I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so kind, funny, and thorough. I ended up with a much higher bill than I hoped because I needed some periodontal work––never a good thing––but they explained everything to me throughly, helped me get a CareCredit account, and were sympathetic to my financial straits since I don't have insurance, even giving me a 5% discount. I left a previous dentist because they were always trying to upsell products and services that I didn't need. Not the case with Dr. McGee. I did some research later, and their rates were very competitive. I could have paid twice as much elsewhere. Other pros: Ease of scheduling, no wait time in the office, and the friendliest hygienist I have ever met.

What doctor's office do you know of that doesn't make you wait an eternity to be seen? Only Dr. McGee's Family Dentistry! If I could rate them a 10, I would!

I've been with Matt and his wonderful staff for almost 10 years. When I first came to see him my mouth was a nightmare! He did such a great job of communicating my issues to me and mapping out a plan to have them all resolved. Then he went to work fixing me up! I have nothing but positive things to say about him and his staff. He also has the latest cutting edge technology. He did all of my bridge work in-house, while you wait. No long waits with temporaries while waiting for an outside source to send the real thing. The proof is in the results I always say.... after years with my crown, bridge, and fillings, I have no issues. Thanks Matt!

We have been patients of Dr. McGee for more than 10 years now. Everyone in the office is so very friendly and helpful. We have always been very pleased with our dental care and Dr. McGee has been able to handle any of our needs without having to go to another doctor. But even more than the dental care, our visits there are really more like a visit to friends. The staff is always interested in whatever we have to say, and I have left with recipe recommendations, vacation suggestions, etc. We never wish we didn't have to go to the dentist!

A word to the wise... Always check with your dentist to see if they guarantee their work and for how many years. Unfortunately, I had to learn this lesson the hard way at Matt McGee's. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office! I went in and immediately was greeted by the office manager. She was so very nice and made me feel welcome. I checked in knowing I had a cavity and needed a crown. Unbelievably, Dr. McGee told me not only was he gonna fix me up with a crown but they would be able to put it in for me that day. I was blown away!! He has a special machine that makes the crown in house and I was in and out in about an hour with my brand new crown. I will never go anywhere else for dental needs! very bad, they will charge you, but don't clean your teeth and the region they will give for that is you have some disease in teeth and this coupon will not be useful for that, if you have to get your teeth cleaned, then you have take some other package which would be around 300$ cost.

Bought a groupon for this place on 8/1/18. They were booked up for 3 weeks. A week before my appointment the secretary calls me and tells me that they have to reschedule me again because Dr. McGee is going out of the country and didn’t tell his staff until today. The soonest appointment they can get me is not until the end of September. Very unprofessional and they need to be able to communicate with their clients better

This place is filled with real people who really care. Highly convenient location and the touch of a small town family vibe. They take time to ask you what's important to you and then provide you options that make sense to your needs as well as financially. I have taken time to go to Nashville Dentists that "LOOK THE PART" but Matt McGee and his wonderful team are "THE REAL DEAL".
