Thank you is not a strong enough expression to say to Dr. Rushing and her staff. I came to her during a dental crisis and she has stepped up to the challenge. I found Dr. Rushing several years ago on a holiday weekend when my prior dentist did not return my calls. She met me at her office and hours later she was my new dentist. We have made so much progress and addressed several issues that were overlooked by prior dentist. If I had one word to describe the perfect dentist it would be Dr. Kristen Rushing, well I guess 3 words. She really is that good!!! Tammy Easley

As much as I hated to lose a big tooth, the whole experience was almost “lovely” . . . NO pain, tiny bits of pressure, Doc had to tell me when it was out. The level of caring for me as a patient is unbeatable: I would “write home about it” if I had a home to write to. Great treatment! Likewise, my experience with “deep” cleaning and xrays was almost pleasant, too. The only thing I would like to improve upon was my own “gag reflex”. Also great!

Clean. Organized. Competent staff. Dr. Rushing explained everything that I needed done without pressure or the typical sales pitch approach. I believe I found my Dentist! Update: I had 2 root canals and a few cavities that needed to be done. Super nervous about it so I utilized the sedation dentistry that Dr. Rushing is known for. I cannot sing the Dr’s praises enough!! Thewhole process was seamless and painless. Love this Dentist!!!

Not a pleasant experience! Super rude office manager and painful experience after second visit with no positive outcomes. They recommended replacing a filling and another minor filling. Ended up spending money, sensitive tooth and pain.

Quality of dentistry is very good. Only reason I'm giving three stars is because of how pushy the staff is. They were constantly trying to sell me unnecessary things like 90 dollar toothbrushes, whitening treatments and a 500 dollar mouth guard, then they would make me feel bad about not wanting them. If they would just focus on being a dentist office instead of used car salesmen, that would be great

I can not say enough about how wonderful Tiffany is! She is by far the best hygienist I have had the pleasure of seeing! After so many different dentists, I've finally found a place I feel confident, comfortable and excited about the future of my smile! Struggled for many years with bad dental work and from the front office administrative team, dental assistants and of course Dr. Rushing have been nothing but amazing,hopeful and positive. Also have struggled with dental insurance and how it doesn't cover much, their loyalty program gives you the opportunity to save money and the referral program is a bonus!

They have been our family dentist since 1993. Drs Coulter and Rushing are the best of the best. I have never had a bad experience and have referred several people who are also extremely satisfied. They use the most up to date and current equipment, but maybe more important is the professionalism and experience of Dr. Rushing and her team. BTW if you need a hygienist, Cynthia is a rock star!

I've used the Nashville Smile Team for my dental care for nearly 21 years. They are an exceptional group of professionals and treat their guests like family. I know I can trust anyone at their office regardless of what work is being done. They recommended I try out a night guard due to signs of grinding my teeth while sleeping. This has totally changed my life. I no longer get frequent headaches and I sleep better at night. I realized how bad it was when I almost gnawed through the night guard, which is made of very resilient materials. I recommend this to anyone experiencing similar problems.

My partner, Darin Arrowood had a lot anxiety about the procedures he needed. He now looks forward to going to the dentist. Everyone in the office is at the top of their game. There was a short period of time that I had to leave Dr. Rushing and go see a different dentist. Didn't want to, but had to. And the other dentist commented on both how well my teeth looked and also on the dental work inside my mouth. When I had the opportunity to go back to Dr. Rushing, I did. Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! I decided to come to the Nashville Smile Team because I was having some jaw pain (TMJ) and they are close to my house. They have been nothing but kind and easy to work with! They were able to see my right away and I’ve been back for a follow-up appointment/cleaning since my initial appointment regarding pain. The dentist and staff pay great attention to detail and I feel like they actually listen to me (plus, they are unbelievably kind)! The actual office is nice and clean. They are working with my insurance to see what can be done about costs but also very good about explaining my upfront costs. I would highly, highly recommend!

They are always so kind and they also work really well with insurance. I have had some really negative experiences with Dentist in the past (unnecessary procedures, up selling things that my insurance does not cover to name a few. My last dentist did not bother to tell me that they dropped out of network with my insurance provider until AFTER she had performed over $1,900 of work on my family! Imagine my delight to find Dr Rushing, who IS in network and has great reviews. Her whole staff was accommodating and kind. They were very careful to check and double check my coverage and benefits so that I would not have any surprises. Dr Rushing replaced a crown that was broken. It fits much better than the original one did. I highly recommend the Nashville Smile Team!
