their day, I could never tell! Just wanted to let you know you're doing a great job! We will continue to visit this location.

BEWARE of Dr Bui. She will tell you to fix teeths that doesn't need treatment to get as much money as possible. She told us that my daughter has cavities on left, right and front teeths. She put crowns on both left and front teeths. After that my daughter has infection on both the crowns and bleeding a lot. She blamed me because I asked for white crown for front teeth. Who wants silver crown at front? She also told me to brush her teeth for the rest of her life. After she redone the front teeth, she told me to go to another dentist and don't want to be responsible for the hurting teeth on the left teeth. I went to another dentist and he told me that he need to pull out Dr Bui's crown because it's causing gingivitis. He told me that her right teeth that dr Bui suggested to crown is ok. No need for treatment. Why did she recommend crown then? I guess she just wants the money. Very disappointed and NOT RECOMMENDED. Also, her assistant Maribelle almost always missed the x-ray. She shot 2-3 times for each teeth.

Our 2 boys went there for many years. The staff always took good care of our kids and they really liked their experience there (it's true that the parents aren't allowed to the back but I like the idea). They are always very professional, sent reminders for appointments, and re-scheduled if needed. I always received a report after their visit about their dental health. My insurance has always covered the service so I can't talk to the pricing.

I have been to this place several times, and must say that the dentist and her her staff / assistant should not be dealing with kids. Dentist / doctor bent out of shape when my son did not cooperate with them for teeth cleaning. I cannot believe that an adult would take it personally. She had no style with kids. Their approach is rough and spooks kids about dental work. And all I was there to do was teeth brush appointment. If you (doc) do not know how to handle kids, you need to work with adults instead. You (doc) have proven to me for the final time, I need to look somewhere else to have my kids teeth taken care of, without your drama added to it. Enough my son and his drama when going to a dentist, I don't need yours too.

I was not pleased with how me and my daughter were treated today. You said my appointment was "cancelled" with no notice at all. Saw us anyway only to make me feel like it was an inconvenience. The dental assistant talked incredibly rude to my crying daughter and the dentist didn't do much better. And all you did was brush my daughters teeth. Nothing else was done and I was barely talked to, the parent. Looking to find a new dentist. After so many good visits... what happened today?

Dr. Bui came to work sick and coughing excessively. She removed the mask from her face and continued coughing. It’s a good thing I came over to watch while she worked on my child’s mouth. This is how I was able to catch her with the mask removed from her face. How could someone do such a thing working with children? Ironically, my child started coughing in similar pattern the very next day. I’m very upset about this, as this is a Child and the cough is pretty strong. My child never had a cough like this before. She coughed in my child’s face. My child informed me and was upset, as I teach my household germ prevention, etc. I think everyone should know this and be aware of this kind of stuff.

I noticed 2 things which making me sad and want to post here too... 1. This dentist don't take responsibility of their own treatments for teeths.Evrytime u go they 'll charge because doctor took out time. Forget your kid been in pain due to their treatment only. Ok fine u charged at least diagnose well:( not only first big treatment but all. 2. They Ignore what child/parents are complaining about but own lessons on brushing , on top of it not accepting the mistake. My kid remained in pain for a month n got infection increased in teeth below crown Dr bui only had put along With 3 more crowns. All because of improper diagnosis only. When my kid complained about pain with in month of treatment done by Dr bui, I went to doctor to show but she said it just that he not properly brushing n do brush well only. As bui confirmed no issues in teeth I was also ignoring my sons complain about pain but making him brushing well all days. But once he was irresistible didn't control his pain, we went to these guys again. This time luckily I met dr Alfarez , she did fresh check n found infection. Bad part here was that now we know infection is severe.. But appointment given after 5days... Those 5 days were horrible, my son. N of course we could not sleep all nights... Antibiotics, tylenol, Motrin all were not working or merely helping. Just 911 was only option looking sometimes. I m proud of my son how's managed 2 months in pain.:( Never going to visit this dentistry neither recommend.

I would not recommend this place. They dont let you go to the back with your kids when its time for the dentist to see them. The two women that worked on my daughters teeth are very aggressive. My daughter told us after they finished that she tried to tell the dentist and her assistant that they were hurting her during the process of her cleaning and the dentist said dont say that she doesnt hurt anybody. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Its two little Phillipino or Chinese ladies. And they are crazy over priced.

I don’t understand these negative comments. When it comes to price insurance covers it all so I can’t say. When it comes to scared children my son is now 4 and was first very nervous. They treated my son very lovely and with kindness and reassured him what was happening. When he got his x rays the assistant was playful with my son and made him feel comfortable. They’re not forceful either. You’re not allowed with your kid when they’re in the chair but you’re only a couple of feet away. I think it’s good so the kid can learn independence. The assistance y’all to my son while he’s in the chair too. I definitely recommend this dentist for your children.
