It was my first time visiting the office and I was pretty anxious about the visit since I had a previous bad experience elsewhere. Immediately the staff made me feel welcome. They are all so friendly and personable. The hygentist was very nice and knowledgable and Dr. Givens partner was amazing! They made me feel like my concerns were heard and made me feel right at home. I'm so glad to finally find a place where I feel like my needs are properly being taken care of. I recommend this facility, 10/10!!

After my dentist retired, I had to find a new dentist. I tried out one I found on my insurance website and discovered he was not for me quickly. I only saw him for 5 minutes and he told me I needed braces. Being 36 and having 2 wonderful dentists prior to him, I knew I should get a second opinion. I went to Dr Jared Britt at Dr Givens' office and he confirmed that braces were not necessary. However, I did need a crown, which I got put on that day. No pain and back to work before lunch. He was excellent as well as his assistant! They had me laughing and I didn't even need the gas even though he gave it to me anyway. Oh and he checks in with you to make sure you're 100% too. Now, if people ask where I got my crown, I say I went to Jared's. Dr Jared Britt, that is!! I highly recommend him. He loves what he does and takes pride in his work! Go see Dr Britt and tell him I sent you.

Best dental office in White House Tn. I’ve been coming here for many years. Trish has been my hygienist since day one. She is just awesome. We always play catch up since the last visit. Dr. Givens office is an excellent operation from the office staff, to the hygienists, to the doctors. I have benefited for years going to his White House office, as has other members of my family. Trish, who does my cleanings, x-rays, etc. is the best I know of. She is thorough, but totally efficient; personable, professional, and always pleasant. Over my lifetime I have visited many dental operations. I,very had braces, oral surgery and regular procedures, from the West Coast, to the Midwest. Dr. Givens has made it even easier to try his services, by adding a new, cost effective Dental Membership Plan, in addition to the many insurances he accepts. His equipment and techniques, are state of the art. His location is so convenient, right next to the White House Post office. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed..

Dr Givens has been my dentist for about 3-4 yrs. As a 50+ I’ve unfortunately had more bad experiences than good with dentists. Since seeing Dr Givens I’m no longer a wreck going to get dental work. He, as well as his staff, are kind, funnny, thoughtful and make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in the door. There is no better dentist than Dr Givens. On another important note... he uses cutting edge technology but is conservative too. That’s important because I want to know and trust he’s looking out for me...And I know he does. The TVs in each room with remote in hand is a nice touch. I was offered a blanket, as well, since I was there for a crown and would be there a while. If your still stressed no worries, nitrous available. I drive approximately 35-40 minutes to see Dr. Givens and it is well worth it!

5 Stars! No kidding! Don’t expect the waiting room Waterfall, Fireplace, or Juice bar. Somehow they achieve a calming, relaxed, and professional atmosphere and honestly my guess would be it’s based on “Love”. The entire staff is very “welcoming”. I have a lot of dental issues, and can’t always attend to them systematically, & not for a moment have I ever felt belittled about them. They will work with you to achieve your dental goals; the entire time treating you like an appreciated customer. You really can’t go wrong with Dr. Britt or Dr. Givens, and their fantastic staff!
