Today was my first visit to Sango Family Dentist. I have extreme anxiety and was not looking forward to this visit. From the time I walked in to the time I left, everyone was so kind and welcoming. No one made me feel bad for waiting so long to take care of my dental issues. They reassured me that they could take care of what needs to be done. I'm glad I kept my appointment. Thank you to Dr. Anderson and his amazing staff for your kindness and reassurance during what could have been a difficult time.

I have had several dental procedures done over the years. I have faced many different types of situations during these visits. I am usually unhappy with the environment but who has time to find where you feel comfortable when you are in pain. Dr. Anderson and his assistant (ooh please forgive for forgetting you name) made me feel very comfortable and even had me laughing during my treatment. They were very friendly and welcoming. I like that they actually read the answers to the questions they ask in the paperwork so they know if it’s your first time, because Ashley, my hygienist, gave me a tour and showed me where the bathroom was and just took the time to explain and be thorough about mostly everything. She explained everything to me before she did it and it made the visit easy. Typically, I’m skeptical of the dentist and their staff, but my experience was different today. I think they earned their 5 stars. Give them a try, I had a great experience.

WOW - what an amazing establishment! Dr. Brim, Natasha, Kaytie, and the entire staff have done a lot of work on me in the last 6 months, and for someone who hates going to the dentist they really made it painless and fun. They took the time to get to know me, answer any questions I had, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. This place runs like a tight ship and they have it all figured out. If you get anxious about having dental work done like I did, or are unhappy with your teeth/smile, please give them a chance! Friendly and professional! A+ The office is beautiful and welcoming. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. When I called to make my new patient appointment they were able to get me in same day due to some pain I was experiencing. The lady on the phone was so understanding and sweet. Dr Hower is a fantastic and professional dentist. He genuinely cares about you and takes his time to listen to your needs. He is gentle and makes sure you are comfortable. went to see dr Brimm to have a crown cemented on and she had 3 of my teeth removed and sent me home with a temporary partial. went back in 4 months to have the permanent partial made and she refused unless I would submit to costly deep cleaning and gum therapy. ??? didn't ask for any of this and so they refused to complete fixing my teeth. went to another doctor and had my permanent partial made with no problem and no other costs. these people just want to make you spend more and more money without telling you up front about it. DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. Robert Klima Don't mind putting my name to it because it is the truth and will never go back. there are lots of other good dentists that will give you what you ask for without goughing you for MORE MONEY.

My experience with Sango Family Dentistry has been wonderful. Dr. Hower and his team have exceeded my expectations on every visit. They’re professional, caring, and helpful. I’ve gone regularly for the past four years and had Invisalign done this past year. From the time I checked in, until the time I left I felt welcome, and taken care of. Their office is absolutely gorgeous, and very clean. I switched to Sango Dentistry after a bad experience at a different dentist office in town. I was given a tour around the office before having to go to my exam room. The hygienist explained what happens in each room and throughout the exam explained everything she was doing before she started. I knew everything that was happening and felt very comfortable! The office was also remodeled earlier this year and looks fantastic! There are TVs mounted to the ceiling so I could watch it during the cleaning. Everything was very clean and everyone was very nice!

While at the movies with my wife an older cap came off. I salvaged the old cap and went immediately (after the show) to the Sango Family Dentistry office. I was met with their usual cheerful smiles and greetings and, once my situation was assessed, was escorted to a treatment room. The Assistant and Dr. Anderson were quick to repair the tooth with a temporary cap and do all the necessary work to process the permanent crown. All in the office were professional, friendly and kind. Great experience if such a phrase can apply to a trip to the Dentist for a problem resolution.

Love these guys! I had my new patient exam and cleaning a few months ago with the sweetest fill in hygienist who took her time and made sure I was comfortable the whole visit. I have worked in the dental field for 7 years and I can tell you they are definitely up to date on their in-office technology. Dr. Anderson came in for my exam and was super friendly and knowledgeable and clearly wanted to take the most conservative approach needed for my treatment. The front office staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable when it came to my treatment plan finances. I had my treatment done this morning by Dr. Anderson (a crown and a filling) and I was very impressed. Shayla was so sweet and did a great job making me feel comfortable and explaining what they were going to do. I go back in a few weeks to have my permanent crown placed. Switching from a dental office I had used for my entire adult life to a new place was pretty scary but these guys made it so, so easy and even enjoyable! So happy to have found a new dental home close to home.

I took my 14 year old daughter to Sango Family Dentistry today for her first appointment at this office. When we pulled in my daughter reminded me how much she hated the dentist and was nervous to go in. By the time we walked out she said "that's my favorite place!" From the moment we walked in the door they made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident in their abilities. The hygienist, Ashley, made my daughter feel comfortable, did a great job cleaning and imaging her teeth, and gave me all the detailed info I needed. Dr. Anderson presented with outstanding bedside manner, a kind and caring demeanor, and expertise that made me feel confident in his abilities. Both Dr. Anderson and Ashley were great at answering all of our questions and educating us on my daughter's dental health. At the conclusion of the appointment we had a few follow-ups to make with difficult scheduling challenges. Makala assisted us with kindness and patience, getting everything set up perfectly. I truly do not have a single negative thing to say. From the office decoration and cleanliness, to the level of expertise, to the kindness of every single person we met, the experience was wonderful.

Way too pricey and the quality of service isn't that great. The office staff are friendly though. I had a hard re-lign done on my dentures and have had problems with pieces breaking off and then I have to wait for an appointment. My previous dentist never made me wait.

Love love love Sango Family Dentistry. The atmosphere is great from the first step into the office. Heather was awesome. She did a great job explaining how my first visit would go. She was very gentle with my cleaning and my teeth weren’t as sensitive as they have been in the past with other providers. Dr. Anderson really took his time with me despite his busy schedule. He’s the best dentist in the world and there isn’t anyone I would want more to work on my teeth if I needed treatment (I didn’t have a cavity though due to my great oral hygiene.) I’ve hated going to the dentist since I was a kid, and unfortunately had anxiety each time I had to go for anything more than a cleaning. But Sango Family Dentistry has relieved that anxiety for me. I’ve had a few old fillings replaced and two crowns put on with literally no pain. The staff is AMAZING and the atmosphere is so welcoming and unlike any other office I’ve ever been in before. They truly care about your comfort while you’re there. (They gave me a blanket to cover up with while having work done, which I’ve Just that little gesture to me was awesome! I wanted to like this place so much. The people are friendly. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. There is free coffee and bottled water. There are even toys for the kids. However that is the extent of the positive experiences that I have had here. I even switched my dental insurance so that we could go here. My daughter had to have the same filling put in four times because it kept falling out. When I asked for one of the more experienced dentists the next time I was told that I would have to keep seeing the young, inexperienced one. Well it fell out AGAIN. The next visit they forgot to put the filling back in even after being reminded. They didn't even apologize and said that they would get it the next cleaning instead. This final visit they injured my daughter's lip badly. They claimed that it was from her biting herself when it was numb. It swelled up so badly that it looked like she was sticking her tongue out. They had no answer when I asked why my daughter was allowed to repeatedly bite her own lip until she lacerated it multiple times. The same month my mother went to this clinic to have a tooth pulled. She had to stop them because they were about to pull the wrong tooth. That was when I decided that I had to write this review and warn other people out there. The worst part of all of this was the total lack of empathy or even professionalism of Dr. Anderson to come out and talk to us. Never after any of the many mishaps at Sango Family Dentistry did he come out to say a word to us. However he did flood my phone with texts when he got scared he may be sued after this last visit. It was a sad, bizzare string of self-preservation texts sent so he could "update my daughter's records and all be on the same page." If you love your family please do not take them here.

I had some major issues and he corrected them in the quickest appointment ever with minimal pain following. I have been trying to get my money (credit) back for 3 months now. I have talked to the office 4 times now in the last 3 months.. I’m always promised that month a check will be mailed to me. So today I called and was promised within an hour I would be called back . So 2 hours have passed and still no call. If I could give them zero stars I would! I’m very tired of being put off ! Sango Family Dentistry was awesome. I went in for two crowns due to old filings that had gotten bad and caused small cracks. Due to a prior experience at another dentist office I was nervous about the procedure. Dr. Anderson and Sarah were great. They explained everything they were doing before hand, made sure I was comfortable, .even getting the shot to numb the tooth was no pain. As crazy as it sounds, even when it came time for the billing, Makyla, was super helpful in making it easy to understand with insurance and payment options. Seriously the best dental office in Clarksville! My husband and I moved here recently and both had exams done. I saw Dr Anderson and my husband saw Dr Brim. Both doctors were top-notch and gave us exactly the right amount of info we needed. They even showed us pics of our teeth on large screen TVs to point out cavities (both xrays and actual pics!). We were very impressed by the technology and the expertise they showed. Heather did my cleaning, and Mary did my husband’s. Both were fantastic and very warm and friendly!
