Super friendly staff! Dr. Li has great conversations with you and she remembers details from previous visits. I’m informed of what’s going on every step of the process. I feel very comfortable in the chair. Also the front desk receptionist is beyond friendly and very welcoming. If you are looking for a dentist/ or want a better experience I recommend you go here.

The staff was just great! I was a work in and had another appointment to get to so they got me right in. Sarah was so careful and conscientious taking X-rays and the hygienist Teresa did a wonderful job! I have to come back to see the dentist because of my other appointment, but they got me on the schedule just a few days out. Very accommodating. Everyone is so friendly and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Poff and his staff are wonderful. My front tooth crown broke off completely leaving me without a tooth. I called Dr Poff's office which immediately worked me in their busy schedule. After giving me options, they temporarily fixed the crown until an implant could be scheduled in four days. Dr. Poff, Brenda and Tammy are highly skilled, professional and personable. Modern x-ray imaging equipment to match their skills. Dr. Poff is my new dentist! I recommend him and his staff to anyone.

Excellent care, responsiveness, and skills. They have latest technology so when I broke my crown in half, they were to replace in about 2-1/2 hours same day.
