I have thought this for a while.My wife & I have been patients here manyyears. I don’t remember how many. There needs to be Name badges on every person in the Practice. We may know your names temporarily, but in this Busy world you & we share—we don’t remember your names necess sarily during our reatment. You need to have nice looking Bold-lettered (that we can read) name badges - You know our names, but we should know who you are, too, AS A reminder. Thank you **Other than that, everyone there is helpful, nice, professional andpatient. The whole staff is friendly and skilled with your specific positions.

Truly love Dr Mark Horne and his staff. I’ve been in Nashville for 5+ years and to three different dentists. Never having many teeth issues prior, with every new dentist there was random teeth needing to be fixed that weren’t causing me issues, it was maddening. Finally I was referred to Mark Horne through a few folks in our office, some had been going to him for over 10 years. Immediately I was greeted with a warm kind staff (shockingly not common), super clean and easy to access office and a dentist & staff that seemed to actually care about my teeth and not just about making money off of them. I love that they are very conservative and if anything needs to get done they want to make sure it’s necessary. I would highly recommend Mark Horne DDS to anyone that wants the real deal and trust. A dentist you can go to for years to come!!

It’s always a pleasure to visit NH Dental. There are rarely any delays, so you’re not sitting in the waiting room forever and a day waiting for your appointment. Dr. Horne; the dental assistants; dental hygienists; and front desk staff are welcoming, friendly, and professional. They put me at ease each time I visit their office. They know I’m a weenie about dental care / treatment and take measures to be kind and gentle. My visit today was scheduled yesterday for a problem I’m having. I was worried about getting an appointment because that this is a holiday week. I should not have worried: they were able to get me in first thing this morning! I now know what’s going on and have scheduled an additional appointment to treat the issues. I shouldn’t have any problems in the meantime; but, if I do, I was given instructions about how to reach the office when it’s closed.

I recently moved to Springfield, TN and tried to find a closer dentist but I soon went back because the service was not nearly as great as Dr . Horne’s and his staff.
