I have required much dental work since Dr. Randall began his Hixson practice and am extremely confident in his abilities. Additionally, he has brought new technologies that reduce time and increase comfort. Dr. Randall and the whole office staff have been so good to me--personable and professional. I couldn't recommend Dr. Randall more highly.

Upon breaking a tooth on Christmas Day I was forced to go to a new dentist, as my former had retired. I was referred to Dr. Randall by my Periodonist, but entered the office with much apprehension and anxiety. I am happy to say I didn't leave the same way. Aside from his obvious expertise, he exhibited patience, a caring chair side manner, and whatever it took to provide a pleasant dental experience. I would recommend he and his staff to anyone needing a new dentist or a change in dental care.

All of the staff at TN River Dental make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. The professionalism of all of the clinicians( Including Dr. Randall) is super. I am continually pleased with my experience at TN River Dental! Dr. Randall makes you feel welcome, his hygienist is thorough and easy to talk to and his secretary has a wealth of dental knowledge (this is helpful because she can answer clinical questions as well as scheduling / billing questions) I would definitely recommend.

Honestly, if you are hoping for the very best dental care in the Chattanooga/Hixson area, do yourself a favor and call Tennessee River Dental. The staff is top notch and Dr Randall cannot be beat! It is clear that he is incredibly knowledgeable in his field and he is thorough, thoughtful, and considerate in making the best decisions for your personal dental care. He probably doesn't think we know this, but I think he loves his work!

Very pleased with my new-patient visit. Setting up appointment (& modifying it later) was very easy. The staff were very professional and friendly and Dr. Randell seems to be very knowledgeable, yet conservative/measured in his approach. VERY modern, state of the art equipment used to study the mouth (from different angles) and proactively head off problems before they occur. Will definitely recommend this facility for your dental needs.
