I have the worst dental anxiety. I came here based on word of mouth reviews. Upon entering the office, it was inviting, warm, and didn’t have the a typical office feel. The staff was so friendly and kind, they were patient with me and so sweet. Dr. Gray was amazing! She really took the time to explain everything, make sure I was comfortable and answer all of my questions. I haven’t ever had a better experience. I’m actually looking forward to my future appointments now!

Growing up, my parents didn't make my dental care a priority. Once I was out on my own, I couldn't afford to fix the issues. She and her assistant apologized for the pain of the needle.The assistant answered my questions with a smile. The hygienist was friendly and explained everything. This office accommodated my upcoming religious fast of Ramadan and worked around my schedule. I really like the decor of this dental office. You know a woman designed it. The office manager advised me of my payment options and it is just right for me. I thank them for not belittling me because I haven't been to the dentist in years. Renew Dental us for me. I had the BEST experience at Renew Dental! I knew when I called and scheduled my appointment that I would be in great hands! They were so understanding and helpful on the phone. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Gray & the Renew team! Everything feels so clean, comfortable, and nice when you visit the office - no cold, dreadful dentist visits here! Cozy fireplace & coffee while you wait, yes please. The thing that stands out to me is how helpful & kind every person is. I have 3 little ones under the age of 6 & on our very first visit they were all with me! Teeth cleanings, xrays, a little hygiene education for my kindergarten, and a toy from the treasure box...they loved it! Next appointment was for myself and I was so relieved when Dr. Gray and her hygienist put together a plan for me, they prioritized everything & gave me exact costs. No pressure just a plan of action. You will not find a more compassionate and caring Dentist and staff then here at Dr Grey's office. My wife was terminally ill and very vain when it came to her teeth. Dr Grey and her staff went out of their way to make sure she was taken care of even with all the special requirements needed to treat my wife. They did all this even knowing there was no "Financial long term gain payoff". They will never know how much it meant to my wife and and myself upon her passing and the peace it gave my wife at the end. One of my wife's last request was for me to stop in person and say Thank you to Dr Grey that is how much it meant to her. During this stop their concern was not for any outstanding balance owed but that I be taken care of, knowing I had put off treatments putting my wife's needs first. I absolutely LOVE working with the Providers and Staff at Renew Dental. I had an appointment today (Friday, August 9, 2019) and as always, I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. My dental hygienist is Miss Gina, and she is the kindest, compassionate and knowledgeable hygienist I have ever met. I had A LOT of dental work done in 2017, and since then I have been going to my checkups religiously every 6 months. I am always impressed with how much Gina knows about dentistry and how much she tells me before I even see the Providers. She told me that I have an area on a tooth (#13!) that is concerning, and recommended I use a prescription toothpaste. She informed the Provider, and they completely agreed with her plan. I can ask Gina any question I have, and she has always known the answer. I feel very cared for by her. I am sure there are other great hygienists in the practice, and she's the ONLY person I will see!!! The office itself is very modern and well designed. There are TVs in each room if Clients would like to have background sounds while receiving work or waiting for consultation. I don't like having the TV on, and Gina is always okay when I ask to have it off (this is my third visit to the practice, and Gina remembered and turned it off without me asking). There is water in the waiting room and the rooms, bathrooms and other facilities are very clean. The staff is very kind and courteous, and I always have a great interaction with Dr. Gray when we speak to each other. She is very courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I haven't had to spend too much time with her (besides the standard exam with cleanings) because my home hygiene is very good and I haven't needed any interventions that require any additional time with her. In all my 40 years on earth, this is the BEST dental practice I have ever been to. I HIGHLY recommend checking out Renew Dental. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great new patient exam and cleaning today. Jennifer was my hygienist. She did an excellent job while making me laugh and feel relaxed. Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Dr. Gray as she was out on maternity leave, however, I'm sure she's just as great as everyone else in the office. I was happy to hear that she was taking time for an important life event as work-life fit is difficult. The doctor who was covering for her was nice and knowledgeable. I had a wonderful experience.

Friendly staff. Modern facility. Well decorated. I just received an initial exam, ex-rays and then a laundry list of what needs to be done. One thing I noticed that I hadn't seen (or "felt") at other places was the dental chair that kind of massages your back as they are working on you. It's not too far from where I live so very convenient. It was neat to have a former Division I college cheerleader checking out my teeth. She could probably still fill in as a substitute in that capacity if needed. I'll likely be spending a lot of time and money there (my own fault) over the next few months but they are good people. I'll do another review after the work is complete to let folks know if the estimate was accurate or not. Oh, one thing I did not enjoy was re-entering the same information multiple times in the tablet that they gave to peck on, when registering. I know that that can be avoided with proper software design. Dr. Gray probably didn't design that software but find something better. I almost got up and left. Would have been faster to just write it all on a piece of paper.

I am so happy that I chose Renew Dental! I was having a lot of trouble with the dentures that I got when I had my teeth pulled in Indiana. I was supposed to go back to get my permanent dentures but decided that I would try someone here and hopefully get better results. I couldn't have picked a better place; Dr. Dani and her team are great! They not only got me all fixed up and I have a much better fitting pair of dentures, but I also feel a lot better about myself. It's amazing what a difference it makes in how you see yourself when you know that you finally look the way you should. They wouldn't let me leave there with the final product product until they were just perfect, and that is priceless!

Today was my second time in. First time was for the new patient with cleaning and X-rays. I got told that I had to do the deep cleaning or else I was telling my insurance company everything was fine. That ended up being $85 charge. I go back for a regular cleaning that my insurance covers 2 a year and was charged another $56 for a cleaning. They coded the visit a follow up from the visit before. Which was a lie. It's just one of my cleanings. So I got screwed out of $140 plus and a cleaning a year. I told them to cancel my upcoming appointment. I won't be back.

The office is new and clean. The staff is very nice but I had nothing but problems with the dental work that was done. The dentist seemed to rush in and out while doing my filling - resulting in pain and sensitivity for months until the filling actually fell out. I didn’t contact them to fix it because at that point I didn’t trust the dentist to be able to fix it properly. I was also charged for a service that wasn’t performed, they did finally reimburse me but it was an oversight that shouldn’t have happened. If all you need is a simple cleaning, go for it! I just wouldn’t recommend having any other dental work done here.

Pros: time management, polite, affordable & thorough Cons: communication & time management I reached out via Facebook messenger on a weekend , I received word right back letting me know they could get me in relatively soon . This was music to my ears!!! My appointment began shortly AFTER my appointment time. After all was said & done with Dr. Gray, I waited & waited & waited , not even knowing what I was waiting for. I was then seen by another dental assistant, who examined my gums. We spoke about the treatment plan I would need to get me back on track. I was set to go! Or so I thought .... then yet again I WAITED & WAITED & WAITED for the finance manager. We talked speedily about finances, soley because I HAD TO GO, time is of the essence!!!! For me, the dentist office can be discouraging but Dr. Gray had STELLAR bedside manners and for that reason alone I will be back. However, I do believe that the clinic could improve on their communication.

My eight year old daughter recently had a dental emergency. I contacted Dr. Dani Gray, she was able to get her in the same day! Her tooth had a large abscess which was removed immediately, along with the infection. I have known Mrs. Gray for years and she was aware my daughter also has a rare liver and lung disease. She made sure all medication, even topical were cleared by her specialist to ensure she was cared for properly. My daughter has only taken Tyneol once since the removal. As a parent I could not be more satisfied. She made Ava feel very comfortable and has the latest technology on the market. Of course I know how hard she has worked to make her dream come true and she is truly amazing. Renew Dental is located in a convenient area along with being handicapped accessible. We live about two hours away and I will definitely be taking all of my children to Mrs. Gray. Well worth the drive. I highly recommend Renew Dental! Ava says she is the best Dentist ever!! Dr.Gray is one of the most amazing dentist and practice office I have been to in a super long time. Dr Gray and her staff are amazing! Always giving great attention to make sure I was comfortable and feeling no pain. Gina, the hygienist, was equally fantastic and restored my pearly whites as well as teaching me exactly how to keep them that way. The assistants were also incredibly attentive and kind!! Sylvia and Ty were so helpful in coordinating with my unorthodox work schedule and making a plan to get 20+ years of undone dental work into 4 appointments. The whole staff is amazing and this really was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend their office to anyone!!

I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know. Just how amazing my first experience was. Im just like you when it comes to the dentist. I absolutely hate it. So this morning I wasn’t feeling great about my appointment. So I went this morning. The ladies up front were Very nice and welcoming. I did my xrays and seen the doctor she was amazing. I was WOWed they do a very good job of explaining everything. You have a TV in front of you so you can see all your xrays. Everyone did such a good job! I would refer anyone the ReNew. Like I said I hate the dentist but now I’m looking forward to my next appointment!

The office is absolutely beautiful!! Me and my two sons had cleanings today. We all received good quality care and our hygienist actually took the time to educate us on our hygiene technique. My oldest son had a treatment plan for some restorative and preventative services and I was offered same day treatment. My schedule is crazy with being a working mom who juggles work, and kids and can I just say it’s AMAZING when an office is flexible enough to offer same day treatment. Dr. Dani Gray was recommended to me by a lifelong friend, who is also a dentist, but whose practice doesn’t offer the gas. I had a dental emergency and was in horrible pain. I have horrible dental phobia and she knew I couldn’t make it through without the gas. Dr. Gray agreed to see me the next morning. I wish I remembered my hygienist’s name, because she was amazing. I actually lost count of how many times Dr. Gray popped in just to see how I was feeling. I got a little weepy with some of the numbing shots and they both wiped my eyes with tissues and squeezed my hands. I’ve never felt more compassion in a dental chair. They have just gotten a new family of five as new clients, because I will never go anywhere else. That says a lot because we have been with the same practice for 10+ years now. Highly recommend.

Dr. Gray is so sweet and nice and so is her staff!! I went in for an exam, and was able to go back the same day for some minor work which I enjoyed and saved me a ton of time! The reason for 4 stars though, is because I felt like things weren’t really explained to me as much as I would’ve liked. I left with not that clear of understanding what was going on. I only understood bits and pieces. However I trust her and her team to do what is best for myself and oral hygiene. Hence why it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Recently I changed my dentist and came across this place. I went in there for the first time today and loved it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They Explain everything in detail so you know exactly what is going on and where you’re money is going. The place is very neat and professional. They have massage chairs and frequently ask if you’re doing okay. This place made me feel comfortable and I would recommend this place to anyone. By far the best dentist and customer service in Clarksville.
