5 stars all around! I have been a patient of Dr. O'Neill's for almost 4 years and have been to every office. This was my first time at Green Hills. First of all, the decor is beautiful and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. You are instantly greeted with a warm smile that puts your nerves at ease. I recently had problems with a crown on my tooth. I called immediately, and I was promptly called back and then seen in the office the next day. They truly care. Dental work can be nerve-racking, stressful, and painful, but not when you are at Tennessee Family Dental. They take care of their patients like family and are always there 24/7 to take care of your needs.

Dr. O'Neill and his staff made this dentist fearing girl, a believer in dental care. I have avoided going for so long before them, but whether it's a simple cleaning, or a more intense procedure, they were kind, gentle, funny, and knowledgeable. I really have enjoyed every experience I have has at Tennessee Family Dental and I would recommend anyone to them. The best in town!

If you need and caring, thorough, and gentle dentist, go to Dr. Betsy Hill at Tennessee Family Dental in Green Hills! This is the best dental experience my husband and I have ever had. When I went to see Dr. Hill initially, I hadn't gotten my teeth cleaned in quite some time and that can be a scary thing. Missi, the hygienist who took care of my initial cleaning, was professional and skilled. It didn't hurt at all! I have also had to get a crown and they did an outstanding job. I am no longer afraid of dentists! I give them the highest of ratings.

Amazing customer service & dental work! What more could you ask for. As a recent transplant here to Nashville I needed a new dentist; after a bit of online research I decided on Tennessee Family Dental (Green Hills). It was one of the best decisions, not only do they make you feel like you are welcome the minute you walk in the door, the actual services I received were amazing paired with the top notch facility, with the latest technology. It made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Very pleased with my experience! This will be my new dental home, as well as Nashville.

TN Family Dental (Green Hills) is the absolute best! I have been a patient of Dr.O'Neill for years. The Green Hills location is so welcoming. I wouldn't mind having whoever decorated the office decorate my home because it is so so beautiful. The staff is super friendly--and on top of it when booking, confirming, and following up on dental care. They will work with your insurance company to make sure you are getting the best care and for the best price. I've had other dental offices take advantage of me, and I have never even questioned them. Dr. O'Neill and Dr. Hill are both amazing. They do top quality work and try to make your experience as easy as possible (bc everyone knows going to the dentist is not a trip we look forward to) I am so thankful to have dentists that I trust in the Nashville area!

In 2016, I went on the 33rd season of Survivor in Fiji. When I came back, I knew I needed to have some work done and kept looking and looking for a place in town. Nashville is a trendy city as we all know, and everyone finds themselves at an office that is: A) overpriced and B) leaves you with an "okay" outcome When I found Ryan, I was relieved. I moved to Nashville 3 years ago and had been driving back up to Indiana whenever I needed work done on my teeth. Ryan found loose cavities I didn't know were there and found glue residue in my gums (left from previous dentist) that created irritable sensitivity and bleeding. This team did a complete 180 on my mouth after I had been on an island, brushing my teeth with bamboo and salt water. We put two new front teeth in, whitened those puppies up and got my gums back to their healthy status!!! Hands down the BEST dental office I have ever been to!!! Ryan and his team are so professional, so fun, and put you in the best care possible. The tribe has spoken! If you go anywhere in Nashville, trust this island girl and go to Tennessee Family Dental. Dr. O’Neill did All on 4 implants (both arches) for me in May of 2019 I had not been to a dentist in years (decades) due to a very bad experience I had as a child. It took a lot for me to go to a dentist, but my teeth reached a point that something had to be done. I researched dentists in multiple cities, and I chose to set up an appointment with Dr. O’Neill at his Green Hills (Nashville) location. From the very first interaction that I had with Dr. O’Neill and all of his staff, I was amazed at how friendly and accommodating they are. They really make you feel like you’re important, and they’ll do anything possible to help you (which they will). I went to that first appointment, had a consultation with Dr. O’Neill, took x-rays (3-D), and Dr. O’Neill told me recommended All on 4 for me. Up front, I will tell you, just like Dr. O’Neill told me, that it is an investment, but if you’ll keep reading, I think you’ll see that the investment is totally worth it. There were a couple of appointments for more x-rays, and impressions, then we were ready for the procedure. I arrived early on a Friday morning, I was in the chair by 8 and the procedure started around 9 (so I’m told). I barely remember anything about that day, and I have no memory of pain at any time. Pain was my biggest fear, and it turned out to be a non-issue. I left the office about 3 that afternoon with a brand new smile. My new teeth looked great, but more amazing to me, they were functional from the beginning. I actually ate chicken nuggets and fries on the way home. The recovery was easy for me. The was swelling, of course, but no pain to speak of. It wasn’t the most comfortable thing in the world, just due to swelling, but to this day I have not experienced anything that I consider to be painful. After 5 days, I had a follow up appointment with Dr. O’Neill. I was still a little swollen, but everything else was absolutely perfect. In fact, I I asked him (again) about diet restrictions, and he told me “Eat a steak if you want to”. That’s exactly what I did. I left the appointment and had steak frites for lunch. It was amazing to be able to properly chew a steak for the first time since I was in my 20s. Today, I had my one month follow up appointment. Dr. O’Neill asked me to tell him what I would like to improve. I told him about one spot that had been a bit sore (not painful, just annoying at times), and I asked if he could do something to improve my speech ( I had a little lisp because of where my tongue was hitting the top prosthesis). He took care of both issues, removed both appliances, took my stitches out, cleaned the appliances, and put them back in place within 2 hours. Quick and easy. I don’t think I could have received better care or a better result anywhere in the world. I can’t express how great it is to be able to eat, talk, and even laugh without worrying about what people around you can see, or if they’re noticing your lack of teeth. It’s brought my confidence back to normal. To me, that’s 100% worth what I invested in this procedure, and it only gets better from here. Hopefully, I will be finished with the process and have my permanent set of teeth by the end of this 2019. I have no reason to think that anything will go wrong, but if it does, I know that Dr. Oneill and his staff will be right there to put me back on track. I can’t recommend Dr. O’Neill, and Tennessee Family Dental enough. Google would only allow me to give five stars, but he and his staff deserve much more. Adam Eubanks

I had the opportunity to see Dr. O'Neill at TN Family Dental (Green Hills) and I had a wonderful experience! He was very engaging, personable, and professional from the moment I walked in. The office atmosphere is very welcoming, clean, and relaxing. I'd had a filling previously that had resulted in some tooth sensitivity, and he was very sympathetic to this issue, and made sure that there were no questions left unanswered. He x-rayed the tooth and explained exactly what was happening and what I needed to do moving forward. His suggestions were very helpful! All of my experiences with the staff of TN Family Dental and Dr. O'Neill have been extremely positive, and I recommend this location!

Incredibly thankful to Barbara (office manager/insurance) for the time she took to work with me in scheduling my son for a consult with Dr. O'Neill. Went above and beyond to work around my son's schedule and the limited time frame we had. She was mindful with what our insurance would cover and helped navigate the waters of a treatment plan that worked in our budget. Truly a blessing. Dr. O'Neill helped up my son at ease (who has dental anxiety) while also respecting him and his feelings regarding treatment. I like how he approached the treatment plan as "partners in oral health" and not subserviently. Humble, confident and competent doctor indeed!

I never thought I’d say “I love going to the Dentist”, but Tennessee Family Dental changed my mind. First, the office is sleek and modern which is such a nice surprise! Dr. O’Neill and everyone at the Green Hills location are top notch. They are sincerely concerned about my well-being and comfort while in the office. Dr. O’Neill is thorough and explains treatment options in an understandable manner, and I felt very confident in his assessments. Missy is great and had me relaxed and laughing the entire visit.
