Dr Dove extracted 2 teeth for my husband. Not only was Dr. Dove nice but he was funny and extremely patience with my husband who had a slight fear of dentists. This is far by best the most outstanding place on earth. I can't even called it a dentist because who looks forward to going to the dentist? No one in their right mind! The hospitality,the cleanliness, the staff, the jazz, the surroundings the whole experience no matter what you are there for. You are accommodated. They work with you on all types of situation I can general say these are people who care.!!!! Dr. Dove have come in on days off and his staff as well to handle emergency need. Pain is not tolerated here at Dove dentistry. The payment plans are awesome language issues not a problem come on down. Anything you think is a problem is not a problem. I wouldn't trade them for the world if I moved back home I would fly back just so they can still take care of my teeth now that is saying something.!!! i feel in love with this office my first phone call. they were always polite and always attentive. i have never had an issue with scheduling and unscheduling an appointment. they are very busy but that is normal especially if you are a great dentist. but in the mean time of waiting they check on you and keep you posted. their is also a fire stick in the room to enjoying quality movies on tv. very entertained and happy were i spent my money. which was affordable and he sets up payment plans for out of budget clients

It takes wayyyyy too long in the waiting area, first visit I waited 45minutes, second visit over an hour before being called. Place was packed, no where to sit, had to stand for twenty minutes before someone finally brought two chairs out. Service is always great, just always takes forever!

I was there with my son for a walk in appointment..i arrived at 130 pm he went back around 330pm its now 745pm and he is still there. His father came after work to take over the Wait!!!....If your staff is not skilled in working clients into your current schedule and COMMUNICATING INFORMATION then please do not advertise...

I have been going to Dove Family Dentistry for several years now. Before going to Dove, I disliked going to the dentist because it was always painful. It's a different world. Dr.Dove makes sure you get what you need to deadened the area before any work is done. The office staff makes you feel comfortable and like a part of the office family. Be sure to know your insurance. They charged me two to three hundred every visit for procedures that my insurance covered. I took my business else where and paid no out of pocket expenses for cleaning. They always wrote the bill up to say something other than basic cleaning. Please beware.

Absolutely the Best Dentist experience I've ever encountered..Just going through the door I noticed there was a huge staff who quickly put me at ease as I tend to nervous about Dental visits. Weeks prior I had gone to a Dentist in Whitehaven who had a small inefficient staff, unclean dank offices and exam rooms. I noticed instantly the spotless waiting room, restroom and exam rooms. The staff is huge, I counted at least 18 personnel who were attentive and caring. The aforementioned Dentist in Whitehaven took one set of X-rays and determined that he would Max out my Insurance as he wanted to schedule me for 4-5 visits and then charge me $2,200 out of pocket. Dr. Dove will do whats needed in 3 visits with a savings of $2,200..I cannot express how happy I was when I left his office. In one visit I had received a much needed implant and scheduled two follow up visits, all within the parameters of my insurance. My Brother and Sister recommended him highly and I can't thank them enough. Dove's Family Dentistry is a Class A Operation all around.. Thank you Dr. Dove and your Staff.... K. Ward

I started going to Dr. Dove in 2008 and when I say I was super scared I really was. Dr. Dove and his staff took excellent care of me by making me feel relaxed and assured me everything would be okay. I love my dentist and he is the "King" of root canal and I do mean I felt absolutely nothing the whole time. I would recommend him to anybody who is scared to go to the dentist. They got me in quick when I had a toothache but Dr. Henderson didn't think my tooth was able to be saved. Dr. Dove did yet he let the doctor who didn't think so perform my service. The dental assistant was sweet but she didn't do my build up right and it cracked in half 9 days later. No I was not eating on that side of my mouth because I was still in pain. They had me there all day. They scheduled me a week outside the time my crown was expected to come in and it still didn't arrive on time. They moved the date back 2 days to allow extra time. When I came in I was supposed to get a cleaning and my crown so that I could be done with the dentist in 2 visits. They were trying to jack up the price of my cleaning (strike 1), they couldn't find my crown that had just come in (strike 2) and when they found the box no crown only a note that said the lab couldn't do it! (strike 3)...also I thought when you get a root canal the nerves were being removed so why is it that I can feel pain still? Nice people but I can't recommend their services.

I had a broken molar and the pain was intense. I haven't been to the dentist since the 90's. I didn't have an appointment I walked in and they got to me within 30 minutes. The tech that cleaned my teeth was so professional and patient with me. I am the type of freaks out when I have to lay on my back for extended period of time. She took her time and was reassuring to me. Dr. Dove was outstanding he engaged me in conversation and made me feel at ease. He thanked me for coming to him which is unusual for someone in the medical profession. So from hence forth they will be my dentists.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I went here and they didn't numb me at ALL! They litteraly just grabbed a scalpel and cut my mouth open so I started screaming. You know what the so called professional dentist told me?! He said stop screaming your going to scare my patients away. I had an abscess and all he cared about was the other people waiting when I was in pain. I will never go back! If you want this to happen to you or your children then go there but from my experience I will never go back.

Dr. Dove is EXTREMELY skilled. What I feared would be a terrible experience (root canal) he performed it quickly, painlessly and professionally. He and his staff were able to assuage any fears I had regarding root canals. He was able to execute a perfect root canal on a tooth with a very curved root. Not an easy feat. They worked with me on a payment plan that would suit my budget. The entire staff was friendly, understanding, and very patient. I will definitely use Dove Dentistry for any and all dental work.
