My six-year-old daughter had tongue tie revision done with Dr. Sullivan one week ago. The results have been nothing short of amazing. Her snoring and mouth breating have improved (even during allergy season) and chewing and swallowing no longer cause choking episodes. She said that eating is so much easier and she's able to take a bigger bite and she's not exhausted at the end of a meal! My daughter is so happy with the results so far and told me it was worth it to feel better and be able to move her tongue all around her mouth with ease.We expect that she will improve even further as time goes on. Her recovery was much easier than anticipated. There was a small amount of pain for two days, manageable with ibuprofen and ice chips, and then no medication required after that. I am so grateful for the staff members who were so kind and calming, and Dr. Sullivan himself who explained everything and took the time to make us feel at ease. Dr. Sullivan even personally followed up on her recovery. I am so happy with the wonderful level of care.

Because they have the capability to produce crowns in the office the replacement of an old crown only a couple of hours. A temporary crown and a second appointment to fit the final product we’re not necessary. The professional and pleasant staff are icing on the cake! The tooth required a crown which they created onsite with digital technology that didn’t involve the putty to make impressions, no temporary crown, no second trip back for the permanent crown. For starters- I was recommended to them by an acquaintance in another city during a post wisdom teeth surgery gone bad. Dr. Sullivan and his son are grade A dentists. The hygienists are nice and conversational. And they get the job done fast and well. Also, they'll go out of their way for you. When I was getting my wisdom teeth taken out, I had my mom fly in to take care of me for a few days. When we arrive to Dr. Sullivan's, I learned that I came the wrong week and even though It was my fault, they said "no problem. The doctor will see you now." If that's not 5 star service, I don't know what is!

Their technology enables them, with extreme accuracy to pinpoint the problem with 3 D scanning technology. While watching the flat screen TV in front of me he blew up my entire mouth, then zoomed in on the problem tooth. I could see exactly what the problem was after Dr. Sullivan showed me and explained how to fix it. Amazing work and the staff was a great team that made me feel comfortable, even under the drill! Oh yea, then the TV screen switched to HGTV and I saw some great shows. Did I mention their great choice of music???

To me there's nothing more uncomfortable that having work done on your mouth. Experiences I've had in the past with other practices were less than desirable to say the least. Even though my crown was under warranty with another practice I chose Sullivan for multiple reasons. First conference. I have been hearing for some time about the top tier technology that they continue to use and it's a one stop shop here for just about any procedure you can have done. Dr. Sully is a 3rd generation dentist and and not only current in every new technology and procedure that is available but genetically predispositioned to be better than the next. Sounds crazy but as a contractor I have learned over the years every worker that was handed down traits from thier parents has been hands down better than the others. The other is comfort and convenience. Knowing that I have the best technology, options, certifications and staff that goes out of thier way to make me comfortable throughout the entire experience left me dumbfounded... I literally daid, "the fear of the thing was much worse than the thing" If you need or think you need dentistry work don't hesitate to go here! These guys are on an entire different level than the last dentist I went to who had many more years of experience than Sully #3. He's just that many times better. Period! There is a reason a man of modest means and friends of mine that have made it to the top of thier entertainment field all choose Sullivan Dental Partners. Because there probably isn't a better option.

I just switched to Sullivan Dental after reading reviews. The first visit was a consultation with Dr. Sullivan. The staff took a panoramic x-ray, and based on that, they took x-rays of individual teeth, and then photographed my teeth. Dr Sullivan came in and said “Hi, I'm Rick”. He showed me on a TV screen that I had 4 cavities – I could see them. 3 of them were under crowns. I thought all the x-rays and photos would be expensive – nope, they just charged what my insurance paid. I just had 2 crowns done and will get the other work done ASAP. They have state-of-the-art technology. There is NOT a hard sell on anything. They make the crowns in their office – I got my 2 crowns installed in the same visit - that's right, one visit, not two. The technology allows them to do a better job and the price isn’t any more than other dentists. They are experts about insurance. They don’t mind you asking “What will it cost?” The best service and experience I have ever had and I’m an old guy. Everyone is professional and friendly and goes by their first name and truly seems to care about doing a great job – they are like a family. That is why they have so many great reviews. Their patients are very pleased with the service and with the prices and don't feel that they are getting over-charged.

BEST BEST BEST dentist experience ever. I have been in really bad pain for weeks,and my previous dentist kept saying it would go away. I then attended another place because the pain would not go away, and I was going insane. The second place then said it was my wisdom teeth that was cousin the pain. Luckily one of my best friends at work told me about Rick Sullivan and I called right away. I was sent to voice mail, but I got a call back in about 30 minutes after. It was Richard him self and I told him all about my pain . He suggested for me to call his dentist assistant Kristina to make a check up appointment asap. Once I was on the phone, he said he could have me over for the procedure right away next day early in the morning. Since this was an Emergency and I was in really bad pain. I never felt so comfortable and excited about going to a dentist.. EVERYONE IS SO HAPPY AND VERY FRIENDLY. the music and Tv all over the place really makes you feel so comfortable and cozy. The doctors and staff at Sullivan Dental Partners are highly trained, considerate, and thorough. I was surprised when I took their suggested sleep study, and we discovered I had sleep apnea! My teeth-wear and sore jaw were the indicators that led them to suggest this. By taking the necessary steps, Dr. Sullivan and staff fitted me with a sleep-apnea device (not a CPAP thankfully), and I have never slept better in a long, long time! Sullivan dental partners consistently exceeds my expectations! After moving here from out of state, I was very nervous about finding a new dentist, as I’ve had some not so great ones. Sullivan dental made me feel at home and explains every step of the care process. They also have gotten me in very last minute for two minor dental emergencies and rescheduling is a breeze! They are also conservative when it comes to dental procedures and do not do or recommend unnecessary procedures. When they recommend additional care beyond routine cleanings, they very thoroughly explain the why behind it, each step in detail, and do not make you feel pressured to commit to additional work being done. I highly recommend them time and time again to anyone seeking a new dentist home!

Who knew going to the dentist could be such a joy?! We are new to town and selected Sullivan Partners based on a recommendation from friend. I can say without hesitation this was the best dental experience of my life. The front desk staff we on it, and very accommodating. My hygienist Kyndall was a doll and very gentle with my sensitive teeth. The entire facility is state of the art it really made the whole experience much more pleasant and informative. I had all my mercury fillings replaced with porcelain at the same time of having all 4 wisdom teeth pulled. To my surprise I woke up the next day with no swelling or bruising on my cheeks! I have been going here for about five years and I love it! The staff is so nice as soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a smile. They are extremely friendly. The waiting room is very nice they even have coffee and tea. The music they play us super fun you. It does not feel like you are waiting to see the dentist it is a great playlist. They make the dentist an enjoyable experience. They respect you time by making sure your waiting time is not unbearably long. If you are like most people going to the dentist is the worst. They understand that so the staff does their best to distract you. They have these ceiling tile that are nature theme so it does not feel like you are in the dentist office. I had my first encounter with Dr. Sully when I went for a consultation for the Pinhole Surgical Procedure and after the initial meeting, I felt 110% comfortable with him performing my surgery. On the day of surgery, things went smoothly and I had very little discomfort during recovery. All of the cleanings and follow ups after the surgery were fantastic. I have had issues with my insurance covering their portion of my surgery. Dr. Sully's office has worked tirelessly with me in the issues with the insurance claim. I have never had a better experience with a more caring dental provider. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone in the Nashville area! Even if you aren't in Brentwood, it is completely worth the drive!

Dr. Sullivan was recommended to us by a lactation consultant who suggested our son may have a lip tie. I also did tons of research of the best methods to release ties, as well as dentists versus doctors. I knew if our son needed this done, I wanted it done with a laser, not clipping. After reading about Dr. Sullivan, and seeing he lasered his own grandson, I felt like it was a good fit. When I called to set up the appointment, the staff member was very knowledgeable about ties and reassured this worried mama that Dr. Sullivan would be quick and efficient! Dr. Sullivan was able to tell our son did have a lip tie as soon as he looked in his mouth. We ended up going ahead with the laser procedure right then and it was maybe 3-4 minutes and my son did great! There was hardly any bleeding at all and I was able to breastfeed him right after. Dr. Sullivan spoke with us afterwards and ties and aftercare for our son. He is very knowledgeable about them and did a wonderful job. It has been a week since we had the procedure done and my son is breastfeeding better and other symptoms of a lip tie have also gotten better! I would recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone thinking about having this procedure done. He charged a fair price and everyone in the office was super friendly!

These are Dentists with state of the art knowledge +equipment. They are well experienced. I have medical issues +dental problems which requires comprehensive plans. My dental needs were met. I had cleaning services which were excellent. I had dental implant work which was painless +properly done using advanced imaging. I went for other dental opinions before choosing these dentists. Others did not present the same care plans (some had unnecessary work included) or have the same top equipment or experience. Costs are middle of the range - a great deal bc quality is top level. My dentist is Dr S, the Senior. Their approach to dental care is impressively holistic and comprehensive.

My wife used Sullivan Dental Partners for her teeth cleaning earlier this year and raved about them so I scheduled for my cleaning. From front office throughout the building, everything seems to address total professionalism. They have a wonderful dental hygienist named Mary Pat that is the best we have ever used and gentle but thorough. Then Dr. Rick Sullivan examined me and discovered some of my recent dental root canal and capping work, done in Tampa, had unfortunately covered up some areas in two teeth, which had resulted in creating cavity areas having the potential for absessing. Dr. Sullivan scheduled an immediate removal, implant and capping plan to arrest my problem. The most important thing for me is that Sullivan Dental does . . . everything under one roof! YES, no time wasted waiting on third parties to stall on work production; which also means total control of the entire process internally. This is a number one, dental business.

Sullivan Dental Partners staff is SOOO nice and its a calming environment, but do not take your baby here for a lip or tongue tie release. Dr. Sullivan does a very messy job at lasering ties and does not completely release the ties on babies. I brought my son here two separate times for a his lip and tongue tie release. After the first procedure Dr. Sullivan explained he had lasered all that he could and there was no possible way my sons ties could reattach. After about 3wks my son still could not latch (I breastfeed) and I notice his ties looked no different from before the revision. So I brought him back a second time, once Dr. Sullivan examined my sons mouth he agreed my son was still very restricted and advised to do the laser again. After the second procedure my son's ties were still not released and basically just had a whole lasered in his lip. I felt horrible for bringing him there for the second time but I had already paid 500 for the procedure. Lots of other moms have had the same experience as me as well. PLEASE PLEASE pay the extra money and find some where else to have the procedure. He we're at 8m (had the procedures done a 2 months) and still having problems. Also he doesn't advise stretches and those are soo important!!! As you can see from the picture there is one whole side of my sons lip tie still tied, this is after the second procedure.

I made an appointment for a teeth clean. When I arrived, they insisted I also get an expensive xrays and other evaluations. I told them all I wanted was a teeth cleaning. The girl went to get Dr. Sully. He told me they would not clean my teeth without xrays and other evaluations, at quite an additional expense. I have had all this in the last year, and my teeth are fine. Then Dr. Sully said if I didn’t do all the extra (and unnecessary) work, he would do nothing. He then walked out of the room, and left me alone. So, I got up and left. I shall never return there.
