Need a refund four denture repair. You guaranteed forEVER in 2006 best I remember. Didn't want to spend OR need to spend $2200.00 but you insisted I would never regret. Well regret is beginning to sit in. Gaylon I have many friends in Dickson, don't disappoint them or me, do the right thing, refund my repair cost to Castle Dental in Nashville where I now live, $151.00 Joe Burns 3800 Sam Honey Dr.apartment 309 Mashville, Tn, 37211. Wouldn't fix a broken crown they had put in, and left me in pain. The mean receptionist said there was an outstanding balance and they wouldn't see me even though the crown they put in broke and was extremely painful. They only care about money.

My entire family has been going to East Hills Dental for years. We have had a lot of work done there and have always loved the doctors. Unfortunately your business is made or broken on your front office staff. We had an incident of disrespect a couple of years ago over a balance that we had. That was cleared up and an apology given. We continued the relationship and had much done. We now have a balance and my wife has a severe problem. She was told to go to the Waverly office, and they would work her in. After taking her whole morning to go to this appoint that they set for her, they denied seeing her due to a balance. I understand the position. It could have been handled much more professionally by both Rhonda in the Waverly office and Donna in the Dickson office. Both very condescending. We will pay our balance to this former dentist in due time. I will not have my wife treated in this manner. I wish there was something lower than a one star rating for these two "ladies" that gave us the run around only to then show us disrespect.

Went for urgent care, thankfully they got me in within 24 hours for a root canal. Dr brown and Keri were great. Truly professionals in every sense. My only thought or suggestion is my experience would have been perfect had they considered the pain after a root canal. I realize we're in a opioid crisis but 36 hours of pain meds would have helped tremendously. But truly appreciate the care I received here. Great dental office.

GREAT, AWESOME! Had a routine cleaning yesterday, they always accommodate my early schedule, in and out quickly. (ask for Lisa!). I’ve had a couple of crowns replaced by Dr Cannon, very well done, never any high pressure sales tactics. Great coffee, and the best promotional ink pens I’ve ever found. They gave me some extras because mine always seem to “disappear” at the office. Highly recommend!
