I have been taking my children here for about 4 years now. Everyone is always so nice. Kids love going. Waiting is easy thanks to games and tv in lobby. Cleanings are quick and precise. Major procedures (root canal or filling) are the best experience I have ever had with my kids. They do their best to make children feel relaxed before, during, and after. Just the best all around and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I really can’t say enough about this great work group. They were able to take all 4 kids (10, 8, 5, and 4) in at once for cleaning. Two kids had minor things that needed taken care of and they handled it right then and there instead of making us come back. The 8 year old needed a number of cavities taken care of. She had very severe anxiety about the dentist and ended up having to leave the first appt scheduled for the fillings and come back for sedation. The staff is patient, caring and knowledgeable. They didn’t make us feel guilty about our inability to get the work done the first time, they put the child’s needs first. The office is clean and very child friendly. We were back today for an orthodontic consult. Again, top notch kid centered visit. They talk to the child, not over them. Highly recommend.

The hygienist, Sarah, was fantastic. She was so good with my 4 yr old. She explained everything she was doing with him and was very patient and kind. We had an 8:45 appointment and was told to arrive at 8:30. We wait in the waiting room till 9:50. That was disappointing and very hard for my child. The office is nice, clean and up-to-date. We only saw the dentist for a brief moment.

Very unorganized , always have scheduling issues . Had an appointment for my daughter to get a spacer put in and when we got there after taking her out of school early that day they told us they Had not received the spacer yet so we had to reschedule . She had an appointment today and when she got there they said she was not on the schedule when I made this appointment last Thursday .this is just a few examples of many issues we have had with this practice .

Dr.danni seems as thorough as one would be & has even capped my daughters teeth and my 6 YO left with a smile on her face. I havent always had this treatment here but would highly recommend dr.danni, there are multiple dentists here and weve only seen 2. I would only recommend She out of the two! Facility clean and definately kid friendly. They also practice ortho, which weve been informed will be in our future. 5☆ no doubt

If I were TRULY SMART, I'd give this Dental Office ONE STAR, so people may keep looking, enabling me to get appointments for my kids at the best times! All kidding aside, I wish this place was around when I was a kid. I was tormented! Cumberland Pediatric Dentistry is TOP OF THE LINE! They treat my kids with real care and they are very thorough in explaining the kids' plan. From check-in to check-out, every staff member is very pleasant! You couldn't be disappointed here. I love CPDO. They are very kind, and my kids love the staff. One draw back is that if ever you are behind, they have to work you in, but if they are behind, the wait is long with no apologies. The road has to run in both directions if it is to be fair on both sides. Other than that, the office and people are wonderful.
