Living the Best Life

I was having tooth pain and they worked me in their schedule. I was actually scheduled for 6 but they had an opening at 4 and so I went on in. The office is very modern and all the staff were super nice to me. I had to bring my kids and we hadnt gotten to eat dinner yet due to the change of appointment and the doctor and his hygienist gave my kids cheese and crackers to eat while they waited. I was very impressed as they didnt have to do that. I had a filling and it was the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist and I dont like dentist visits. I knew exactly what he was going to do for me and how much it cost before he started. He had no problem answering any questions I had. Summer his hygienist was super sweet and made me feel at home. I will be back!!!

We had a great time. We took our 2 girls, ages 7 and 9. They felt comfortable and enjoyed the process. The hygienist and Dr. Welsh were very thorough with explaining the xrays. They were open, honest, and answered any questions we asked. We like the hometown feel and ease of scheduling so close to home! Definitely recommend!!

Dr. Welsh and his staff. They have your long term dental health as their number one priority, work hard to build trust, and will answer any questions along the way. I'm usually pretty comfortable when it comes to going to the dentist but I do have a fair amount of anxiety just because my teeth have been bad for a while and getting my teeth cleaned always hurts. Hygienists usually scratch my gums and make me bleed, especially when flossing. I hate that part! But the hygenist there was so amazing. She was so gentle and so knowledgeable. The ambiance of the office was so nice and I was just so at peace. Sounds silly but true. The decor is so charming and Dr Welsh has gone to great lengths to have the most top of the line equipment. So grateful to have a new dentist!!!!!!

I haven't been to the dentist since I was in 1st grade so I was very nervous. The staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable here more than any doctors office I have ever been to. They didn't overcharge, instead, they tried to help lower prices. I can safely say that after having my wisdom teeth pulled, I definitely trust Dr. Welsh and everyone there to take care of me. He even made a follow up call to see how I was doing! I truly recommend Dr. Walsh's office if you are considering, stop here!

Much to my delight the experience was great from my first interaction with the office (Nicole), the hygienist (Pam) and last but not least Dr. Welsh. They went above and beyond in taking the time to get to know me and my dental history and or needs. I highly recommend this dental practice. I have relocated from Ohio to Nashville and have only been with one dentist my entire life and I thought he was absolutely amazing, he has since retired and I dreaded trying to find a new dentist that would mean as much to me as my prior dentist. I'm not even sure where to begin or the words to type to explain the experience I had last night during my first visit with Dr. Welsh and his Staff. I was absolutely beyond grateful for their kindness, caring, compassion and taking the pain away and putting me on a very much needed treatment plan. I have found my new Dentist (I'm a complete longevity/loyal person that doesn't like change), I immediately felt at ease (and I was extremely nervous at the start of my appointment). It was a 3 hour appointment and they never made me feel like it was inconvenient that I was there for so long, they constantly asked me if I was doing okay through my root canal/crown. They explained each step of the process (I even got to see the nerve that was causing so much pain which fascinated me and amazed me that such a small thing can cause so much pain). I'm looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work done with Dr. Welsh and his Staff (not because it's fun or enjoyable) but because I know they will take great care of me and their bedside manner is hands down, top notch. Their office is beautiful, they even have TV's on the ceiling to watch while you are having work done. They explained my after care and the do's and don'ts of what I need to do until my next appointment. I got a fantastic nights' sleep last night because the pain is gone. Thank you so very much Dr. Welsh to you and your staff.

Jeanise, my hygienist, very experienced and knowledgeable and informative throughout my cleaning. Dr. Welsh, very friendly and pro-active with treatment plan. Great with kids, he and his staff have an excellent diposition for children and adults with dentist fears. Mr. Welsh also has a plan in place for individuals who lack adequate dental insurance. His office is prepared and willing to investigate what your insurance will cover and possible remaining balance, before he continues. He takes the time to explain billing and treatment options in detail. No surprises, we have visited on five different occasions and the billing was spot on. I highly recommend Welsh Family dentistry in Eagleville, TN.
