This was my first time at Nashville Dentistry Co and I have to say that I am very impressed! I was welcomed by Nancy with the most bright and caring smile and personality. My hygienist was so thorough while going through the cleaning process and showing me around on the tour, which by the way is the most modern and beautifully detailed dental office I have ever seen! Did I mention the Beats headphones they give to use and you pick your own show on their iPad..which plays on a tv in the ceiling..what?! The coolest. Not to mention EVERYONE there including Dr. Patel is so knowledgeable, fun-loving, caring, and thoughtful. I loved my visit and I am ready to go back (when do you ever say that about the dentist?!)! The state of the art technology is one for you to see. Stop your search now and go see Dr. Patel - you won’t regret it!

This is by far the coolest dentist office you will ever set foot in! The decor is similar to a boutique hotel with all brand new equipment that looks like an Apple store. The staff is the most friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Patel treats you like a long-time friend during your first consultation, and it is apparent he is beyond qualified. I can't believe that I am actually looking forward to my next appointment! This is definitely the future of dentistry.

I went for my first visit today because I work walking distance from Nashville Dentistry Co. and I was pleasantly surprised. All of the office staff was very welcoming (even at 7 AM), and they were all informative and showed me/explained options for my dental hygiene plan. Dr. Patel took the time to explain what he saw from the X-Rays/pictures they took and what he recommended as treatment. I felt like I made an much more informed decision than I have at previous offices. The office has a modern feel to it and I got to watch SportsCenter while I got my teeth cleaned. This place was AMAZING!

Absolutely the nicest dentist office I've ever been to, and maybe one of the nicest offices in general that I've been to. Every area has a feeling of luxury, from the waiting room, to the teeth-cleaning rooms - even the bathrooms are delightful. All rooms have TVs on the ceiling and you are given an iPad to pick a show or movie to watch with Bose headphones while your teeth are worked on. I recently needed some cavities filled and the chair in that room has a massage feature - I actually felt like I was at a spa and nearly forgot there was a drill in my mouth. Not only is the environment like a 5-star hotel, but the staff and Dr. Patel are great. High attention to detail and very kind.

UPDATE: Dr. Patel personally called and apologized for the incident and refunded the payment. He took the time to explain what happened, why it should have been handled differently by his staff, and promised to see to it that everything gets resolved. He obviously values customer service and the fact that he called and fixed the issue personally demonstrates a strong business ethic and character. Mistakes happen in every kind of business, but the ones that stand out are those that reach out and make it right when they do. Kudos. The dental cleaning, customer service, etc was great and I felt well taken care of. When I left I provided my insurance (I also provided it over the phone before I came and at the beginning of the visit) and afterwards was told what I owe and I paid and left. Then a month later I got an invoice in my email for an additional payment with no explaination included in the email. I called and was told that they miscalculated my copay and that I owed more. It happens, I understand, I’ll happily pay what I owe. However no apology was offered and the billing person didn’t show any consideration of the situation. I was simply asked for my payment information and got a thank you and goodbye. A little “hey sorry you’re getting a bill a month later on something you thought was fully paid” would have been nice. Unfortunately a sour ending to an initially positive experience.

What a fantastic experience! Everyone is super friendly and they have the latest, state-of-the-art equipment. The exam chairs are very comfortable and the office is amazingly clean and welcoming. A dentist experience like no other... wow! I just moved to the Brentwood area and was looking for a new dentist. I received a flyer in the mail for Nashville Dentistry Co. and decided to make an appointment. The office is centrally located in the office building next to Uncle Julio's. There was no parking on the street, but no problem, the office called me before my appointment to let me know to utilize complementary valet parking. The office is absolutely stunning. I've never seen a medical office with such style! I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. I felt like I was in a show home, not a dental office. Before my cleaning began, the kind hygienist gave me a tour and wow, the technology in this place is nuts. Everything is cutting edge and brand new. Hopefully I won't have to take advantage of their same day crown equipment-ha! As my teeth were cleaned I watched a large flat screen overhead with Beats headphones. (Don't worry-sanitary covers over the earphones!) The building is brand new and the place is spotless. Dr. Patel is professional, knowledgeable and warm. I felt so calm and comfortable during the whole visit. I never thought I'd say that I'm looking forward to my next cleaning at Nashville Dentistry Co!

Dr Patel and his staff are wonderful. I probably have one of the most frustrating mouths of teeth around and Dr Patel is understanding, kind, supportive and highly competent. I appreciate his open manner of communicating and despite my teeth challenges he makes every visit a pleasant experience. I have attended other clinics around the country where I have felt I needed to mortgage my house to pay for the services - not so at this clinic. Charges are reasonable and I never feel taken advantage of. In fact, Dr Patel has worked on my mouth and not charged me because I needed an implant specialist. I have had two crowns fitted here with two more in the near future and I appreciate the care taken to contact the previous lab used to ensure the correct color was used when producing the crowns. The offices are stunning. I have never seen such beautiful surroundings for a Dental office. Dr Patel's staff are all lovely - they are friendly, competent, and seem to understand that going to the Dentist is not always something we look forward to. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough - and I am extremely fussy when it comes to my smile since I work with very high profile people world wide and need to look my best.

Dr. Patel and the staff have been nothing short of amazing! I went in a week ago for my routine cleaning and found out that I had 2 cavities. I was devastated!! They were quick in making an appointment to get them filled and here I am, one week later with fillings that look PERFECT and a relief you wouldn't believe! I was so scared, going into the office this morning. Everyone was so friendly and kind, walking me through what was going to happen. Watching Law & Order on a tv in the ceiling definitely helped :) I would highly recommend this office to ANYONE looking for a dentist. He is great, April is great, the entire staff is great!!! The office is beautifully decorated in the waiting area, and the exam rooms are very clean and offer several amenities. CHECK THEM OUT!

What I thought was just a lost filling when it actually was that and part of my tooth too! When I called yesterday they said they would squeeze me in for an appointment today. Dr Patel and his entire staff were amazing and comforting when I told them I had bad experiences! The office is beautiful and yes, very soothing and relaxed atmosphere! Dr Patel and his assistant Jenny explained everything they were going to do and were able to prepare a crown and make it at their office and place it the same day! 2 1/2 hours in a dentist chair was a piece of cake!
