I am so impressed with Martin Dentistry that I continue to use them as my dentist, even though I moved 3 hours away...6 years ago. They are wonderful about working around my schedule so that I can get any dental work done and all cleanings done when I come to town to visit family. I tried another dentist once in my town, but quickly realized I would miss the atmosphere of Martin Dentistry. Everyone I have met there is so kind, and it's the only dentist I have been able to call and get an appointment without having to wait weeks!

I've been going to Martin Dentistry for a couple years now and out of all of the dental offices I've ever been to, they are by far the best. They have a level of professionalism and personality that you don't expect. They are always very kind and courteous and do not make you feel bad about your teeth no matter what kind of mouth you have. My experience here has always been very pleasant. I am terrified of the dentist but got to the point I had to go. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the billing department does things a little differently. I had a bad experience and had to call them and the insurance and was on the phone almost a whole day to get it worked out. They fixed it in 1 day and was very nice about it, it was just frustrating that if I hadn't caught it, I would have been over charged. Dentists are very expensive anyway, I can not afford to go very often or to get all the work I need. The place is clean and nice, the ppl are very nice and comforting. I would recommend to anyone.

Well how much can you really like going to the dentist. Even though I hate going to the dentist, Martin Dentistry made me feel welcome and safe. I had some work done not too long ago and Laurie Weems, a Dental Assistant there, was very motherly to me about my fears about being there in general. She was really nice. Keep up the great work. I can honestly say I recieved the best dental care of my life here. I had lost a filling and needed to get it fixed asap. I was not a patient of theirs but they worked me the next day. I've never had a dentist numb me with a needle without it being painful but I never felt the needle when they numbed me not even a little. She was very thorough and she took the time to make sure she was satisfied with her work. The staff was friendly and catered to all the paitients that I saw. There were even some patients that didnt have appointments that just stopped by to say hello. I left there with a new smile and some great ChapStick lol. Schedule your appointment for an amazing dental experience and some high quality ChapStick.

She was kind, friendly, and approachable. i saw Dr. Anderson who was thorough in my treatment plan, answered all of my questions, and offered additional assistance for any future questions or emergencies. February 14,2019 was the first time I have ever been to Martin Dentistry, the moment I walked in I was greeted by the lady at the front desk she asked me for my information and I gave it to her. I did not wait long at all to be called back. The hygienist that did my cleaning was very nice and understanding,at the end of my appointment they went over payment options with me and other options to be able to get my teeth in tip top shape! My overall experience here was outstanding and I highly recommend them.

I have never been a fan of the dentist, ever. From the moment I called, to my last step out the door, I have never been so excited to go back to a dentists office. I had severe tooth pain on and off for the past year and a half and finally decided it was time to get rid of the darn thing. Of course it flared up on a holiday weekend! I called right when they opened yesterday and the office in Kingsport couldn’t get me in but called to their facility in colonial heights and got me in that day. My hygienist (I wish I could remember her name!) was AMAZING! Dr. Joiner was AMAZING! Everyone was so patient and kind, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Needless to say I’ve already scheduled my cleaning after vacation. I’m referring everyone I know to go to Martin dentistry because I know they will be getting the best dental care here. Dr. Martin and his staff (Laurie Weems today) are always informative and answer any questions completely. This is by far the best dentist in our area. I live over an hour away and do not mind the drive for this level of service.

Went in for 'Same day crown'. The entire process was smooth and seamless. Dr. Kevin Martin and Laurie Weems (RDA) were excellent and answered all questions. This CEREC same day crown is the way to go (no more multiple visits which is awesome). Pretty cool stuff. Definitely recommend.
