My daughter absolutely loves it here. She is 3 years old and just had her second dentist's visit. The hygienist talked to her and explained everything and all my daughter had to do was lay back and watch a Disney movie. Both the Dentist and all the staff are wonderful and the facilities are top notch.

All of my kids love coming here. I am always so impressed with the way they put each of them-including my 3 yr old-at ease. No tears, no fussing. They always look forward to their visits. Dr. Eslinger and the rest of the staff seemed genuinely interested in answering all of my questions and addressing every concern when my youngest needed a filling and were in no hurry to rush us through the process. We love going to the dentist!! My kids talk about it for days before their visit. The staff are super friendly and easy with them and they are professional and well informed. I particularly appreciate how the doctors are low-key and relaxed about things like thumb sucking. They don’t use scare tactics or push unnecessary procedures.

I will never forget the smile Dr Chad put on my medically fragile foster child’s face when he cleaned his teeth for free for me. He did this a favor to me because I took my children to him and my foster child had horrible build up on his teeth because he couldn’t swallow due to having a feeding tube. Dr Chad is was not only amazing with this baby but also with my children. My children always love to go see him. Thank you for always being so great!!!

If I had a dentist this nice when I was a kid I wouldn't have night mares still to this day about going. We love the Cleveland location! My daughter has been going to the Cleveland location for a few years and we have had a positive experience each visit. Every time we walk in, we are greeted with a smile. The receptionist is very friendly and sweet. The waiting room is fun for the kids to enjoy before their visit. My daughter gets a little nervous going to the dentist, but the staff take great care of her and ease her mind. They explain what they are doing and using while they clean her teeth. Afterwards, the dental hygienist discusses any concerns and how the visit went. I always recommend Pediatric Dentistry when parents are looking for a dentist to take their child.

I love Pediatric Dentistry of Chatt. in Cleveland! They are amazing! The staff is so friendly and they are very patient with the young children. They really take their time to make sure your child is comfortable with them. I've never had to wait in the lobby long but if I had to it wouldn't be bad. They have plenty of entertainment from a tree house for young ones to read and play, to a room with video games to play! Most awesome dentist office ever!

We love the entire staff at Pediatric Dentistry- Cleveland location. My son has been going there since he was two. They were so patient with him and took their time to make him feel comfortable and safe. He is now 7 and when we go he runs back by himself without any issues. My son Carter Elliott will be 10 years old in June and has never been to the Dentist until today, unfortunately he had to have a tooth extracted and this kid didn't even know when they had pulled his tooth or that Dr. Chad S. Eslinger had even given him shots to numb his mouth. As a parent I was so pleased with how the staff was so friendly and took the time to explain everything and for being so kind to my son.. I wouldn't consider taking my child to anyone else after today's visit and seeing how comfortable he was..

We absolutely love Pediatric Dentistry! They are all just so sweet and kind to all the children, and connect with them so well. Dr. Chad is probably my daughter’s favorite, because he recites lines from Paw Patrol as he’s working on her. “Chase is on the case!” We are thankful we were able to find a dentist willing to see a three year old when we found out my daughter had a couple of cavities. She used to be terrified of the dentist, but she actually gets excited to go now!

This is an amazing place! We use the Cleveland office. My daughter fell in love with the waiting room and the staff there always does their best to make her feel comfortable! They talk to her and distract her if she’s nervous and I love that about them! They’re very patient with the younger ones as well which is hard to find at some places! I recommend them every time!

My children have went here most of their lives. Insurance with this company hasn't always been convenient. Not too long ago, they wouldn't file your secondary. You had to pay up front and fill out the paperwork yourself and send it in to your secondary. It was a huge inconvenience. I do believe they have gotten better on this. Most of the staff is very kind and sweet. Most of the issues, I've had has been with billing ... mostly because of insurance stuff. However, we always seem to get it worked out. The kiddos love it here.

We took our daughter for her very 1st dental appointment she's 2 and a 1/2. The staff was so nice and friendly to her. She really liked the play area. We were in a separate room so she wouldn't be overwhelmed but so she could see everything. I was impressed by that fore thought, it shows their hearts for the kids. The Hygienist made her feel very welcomed and safe and so did doctor Chad. This is the only dentist we will go to from now on, thank you for the wonderful visit.

We love Dr. Chad and all of the staff at Pediatric Dentistry of Cleveland! My oldest has had enamel issues from birth, requiring several procedures at a very young age. Dr. Chad has always been great at putting her fears at ease and their work on her teeth has been perfect. Their office is extremely clean with so many fun distractions for your kids. We also recently had an after hours accident with her front permanent teeth, and their office staff, as well as Dr. Jason Blair and Dr. Chad Eslinger went above and beyond to take care of her on a weekend and on multiple follow up visits since then. Her teeth look as good as new! I just can't say enough how thankful we are for a dentist office that our girls are not afraid to go to and how much I appreciate their caring attitudes.

I was very impressed by the staff here i have never been before and my 9 yr old son was complaining of tooth pain it was so bad for him he was crying I called them and they got me into see a dentist within 45mins. I also just moved here to Tennessee and have not gotten medical or dental insurance the price without insurance was very reasonable. If you need a dentist for the kiddos this place is great they are really friendly and they are great with kids my son actually had a good time and he hated the dentist before he said he wishes all dentist were like that. We’ve had great experiences with this office. The wait is short and the waiting room has so much to entertain your child while waiting. They are great about reminding you about upcoming appointments and when it is time to reschedule. They live the movies that they have in every location conceivable so they can turn into instant zombies and care nothing about their teeth being worked on.
