One my crowns (from another dentist) came loose and Dr. Hayman got me in right away and reattached it on my way to the airport. This staff was so good with my daughter. They remembered that she did not like the water at her last appointment and was prepared with an alternative. She was so patient with and adept at working around my daughter’s tongue getting in the way during the cleaning. My daughter looks forward to going to the dentist and seeing this staff!

What a fantastic experience! My first encounter was when I walked in to schedule our family of 10. It's just way easier to do that in person with all our schedule variables. They were friendly and patient, and even got five of us in that same week - including an on the spot filling we already knew was needed. Everyone from the front desk, to the hygienist, to the dentist was friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. We loved our old dentist, and were sad to leave, doubtful we'd like the new one as much. We were delighted to realize they are amazing - so thankful to have landed with such a great office.

Just in for a cleaning and yearly x-rays. They do a great job, and give me meaningful feedback. PLUS they have flat screen TVs mounted in the ceiling so you can be entertained while they work!

I was given an estimate on the phone for my visit and was told anything additional would be billed to me on a payment plan. I didn't receive any treatment and was told I had to pay everything that day, and no payment plan could be arranged so I wasted my time and money. All they want is money, Such greedy people

I left a voice mail before office hours indicating I had an emergency and the office called me 1 min after 8am telling me to come in within an hour. They called back very shortly and said to come on in as soon as I could get there. Once there, everyone was very kind and sympathetic to the fact I lost a crown and had an embarrassing smile. The doctor and the entire team were very professional and compassionate. They were able to help re-cement my tooth but I was also referred to a specialist to get the best long term outcome. I would recommend Mid TN of Reid Hill to everyone; they are the best.

Absolutely unconscionable. They decided to wait until the day of our appointment to advise we were not covered. We had been booked with them for 2 months!! What kind of office doesn't realize who's covered? How can they be trusted to handle the health of your mouth if they can't even figure out who can be covered? They’re either fake, or they REALLY like going to the dentist...won’t be trying this dentist after all, which is a shame bc it’s close to my house..

Scammers. A year after my first visit they sent me a bill for $113.00. I called to ask why. The $113 was for $13.00 my insurance didn't cover....and I missed an appointment that I never scheduled. They nicely dropped the $100, I sent them $13.00 to cover the balance. They returned the check to me, and said I owed them $113.00 for missing an appointment that I never scheduled. There are a lot of dentists out there...don't choose this one.
