Extremely overpriced! Corporate owned, new practice. Charged me $1,045 for a deep teeth cleaning. I’m a healthy 24 year old who admittedly needs to floss more- they recommended a new LAZER treatment and special rinse totaling $1045! I deferred extra services and settled for a routine teeth cleaning which was $545! In hind sight I’m a fool for paying that. I have dental insurance through Vanderbilt, I’m an RN there and was told the dental insurance is adequate/good- but not at this practice! The hygienist and dentist were very knowledgeable and welcoming. However their prices were simply outlandish. I would not recommend this practice.

These guys are awesome! Definitely the best dentist I've ever had. I've had my wisdom teeth removed and gotten several crowns in the last year here. Very little pain or discomfort from any of it. Cindy helped me with a payment plan that enabled me to get everything done faster. The entire staff is awesome and fun to be around! I would definitely recommend going here.

Everyone at this location is amazing. The flow from beginning to end moves flawlessly. Procedures are explained in advance, and the staff makes sure you are in agreement, and comfortable. Costs associated with any dental procedure can bring anxiety to patients. However, at Dentists of Bellevue, they offer easy in house payment plans! They also offer same day crowns, which is awesome. 5 Stars for their excellence in customer service!

I couldn't be happier! We recently relocated to Bellevue and it was time for us to make dentist appointments for our family. We opted for the updated, newer offices for a few reasons. Still, you never know exactly how the kids will be received at the dentist. Dr. Begley came right out to talk to my five year old and ease him into coming to the back. My three and five year old received balloons, were escorted to chairs in adjoining rooms and given a 5 star treatment. It was simple and pain-free. I loved that the Dentist went out of her way to give them her full attention and they were welcomed better than they ever have been at past dentists' offices. We are definitely happy with our choice and will continue our care here.

1. I found this place based on the doctor's score on my dental insurance site (Cigna). The doctor listed, however, does not work at the practice and is a part-owner. The actual dentist has little experience, making her history difficult to evaluate. 2. I specifically asked on the phone if I could have my teeth cleaned in one visit, and I was told yes. Lo and behold, my visit lasted 2 hours and resulted in no cleaning. 3. The dentist office created a plan of care that costed triple what my insurance fee schedule (the document showing what the dentist has agreed to charge) showed. They added on ridiculous and unnecessary procedures and hid it in obscure dental coding. For example, a deep cleaning on my dental insurance should cost $175. These folks told me it would be $600, and when I questioned the cost, they eventually admitted me the additional money was for an unnecessary laser treatment. The fact is that they're scammers. I've never written a Google review, and I don't like airing personal business, but I found out they're doing the same thing to a family member, so I'm telling everyone: DON'T GO HERE.

I LOVE this place— as much as anyone can love the dentists. They are so kind, considerate, and personable. They take time to get to know you; they take time to educate you about your dental health and issues; they take time to answer your questions. I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here, nor have I ever felt pressured to pay for a procedure that I could not afford. I trust their knowledge and expertise. I have been to other dentists who have brushed off my concerns, but Dr. Begley and Kendra actually listen.

I have had an extremely positive experience here. I initially went last fall and needed a basic cleaning and a new crown. Cindy, the office manager, helped me understand payment options because I needed to have a root canal at a nearby endodontist office and even helped me find an affordable dental savings program. I now have dental insurance and returned this week for another cleaning. I have also purchased a night guard here and it was a positive experience as well. I have never once felt "scammed" and I'm kind of shocked at the negative reviews. Yes, this dental office is part of a larger corporate chain but I think that's extremely transparent if you go to their website. It's obvious it's not an individual dentist opening up shop. I know everyone, however, has different experiences but I have seen several dentists in the Nashville and Brentwood area over the past 30 years and I've had a wonderful experience at Dentists of Bellevue with Macy Begley and the entire staff. Friendly and professional!

I strongly discourage anyone from visiting Dentists of Bellevue. To summarize, they (1) force unnecessary and painful services on patients, (2) do poor work, and (3) aren’t totally honest about insurance coverage. I see another review below says essentially the same thing. Take our word for it: it’s true. To begin with, despite its hometown name, it is actually part of a large corporation, Pacific Dental Services. Like most corporate healthcare practices, its main purpose seems to be to make money, not to offer care. Their particular method at Dentists of Bellevue is to offer a service they call “gingival scaling,” “deep cleaning,” or “peridontal cleaning.” This is a painful procedure that cleans between the gums and teeth. I actually saw the receptionist rudely turn away a man who wanted a regular cleaning instead. Needless to say, it is also expensive. I went in for a routine check up after a few years without visiting a dentist. I was told I had two cavities (really one place in between two teeth) and that I needed “gingival scaling.” The insurance specialist then went over the pricing for me, including what my insurance would cover. After a terrible experience with “gingival scaling,” I had a filling. After the filling, I began having pain and sensitivity that I did not have before the filling. I went in once to have the filling adjusted (to their credit, they fit me in quickly) but the pain continued. After another couple of weeks of pain, I went in again and was told the filling was “perfect” but I probably needed a root canal—from a minor cavity. I decided to get a second opinion. The new dentist (Dr. Kemp at Kemp Dental in Brentwood, who I HIGHLY recommend) was too professional to speak ill of a colleague, but he was surprised they did the periodontal cleaning (which I did not need) and found not only had the cavity been improperly filled (decay was left after drilling and the filling was not properly placed) but also there was another cavity that hadn’t been touched. This problem was so obvious his hygienist took a photo of the tooth to show me—the improperly filled cavity was plainly visible. No wonder I was in so much pain. They had drilled a hole in my tooth and not filled it! The old filling just fell out when he began drilling on it to replace it. To top it all off, it turns out Dentists of Bellevue was NOT in my insurance network and my insurance denied many of their “services” as unnecessary (as the other reviewer said, they charged unnecessary prices for even more unnecessary procedures). To their credit, after explaining my need to get the filling redone, the office manager at Dentists of Bellevue did agree not to charge me what my insurance hadn’t paid (a large number). But that doesn’t wholly make up for telling me my insurance would cover my services when they should have known they were out of my network. I will say Dr. Begley is very nice, but I think she is stuck in a bad corporate setting. Whatever the problem, I cannot warn you enough to stay away from Dentists of Bellevue. I don’t enjoy writing long bad reviews. As the other review said, I’ve never written a bad review of any place. But I felt I really needed to. I never had a minute of dental trouble in my life until I set foot in here. After two months of constant dental pain, as long as I stay away, I don’t think I will again.

If you are a guy you will greatly like this dentist all the employees are very attractive and very sweet. I have a very nice and clean office. Their technology is more advanced than what I'm used to. The prices on the services they provide are very affordable. Just the overall kindness of the dentist what is what will keep me coming back here. 5 stars / A+

I am from out of town and needed to see a dentist quickly. Dr Begley was professional, efficient, and friendly. The office staff were all knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dentist to my friends and family!
