Are great with kids of all ages. The doctor and technicians explain as they go and show you the exrays to see where they may find something with your child's teeth. The place is always nice and clean and they make it where the kids are not scared of the dentist. Highly recommend this dental office to any parent.

We had a great first visit to East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry. My five-year-old felt at ease with his hygienist, Miss. Samantha. She explained every step of the cleaning and exam process to him to help him feel calm. He chose a kids' movie to watch overhead while in the dental chair, and was excited to meet Dr. Jessica. It was a very thorough exam, with both the hygienist and dentist taking time to answer questions and offer advice for the next six months between appointments. As a parent, I was glad to be able to go with my child into the exam area; I sat beside him during the entire appointment. The office is bright, colorful, and clean with a friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of things for kids to play and keep busy, and special treats--a sinch sack and passport for each patient. My son can't wait to go back!

We just moved from Florida to Tennessee and we have only seen ONE dentist in Florida (we absolutely love him!) I have been nervous about trying to find a dentist that can live up to our dentist in Florida. Well I found ot with East TN pediatric Dentistry. They are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! staff is super nice, they made my son feel very calm and welcomed, they were very informative to BOTH of us about what they were doing, what was going on and what we should do next. I am so glad I found them. Trust a mom who is SUPER picky about any doctor touching my son, this dentist is the place to go!!!!

From the outside to the inside this office is so nice, clean, new, and very vibrantly painted to appeal to the children. The whole office staff was so friendly. I loved all the little details they do to make a child feel special. My son is 2.5 yrs old, very scared of doctors of any kind and he even allowed them to examine him and clean his teeth which is a huge deal for him. I love that they have Tv screens above their heads to watch movies. They even get a token at the end to get a toy for doing so good with the exam. Love, love, love this office and wished this was mine as a kid.

The staff was fantastic. They were very calm and took great care not to frighten her and gain her trust. They let her be a part of what they were doing and she really enjoyed checking her Minnie Mouse's teeth with the tooth mirror before they checked her own teeth. The East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry is the most beautiful state of the arts business here in Knoxville. My first time visiting, East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry was on December 18, 2018 around 12:18 in the afternoon. Amanda the front desk receptionist, took time out of her busy schedule to explain to me about new patients enrollment. And about their list of dental insurance that they accept, Blue Cross- & Blue Shield and Delta Dental (All State) were on top of their list. If you love how beautiful the outside of, East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry. Then your kid’s would love the inside, it has a kids’ corner and a video game area in the waiting area. The entire lobby and waiting are was completely spotless, and Amanda was happy to help me with all my questions.

My child, Re-C, is 5, has been to see them before and done wonderfully. However, today she had several loose teeth...every time anyone touched a loose tooth she about had a come apart. However, the staff was amazing at handling this...as was Dr. Jessica! We absolutely love East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry! With two toddlers and an infant, things can sometimes get hectic when we leave the house. Here at East Tennessee Pediatric Dentistry they do anything they can to make our dentist experience peaceful and a place that children want to be! We always have such a great experience because of how good the staff are with children and their child friendly environment. I highly recommend coming for a visit to check it out!

I took my two year old here for her first dentist appointment. The staff was great! They were very quick to get us in and out, and they had a lot of tricks up their sleeves to make my daughter feel more comfortable with the cleaning/exam. The whole process was only about 15 minutes- which is about all a two year old can handle! I would definitely recommend ETPD!

I never really liked this place, but it was convenient. The last time I had an early appointment I had to wait up to 30 mins for them to finish their morning meeting. This time I was late and they refused to see me because it cuts into their schedule. What is the difference of me waiting everytime I go to getting there when they are actually starting to take patients back! I REFUSE to go back and I would suggest you do the same. Thank you for giving me the push I needed to switch dentist!

Love this office! Doctors were very patient and friendly. Made it a little less scary for my 2 year old. They have TVs on the ceiling and a large option of shows to watch. Her appointment was at 3 and we were in the car to leave at 3:45. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating even for younger children. Oh and they have toys AND an Xbox system in the waiting room. Highly recommend this place.

We love this place! Dr. Jessica and all her hygienists are great!! My son lost a tooth traumatically a couple years ago and she came in on a Friday night to take care of it. She talked us through our options and gave us ample time to figure out what was best for our son. She ended up pulling his tooth and he hasn’t had any problems with it since!! And even after this traumatic event, I thought he’d be terrified to go back for a cleaning...but her and her staff are so caring and patient with children, he had no trouble going back for his next appointment. Somehow they make the experience fun! It’s brightly colored, they have TVs and headphones for the kids, and get prizes for good checkups!! Super cool hold friendly and makes going to the dentist fun! Each child gets a passport through the office, their are play centers in the waiting room and back in the dental area. Headphones and ceiling TVs help kids check out and enjoy being at the dentist. Their is a seperate entrance and exit so children won't fear the dentist if they had a tooth pulled or were crying. The dentist is super sweet and child friendly. My husband and I were encouraged to interact to keep him still and happy. Our son is only 1 but they made it so fun for him! We will be returning in the future.

This place is amazing! The afternoon after my 2 year old son's first visit, he fell bit his tongue, chipped two teeth, and knocked another loose. They got us back in the office very quickly. The staff was very helpful and made him feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Jessica when above and beyond helping us. I'm pretty sure we met the whole staff in that one day, and everyone is so friendly. Brought my 5 and 7 year old there to have their teeth cleaned. My 5 year old has a history of being terrified of the dentist. We tried East TN Pediatric Dentist in Oak Ridge and she wasn’t scared at all! They each had a tv to watch with headphones to distract them while they cleaned her teeth. Lots of cool toys to play with before as well. And of course they received a coin to use for the toy in the “gum ball” machine for being a great patient. We didn’t wait at all to be seen and I made their next appointments! They are all super and the dentist was so kind and gentle. My kids loved her.
