I never realized there was such a thing as a crappy dentist till I went here... Because I now know all other dentist I've ever been to were crap! Everyone from the office manager to the dentist were amazing to work with! Very thorough, informative, and very friendly on top of being GREAT at what they do- it was a treat! I wish all people did their jobs as well as everyone in this office. I've never been impressed with a dental experience until now. Also- they are up to speed on technology (email scheduling notifications, contact via email, and more) and have a Keurig in the lobby for guest! I love this place!

I just switched from another dentist to Dr. Rushing. My only regret is that I didn’t switch much sooner. I was told by my other dentist that I needed major dental work totaling thousands and thousands of dollars. Dr. Rushing gave me another option that was able to totally fix my issue in about 10 painless minutes for under 100 bucks. Talk about relief! She was super nice and patiently explained all my options and everything she was doing while she worked. Also, she told me about water flossers.. which just changed my life. Thank you!!!

I have been to this clinic twice, both times for a cleaning and an exam. I am writing this review to express how welcoming and pleasant the staff and doctor are. I am particularly sensitive, well my teeth are, so an attentive hygenist is highly valued by me. I will need some bridge work soon and I know I will go here. They've earned my business.

My family has been with the Nashville Smile Team for over a decade, and we love them! Everyone is personable, and all are exceedingly competent at their jobs from the receptionists to the hygienists to Dr. Rushing and Dr. Coulter. We've never had an issue with incorrect billing or problems with any dental work (and between the lot of us, we've had everything from simple cleanings to multiple root canals.) I consistently recommend them to family, friends, and co-workers.

I have been going to this practice since Lee Coulter owned it and when Kristin Rushing took over the practice it was a smooth transition for the clients. I have had a lot of dental work done and the team of people they have assembled under this practice is professional, caring and a great group of people. I just had some major oral surgery done which included an extraction, bone graph, sinus lift and 2 implants placed with Kristin Rushing and would highly recommend this practice weather if its for an individual, kids or your whole family. I am very picky about dentists and I can assure you Kristin Rushing is top notch and a seasoned professional always looking to use the latest innovations to improve the quality of care. The office manager, Christa Gooch is very knowledgeable and always greets you with a smile. Cynthia is the best dental hygienist I have every had! Over 15 years ago we were referred to Dr. Coulter's office. We have always been treated more like family than patients. Christa and the office staff is very helpful with scheduling and working with insurance. Not many dental practices bill insurance. Dr. Rushing's addition to the office went smoothly. My husband, son and also my 83 year old mother are pleased and grateful with the professional and personal care we receive.

Nashville Smile team has been treating me for over 20+ years. I have had multiple issues with my mouth and only trust Dr. Rushing for my dental needs. I have been sedated for procedures with Dr. Rushing. It was a great experience. I don't recall anything about the procedure but woke up at home and it was finished. Recently I had a lot of work done and some setbacks with infection. Dr. Rushing was so great to work me in and treat me as soon as possible. She is the best! I love her whole team from the front office to her assistants. I appreciate all they have done for me and my family over the years.

Dr. Rushing came very highly recommended to me by my neighbor - and boy was she ever right on the mark! What I did not know was how pleasant each experience would be every time I walked into the office - I used to fly back to California to see my childhood dentist! The office manager Christa is so friendly and entertaining, she makes you feel right at home! And Cynthia, the dental hygienist was so cute; I've never had anyone care so much about cleaning my teeth! She even gave me an easy way to get my teeth whitened without any fuss - and best of all, it worked! Now I'm trying to get my husband to come in to see Dr. Rushing... I'm still working on it! He hasn't been to a dentist in a very long time... but I'll be seeing Dr. Rushing soon for my biannual cleaning!

My entire family including my 80 year old mother are patients of Dr's Rushing and Coulter. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Coulter's for so many years I can't count. We have grown to love Dr. Rushing and her up to date expertise. We have always received nothing but the best care from this office. As a RN , I can't say enough about the compassionate care and skill of these dentists. I not only bring my entire family there, but I recommend them often to my friends and patients. :)
