Only come here if you have all day to spend here. With a busy schedule, they always promise me I'll be out by a certain time. Always end up leaving hours later. Extremely disappointing.

I neglected my oral health for a little longer than I should have. When I finally decided to take action, Donelson Smiles was there to get me back on track. After 1 intense cleaning session, I’m now building up my gum health thanks to the guidance of these professionals. One hygienist, Jessica, was able to direct me to my problem areas to focus on with in home maintenance. She was very kind when pointing out these areas that needed my attention. She was also able to direct me to in home products that work over those that may be damaging. Thank you Donelson Smiles. I love my smile again!

I have been to Donelson Smiles 4 times. Each time my experience was more than exceptional. I never have experienced such a positive work environment between the employees. They go way above and beyond in all areas. First, the prices are so reasonable and they do everything they can to make sure you can afford to get everything you need. They also talk to you and make your treatment plan very clear. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. They give me a blanket every time I come in AND them even gave me coffee! My finished treatment results are the best I’ve ever experienced they’re work is absolutely impeccable. Also they don’t make you wait very long at all. In fact, I can’t offer any suggestions on how they could improve. I want to thank Dr A and Jen and the entire staff for all that y’all did for me. I’m so grateful to you all! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont use them. I have sought legal advice due to negligence of this office. I might not win as I dont have the same amount of money as a dentist, but I can at least warn others. Your teeth and mouth are nothing to play with. There are plenty of dentist in the area. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give negative 5 stars but 1 will have to suffice. PS: do not use them!!!

On Tuesday may 14,2019 made an appointment for May 16,2019 at 12:30 and when I arrived on May 16,2019 at 12:10 they moved my appointment to 3 o’clock without my permission and now I have to wait 2 to 3 hours just for them to see me it was the Donelson pike location And after cleaning they only spent about 15 minutes clean my whole entire Teeth I had stains from smoking which is that doesn’t make them not to clean good very bad service from Andrew benbow dentist and from Sarah Keller The doctor bad so please please don’t go there

I have always been so scared of the dentist because I have a major fear of pain. I really needed to see a dentist amd I'm so glad I found this place? everyone is so nice and personable and makes you feel so at ease about anything.

A month later after getting the prep work for a crown they still had no crown and could not give a date of expected arrival. However, they did manage in that time to take our $750 and bill our insurance - including billing for a "post op visit". Still appealing to have the claim reversed with insurance which causes problems getting the service done at a reputable dentist. Both dentists they had suspiciously vanished and I was told one was "travelling the world". Yeah OK. They also bill for ridiculous items such as "Oral Hygiene Instruction" if they clean your teeth. Will never use them again and would suggest you consider another dentist before using them. Shame cause when I got my first crown they actually did a good job but they cannot be trusted on billing. The detailed invoice I was shown in the office was not the same line items as what was on my EOB.

Love this office and its staff. Everyone is very helpful, and very professional. I ended up having Periodontitis and a load of cavities -- take care of your teeth! -- Donelson Smiles was able to take me in immediately and get me taken care of. I should mention that there is NO high pressure sales tactics, they tell you their opinion of the health of your teeth and let you make the decision, I grew up in a dentist office and can recognize bullsh**. I would recommend this office to anyone. My teeth finally feel healthy. I should mention, the technology they have available is astounding, very cool stuff in the dental world.

Excellent place to go for a dental checkup. Cleaning, fluoride, x-rays, gum examination, they have it all. The front desk staff are all very kind and also the dentists there are tremendous. Everybody wants to work with you. They are patient with honest rates. I recommend them because they set the bar high for modern dentistry. They showed me what healthy clean teeth should look like, so this way when I brush at night I know what to look for. 5 stars

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Their prices are NOT reasonable for the poor quality of work and materials. Had a crown fall off within the first two months and they charged em to re cement, it’s happened again 5 months later to the same tooth. Not to mention another crown chipped. If you know anyone with crowns, you know they should last years. Dr Keller has a bunch on minions doing her side work and clearly can’t focus on quality For someone that was petrified of goin got the dentist.... this was NOT the experience I was anticipated GO AT YOUR OWN RISK! I went to this facility because of a recommendation and first impression was awesome. Same thing has happened to my friend.... I strongly encourage going anywhere else

As an individual with an extreme dental phobia, I FINALLY found the office where I feel comfortable and safe! I visited this office a couple years back and was left with a sour taste. I am the kinda individual that doesnt get " routine" visits and cleanings. After spending several days in agonisizing pain, I decided to come back. All I can say is that I wish I would have sooner!!! Dr. Sarah Keller immediately gave me the feeling that I couldn't be in better hands! Her associate, Dr. B, was also extremely warming and knowledgeable! After enquiring with the amazing front desk, I have been assured that Dr. Keller is at this office for the long haul! I couldn't be happier! Her assistants are so very kind, and gentle! Yes, the Xray portion was lengthy and uncomfortable but each and every member of her team explained to me and thoroughly informed me of the necessity of them... Kendyl was constantly making sure that I was doing great and Stacey made sure that I had a warm blanket! I am quite certain that I will... FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER... be back in 6 months... just for my check up! I highly recommend that you give this office a try... YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

I had a great experience here. Laura was awesome and everything was well explained and promptly and precisely executed. X-rays were quick. I did not feel like I was being sold to; they simply took care of why I was there. After dealing with a crooked and strange dentist at a different business, they put my fears at ease.

I had a very bad experience with them. They charged me for unnnecesary treatments for one tooth and very expensive, by the way. I ended up losing $700 and I had to get the tooth pulled!! And when I tried to get my money back, or at least a portion of the crown that I paid in advance and never got put in my moth, the office manager told me that she can SHIP IT!!! I mean, I lost my tooth and my money!

Just another business squeezing anyone they can get ahold of for an extra dime. After recieving a phone call about an upcoming appointment, I contacted Donelson Smiles Dentistry to cancel the appointment (that I didn't know I even made) with their online form. The result: a phone call telling me they couldn't cancel my appointment unless they speak with me on the phone. They also charge you a fee anytime you visit the office, even if you have insurance. Let this review be a public notice that I have cancelled any and all appointments that this business has made for me. This is not a reputable way to conduct business.

I have been going to the same dentist since I was a child and I dreaded going. I had always hated it,because of the pain and drills etc.etc. I went to Donelson Smiles and I literally cried tears of joy after having a tooth pulled.It was so painless and the dentist made sure I was comfortable. Dentist = nice. Place = stylish/modern/clean. Service = professional. Procedure (root canal) = horrible. I’ve had my share of endo with 3 different endodontists. Received root canal and crown same day. Gums itching and swollen for a week. Went back and saw where 2 areas of pulp filled (when it should’ve been 3). Developed abscess. I thought things were okay. Months later, needed a retreat on same tooth...but I already paid so much out of pocket. Now this retreat costs another $700+.

A few weeks later, I had to have a few cavities filled and I was quite nervous. The entire staff treated me with understanding, kindness and professionalism. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. First, the dental techs disagreed about which tooth is causing me extreme pain. Then, the doctor comes and numbs me and doesn’t come back for an extended period of time. Then, the dental tech starts putting the items in my mouth for a root canal and asks me which tooth it is, which I have no idea at this point. I stopped them to ask what was happening. I asked if they were sure which tooth needed a root canal and no one could give me an answer. He only answered my questions with “I only do root canals”. When I asked about crowns I only got general answers, no solutions to my problem. He then got what I realized was the actual dentist, who did actually explain more about crowns in general, but offered no solutions to my situation. She said she would “go talk to him”. He then comes back in and says he has to see me in his private practice bc now he thinks my tooth might be cracked. I’m so confused, still in pain, and this was a traumatic experience. They also gave me a prescription with absolutely no explanation of what it is or what it is for.

I had an "emergency" front tooth problem a year ago, new in town and did not have a dentist here in Nashville yet. Searched around the internet for one that had availability and a dental plan (my plan did not start until the next month - of course!). Donelson Smiles saw me the next day! Great & comfortable place!!! Recently had my annual visit and the staff is still wonderful (especially Monica!) - and Dr Surati is GREAT!!!!

This office was really great - top notch experience for me. I was seen by Dr. Keller who was so personable and put me at ease right away. I typically hate going to the doctor or dentist, but this place made it so easy for me. No crazy wait times, no billing issues, and really friendly staff. I needed some major work (a crown) and the dentist and finance folks took care of everything and made the experience a breeze. Overall I am really happy I tried this place out and will definitely work with Dr. Keller again!

Unclear how or why they have received high ratings. Focus on sales not on dental care. After staying at their office ALL DAY (with appt), Dr Keller chipped my front. Crown made in a way that I was unable to chew on left and returned 2x to correct the problem with no avail. Returned to my former dentist in Alabama (5 hours away) to try to correct their mistakes. Total waste of time and money. Lesson learned.

The staff at Donelson Smiles (looking at you EJ and Kendall), were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. If you are lucky to be EJ’s patient you will have a good time and leave satisfied. I never felt like I was being upsold on anything and Hillary did a great job working with me on an affordable plan. I had all of my teeth pulled on the top and temporary denture worn home the same day. All of my fears were all in vain. My top teeth look just the same as they did when i was in my twenties. I will be coming back when I can afford to set up their reasonable financing. They actually listen to you and care about people. I give 5 stars unlike some people didnt give. I am a 54 year old male so nervous about dentists. I have never felt so at ease when I go. I have had scaling, cavities and extractions. Jamie, I think (TJ, EJ, Dental Assistant and the dentist Dr. Keller are so upbeat and calms me down. They are fast and efficient but VERY professional and friendly. Do not hesitate to make an appointment.

Having my teeth polished was not included in my cleaning? I was charged an extra $30 for this.Never heard of this in 50 years of having my teeth cleaned. They replaced a filling also that came out four hours later. Not a good first impression.Then I received notice that my cleaning and x-rays total $406. This is with met life insurance. My part is $202 just for a cleaning. They advertise on there property $59 exam x-ray and cleaning with out insurance? I feel like they are scamming people out of hundreds of dollars by not making you aware that they are knowingly doing things not covered under your insurance plan. Example, Hygiene instruction $61? I was in the office less than 25 minutes total charges $466.

They claimed I had early stage gum disease and said I needed to spend 3K before they would clean my teeth. I went to another dentist and they said I don't have gum disease and that I'm fine. They are nice enough but they are there to make as much money as possible and you can tell.

Dr. Keller and her staff were not only professional but very welcoming! I had several concerns regarding my smile and they were able to work around my anxiety to improve my smile. I cannot thank them enough. My new front teeth look natural and the best part is that they did it all in one appointment.
