I started out with Dr. Ballard when he was a student at UT Dental School. I was very impressed. He is always professional and practices excellent work ethics. I started seeing him in 1994 or around that time. My daughter is now 25 and I was so impressed that he is now her dentist. I assure you that you can't go wrong with selecting him as your family dentist.

As sad as it is to express, I haven't seen a Dentists since I was a child. The fear I felt then, was the fear I felt going into the office for My appointment Tuesday, Sept. 13th '16. Upon entry, I was made to feel welcome and secure. Mallory (R.D.H.) was My 1st point of contact. She assured Me that I was going to be in good hands, and My experience was nothing short of amazing! After the initial oral assessment, x-rays, etc... I was happy with the outcome. Though I hadn't seen a Dentist since Childhood, My teeth, and overall oral healthcare was not in jeopardy. I am excited and looking forward to My next upcoming visit for the preventative care that I need. Dr. Ballard was welcoming, calming, and for that, THE ENTIRE STAFF of American Family Dentistry DESERVES a HUGE KUDOS! I'd recommend this Dentists Office to anyone! J. Randolph

I had the BEST experience with my dental hygienist, Mallory Schaeffer. For someone who gets extremely anxious about dental visit, Mallory made me feel so comfortable! Dr. Ballard was also amazing! All around great dental visit.

Best Dentist around! He has a very professional staff! They are thorough and accommodating. Their facility is immaculate and is conveniently located right off 385. They are VERY CLEAN! There office atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. Their dental equipment always looks brand new is up to date. My kids have gone here since they were babies. Dr. Ballard is very nice and he's the only dentist we hope to ever know!
