I always have a great experience when I go to TN Centers for Laser Dentistry. I was a patient of Dr. Edwards prior to his move to this address and was one of his first patients at this location when Dr. Edwards and Kim were the only 2 people working there. Would not go anywhere else. All the office staff there now (and it's a large group) are wonderful and friendly. Thank you Dr. Edwards for all these years as your patient. March, 2019 - Thanks for another excellent visit to TCLD yesterday. Megan is so friendly, and skilled as a technician. My only disappointment was not seeing Dr. Edwards who had a family emergency and I pray things are better today. I love the new office, all the friendly staff, and Dr. Edwards. I had my first cleaning and it was a great experience. I didn’t have to wait at all to be taken back. My hygentist was super kind and knowledgeable. The X-rays and cleaning took almost two hours. That time was spent all on me and my cleaning, so I was never left in the chair by myself really. The dr. was super nice and knowledgeable as well. I will be back!

Kim has been my dental hygienist since I became a patient over 5 years ago. She has been extremely thorough for every visit, which I do appreciate. I had stopped visiting the dentist for nearly two years prior to coming to TCLD, so this created some issues as far as my dental health. Kim and Dr. Torti got me back whipped back into shape after only 2 or 3 visits. Recently, Kim informed me that she was moving away. I've grown accustom to seeing her every visit, so it will take some getting used to. But I know and trust the team at TCLD, and know Kim's level of care will be replicated.

I'll have to as far to say: if you aren't going to these fine & interesting people, you're making a mistake! I never, ever thought I'd be so interested and painless as the procedures that I've had here. I'm hoping we find another crown to replace - it was even a thrill to experience how the laser minimizes pain of injection (you won't even know ir). And the 3D modeling he does on the console that wheels right in. Produces the mold, then cooks new crown up quickly. Lasers used again to speed recovery. When you walk down the stairs, you won't feel a thing! Incomparable Dentistry in Art Forms. That's a great company name too, ha! Love coming in, see you soon

I have my teeth cleaned and checked up at Tennessee Centers for Laser Dentistry for three times now. Very satisfied with the care quality from doctor Torti, hygienist Jordan. They listen, look for signs of possible problem, give instruction for daily maintenance, just at the right level, not overlook things and no over treatments. Their staffs are friendly and responsible. Their have new equipment and nice environment.

Loved both the dentist and his assistant. He was very nice and competent. His assistant really made me feel at ease, which is extremely important at a dental appointment for obvious reasons. The receptionists were also very nice. I really appreciate how everyone was so nice. I lowered my rating, because I keep having this issue there that I have never had at another dental practice. They keep wanting to bill me for something I don't owe. I have to tell them to call my insurance. They do and then it is fine, but I just wish I did not have to remind them every time. It is also not an easy reminder, as they don't seem to believe me when I first bring it up. The dentist seemed in a rush this last time, but I was 7 minutes late to my appointment, so maybe that contributed to the rush. I think the dentist is competent, so I am keeping the rating high, though I did lower it by one due to the above.

Great service and the staff here is super helpful and welcoming. Dr. Edwards and Dr. Torti both are fantastic and take their patients very seriously. Due to a dental emergency that happened with me over weekend, I wasn't able to book an appointment but when I called them first thing Monday morning, they were so accommodating and they fit me right in at 8:30 in the morning. The staff also showed so much empathy and they genuinely care for their patients.

New facility is great. TV needs to be on in each patient cubicle---even if the sound is off. no one like to just sit back in the chair and stare at an empty tv screen or see the whole cast of the office smiling back at you for an hour. and the tv in the waiting room should be on as well.

Seems like a lot of guessing on diagnoses. Dentists don't seem to think outside the box for cause and effect and rely on boiler plate teachings too much. Use of new tools drive incorrect diagnoses at times. Referrals to Orthodontist/Periodontist may not be warranted. Usage of words like "Cancer" to put fear into the need to go to referrals not good. A couple of hygienists are very argumentative and trying to make diagnoses when it should be left to the dentist. Good Luck!

Recently I had 3 teeth extracted, two of which were just nubs. Honestly, I was a little uneasy based on a previous experience with a different dental clinic, where I had two extractions of teeth that were in similar condition. In that instance, the extractions were poorly done and extremely painful, and the recovery was long and problematic. My experience with Tennessee Centers for Laser Dentistry was the complete opposite. They took great care to ensure I was comfortable and that the procedure was as painless as possible. The extractions went smoothly and quickly, and my recovery has been remarkably fast, and with very little discomfort. Took some Aleve the evening after the extractions, but didn't needed anything after that. One of the extractions was a front tooth and, while I comfortably waited, they quickly created in-house a temporary cosmetic appliance that I can wear in public until I go back for my permanent solution. The level of professionalism and service provided by these folks is outstanding!

Brittany, my hygienist, did a very thorough job cleaning my coffee stained teeth and talking about the importance of oral health as a whole, not just brushing and flossing. The docs also perform oral cancer screenings as part of the evaluation which I think is a big plus. I highly recommend TCLD!

I was in a pinch when I found out I had to have a tooth removed a week before my wedding day. I unfortunately went to a not so great dentist to try to have a flipper created for me and was left with a replacement tooth that did not look correct at all. I was devastated!! I was referred over to Dr Tortini who immediately fit me in, stayed late at the office and reconstructed a temporary tooth just so that I would have a full smile for my wedding. I almost cried out of happiness when I looked at my smile after he was finished. Not to mention I the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This was hands down the best experience I have had at a dentist and couldnt recommend them enough!

This is the BEST dental office I have ever been to. The staff is SO friendly and is always very responsive and kind. This last visit with Dr. Torti was by far the greatest dental experience I have ever had. I have so much dental anxiety, most of it being linked directly to being super sensitive and usually still feeling drilling, even with numbing shots. He completely believed that I was in pain still and was literally the first dentist to make me completely numb. I was so relieved to not feel anything and that he was able to get my bite right on the first go. Honestly, just so grateful for the work they do. Thank you again so so much!
